Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas tentang Pengaruh Kepemimpinan (X1) Motivasi (X2), Disiplin Kerja (X3), dan Kompensasi (X4) Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) di PT. Armada Pagora Jaya Kediri. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik sampel jenuh. Jadi Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di PT. Armada Pagora Jaya Kediri sebanyak 43 orang. Adapun variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan, motivasi, disiplin kerja dan kompensasi sedangkan kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel terikat. Berdasarkan pengujian yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa variabel Kepemimpinan (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial dengan nilai Sig. 0,015 < 0,05, variabel Motivasi (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial dengan nilai Sig. 0,001 < 0,05, variabel Disiplin Kerja (X3) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial dengan nilai Sig. 0,269 > 0,05 dan variabel Kompensasi (X4) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial dengan nilai Sig. 0,808 > 0,05. Diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 57.791 > Ftabel 2.61 dan nilai Sig. 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti hipotesis diterima. Maka hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan (X1), motivasi (X2), dan disiplin kerja (X3) dan Kompensasi (X4) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) pada PT. Armada Pagora Jaya Kediri. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, Kompensasi, Kinerja Karyawan. Abstract This study discusses the influence of leadership (X1), motivation (X2), work discipline (X3), and compensation (X4) on employee performance (Y) at PT. Armada Pagora Jaya Kediri. The sampling technique in this study used the Nonprobability Sampling technique. The number of samples used in this study were all employees at PT. Armada Pagora Jaya Kediri, as many as 43 people. The independent variables in this study are leadership, motivation, work discipline and compensation, while employee performance is the dependent variable. Based on the tests conducted, it shows that the leadership variable (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance partially with the Sig. 0.015 0.05. Obtained Fcount value of 57,791> Ftable 2.61 and the value of Sig. 0.000

Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the role of work stress in mediating the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance at CV. Bumi Mandiri Indonesia.  This study uses three kinds of variable, there are independent variable, dependent variable and intervening variable. the independent variables is workload and work environment and dependent variable is employee performance and the intervening variable is work stress. The samples of this study were employees of CV. Bumi Mandiri Indonesia. The data obtained through questionnaires, observations and interviews. The sampling technique was done by purposive sampling method. The analysis technique   uses a measurement model or outer model, structural model or inner model, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that workload partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment partially has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. Work stress partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Workload partially has a positive and insignificant effect on work stress. The work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on work stress. Workload partially has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance mediated by work stress. This study shows that work stress cannot mediate the relationship between workload and employee performance. But work stress can mediate the relationship between the work environment and employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the variables discipline (X1) and work ethic (X2) on work effectiveness (Y) at CV. Pramita Kediri. This type of research is quantitative research which is used to test the relationship of a variable to other variables which emphasizes the analysis on numbers processed using statistical methods. The data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. Sample selection used the saturated sampling method, the number of samples in the study was 35 respondents from CV. Pramita Kediri. This research data was obtained through questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. From the results of the research, it shows that the Discipline and Work Ethic variables have an influence on Work Effectiveness at CV. Pramita Kediri. The research results showed that the multiple linear regression equation Y = - 8.752 + 0.834 Work Ethic has a partially significant effect on work effectiveness with a sig result of 0.003 < 0.05. The F test results obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that Discipline and Work Ethic have a simultaneous and significant effect on Work Effectiveness at CV. Pramita Kediri

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of store atmosphere, product quality and product completeness on purchasing decisions at Dr. Iskak Tulungagung Koptan supermarket. The type of research uses associative quantitative research. The population in the study is Koptan supermarket consumers whose number is unknown, using the Cochran formula in determining the sample with a total of 385. The data processing application in this study uses SPSS software. The variables store atmosphere (X1), product quality (X2), and product completeness (X3) have a partial effect on purchasing decisions at the Koptan Dr. Iskak Tulungagung Supermarket. Store atmosphere has a regression coefficient of 0.104 (t count = 4.623 > t table 1.966, significance 0.000 < 0.05), product quality has a regression coefficient of 0.332 (t count = 9.926 > t table 1.966, significance 0.000 < 0.05), and product completeness has a regression coefficient of 0.334 (t count = 11.775 > t table 1.966, significance < 0.05). These three variables also have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions (F count = 59.789, significance 0.000 < 0.05). The product completeness variable has the most dominant influence with the regression equation Y = -1.874 + 0.104X1 + 0.332X2 + 0.334X3
