Abstract

Pada era modern saat ini media untuk belajar sudah banyak tersebar di dunia digital seperti internet, banyak website yang menyediakan sarana untuk belajar banyak hal, salah satu dari hal tersebut adalah Bahasa pemrograman,website petani kode adalah salah satu website yang bisa digunakan untuk mempelajari hal tersebut .untuk mengukur tingkat usability website Petani Kode tersebut, dilakukan Pengujian dengan menggunakan kuesioner SUS yang berisi 10 pernyataan. Kemudian data yang terkumpul akan dihitung dengan menggunakan beberapa aturan dalam perhitungan skor SUS,setelah dihitung didapatlah skor rata-rata SUS dari semua responden untuk dibandingkan dengan menggunakan adjektif tabel masuk kategori mana skor rata-rata analisis tersebut.Pada Penelitian ini telah didapat Responden Sebanyak 30 orang lalu dipilih lagi berdasarkan jenis pekerjaan responden yaitu mahasiswa atau pelajar menjadi 20 responden. Dari 20 responden tersebut telah didapatkan nilai SUS sebesar 72,25 dan menurut sistem adjektif rating skor tersebut termasuk kedalam kategori OK dengan grade scale C dan tingkat penerimaaan ACCEPTABLE.

Abstract

Dalam hal ini kegiatan akademik dan kemahasiswaan pendataan kehadiran adalah hal yang sering dilakukan. Pada dasarnya, hal ini dilakukan dengan penyebutan nama mahasiswa satu persatu, hal itu dinilai sangat lambat dan juga akan menimbulkan gangguan saat melaksanakan perkuliahan atau pun kegiatan. Maka sebab itu Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah menemukan cara menyelesaikan persoalan dalam melakukan presensi kehadiran mahasiswa, maka hal ini dilakukan penelitian terhadap kemampuan kartu nir sentuh dan Tag RFID yang ditanam di dalam nya, kebutuhan fungsional atau pun non fungsional yang dibutuhkan oleh sistem presensi kelas maupun kegiatan, dan kegunaan software development kit yang membantu alat mesin presensi. Dengan dukungan mikrokontroler, Node MCU ESP8622 sebagai penghubung untuk mengelolah data dari sensor RFID.

Abstract

Coal dust generated during the transfer process via belt conveyors at PT Bukit Asam Tbk has significant negative impacts on the environment and the health of workers. The current manual method, involving direct water spraying, is ineffective in controlling airborne dust and increases safety risks due to water exposure and unstable working conditions. To overcome these challenges, this study developed a prototype of an Arduino-based automatic water spraying system as a safer and more efficient solution.The system employs a SHARP GP2Y1010AU0F dust sensor to monitor coal dust concentrations in real-time and an HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor to regulate water spraying automatically, based on the detected levels. The prototype was tested under operational conditions and showed optimal performance, effectively reducing coal dust concentrations while improving health and safety standards in the workplace.This innovation offers a practical and sustainable approach to coal dust management, addressing the shortcomings of manual methods. By automating the process, it minimizes worker exposure to dust and eliminates hazards associated with direct water application. The system's efficient and safe operation highlights its potential for broader implementation in similar mining environments. This technology not only resolves critical issues in coal dust control but also introduces a forward-thinking solution that aligns with industry goals for improved occupational safety and environmental protection.

Abstract

The IT services at PSP Pusri Building are equipped with adequate internet network facilities. However, the distribution of bandwidth across the network is uneven, which leads to bandwidth contention among users and consequently slows down internet connections. This issue arises due to the absence of specific upload and download limits for each room, which affects network stability. Managing upload and download speeds is crucial for efficient data transmission, and bandwidth management is needed to address this problem. This study employs an action research methodology, which includes the stages of Diagnosis, Action Planning, Action Taking, Evaluating, and Specifying Learning. The research focuses on improving network performance by implementing bandwidth management. The Per Connection Queue (PCQ) tree and queue techniques are applied to organize data flow based on priority, ensuring better distribution of bandwidth across all rooms. The results of simulations conducted during the bandwidth management application show significant improvement. The implementation effectively reduces the congestion issues in each room by providing an equal distribution of bandwidth. By using these management techniques, the IT services in the PSP Pusri Building can ensure a more stable and efficient network, improving the overall internet experience for users. This approach not only resolves existing bandwidth issues but also serves as a model for future network improvements. The study highlights the importance of careful bandwidth management in maintaining optimal network performance, especially in environments with multiple users and varying data demands.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, many students found it difficult to carry out their studies, so many companies provided online learning services to make it easier for students to learn. One of them is PT Zenius Education which provides online learning services, PT Zenius Education is a technology-based education company from Indonesia. Zenius provides education access services in Indonesian language video formats which are presented online through the website (zenius.com) and mobile phone applications. On the Zenius web there are many features and tutors that can make learning easier. The usability of the website according to Nielsen, namely learnbility, efficiency, memorability, errors, and satisfactions, the usability contained on the Zenius website is able to attract users because it is easy to use the Zenius website. This journal will discuss the analysis of the quality and usability of the Zenius website based on the views of various people who have used the Zenius website, so that it can make it easier for companies to improve the website so that Zenius website users are satisfied.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas antarmuka pengguna (UI) dan pengalaman pengguna (UX) dari website SI-MERI (Sistem Informasi Monitoring Manajemen Risiko Terintegrasi) yang dimiliki oleh Inspektorat Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Penilaian dilakukan dengan menerapkan metode Heuristic Evaluation berdasarkan sepuluh prinsip evaluasi heuristik dari Jakob Nielsen. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner secara daring kepada 18 responden. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis melalui 2 tahapan utama, yaitu uji validitas dan analisis persentase pencapaian. Hasil pengujian validitas menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar instrumen tergolong valid dan persentase menunjukkan efek. Berdasarkan analisis persentase, ditemukan bahwa prinsip yang paling terpenuhi adalah "flexibility and efficiency of use" dengan persentase sebesar 85,93%, sedangkan prinsip dengan nilai terendah adalah "help and documentation" sebesar 70,37%. Secara keseluruhan, rata-rata persentase sebesar 78,86% menunjukkan bahwa tampilan dan pengalaman pengguna pada situs SI-MERI berada dalam kategori baik namun tetap memerlukan sejumlah perbaikan, terutama pada aspek bantuan dan dokumentasi seperti pengembangan buku atau video panduan atau chatbot.
