Abstract

While pesantren education in Indonesia has great potential in implementing ecological principles, challenges in integrating environmental values often hinder its effectiveness. This study explores how ecological principles are incorporated into the pesantren education system and their impact on environmental conservation practices and awareness of santri. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis using a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical method. The findings show that ecological principles can be effectively implemented through a holistic approach combining Islamic values with conservation practices. The results reveal that this integration increases environmental awareness among santri and strengthens their Islamic identity as khalifahs responsible for the ecosystem. This research enriches the theory of ecological integration in Islamic education and provides a model that can be applied in other pesantren. Practical implications include guidance for pesantren managers in designing effective environmental curricula and activities. This research also opens pathways for further studies with quantitative or mixed-methods approaches and exploring digital technology in pesantren ecological education.

Abstract

The low welfare of teachers is a big task for Islamic Education Institutions, especially Islamic boarding schools, to find solutions to improve their welfare. This research aims to measure the effectiveness of the health insurance and social security programs at the Mambaul Ulum Bata-Bata Pamekasan Islamic boarding school. The program's effectiveness is seen using program evaluation carried out using the CIPP (context, input, process, and product) model developed by Staflebeam.  The sources of research data are the person in charge of the program (Madamrosiyah Board of the Mambaul Ulum Bata-Bata Islamic boarding school), school principals, and teachers. The total population is 536 teachers. The sample was taken as 20% of the population, namely 107 people. Primary data was taken using questionnaires and interviews. The questionnaire instrument was tested with construct validity using correlation and Alpha Cronbach. Interviews were conducted with 3 school principals and 6 teachers divided into 3 male and 3 female teachers. Secondary data is obtained by documentation. The research results show that the program has been running effectively and on target. The aside (teachers) have felt the benefits of the program and are satisfied with the existence of this health insurance program because indirectly they worry that if they get sick and have to pay a lot of money can be covered by Islamic boarding school health insurance. The settlement amount is up to 70%. Therefore, this program is recommended for Islamic educational institutions such as Islamic boarding schools to improve their welfare in terms of health insurance. Findings also show that teachers who have received assistance tend to respond positively to the program compared to teachers who have never received assistance.

Abstract

Kondisi sampah di Desa Kapong, Batumarmar, Pamekasan sangat memprihatinkan karena terdapat banyak sekali sampah yang berserakan. Dampak negatif dari kondisi pantai yang tercemar yaitu, kindahan dan kebersihan pantai terganggu, ekosistem laut rusak, dan kurang terjaminnya keselamatn nelayan dalam menangkap ikan. Hal ini menjadi perhatian kami untuk ditindak lanjuti, yaitu dengan melaksanan kegitan sosialisasi meliputi pemberian pemahaman kepada masyarakat setempat terkait dampak buruk dari sampah yang berserakan di kawasan pesisir pantai. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan mendaur ulang sampah yang telah dikumpulkan mnjadi kerajinan tangan yang memiliki manfaat dan nilai ekonomi. Pada kegiatan pengabdian ini, masyarakat Desa Kapong sangat antusias mulai dari mengumpulkan sampah di pantai hingga mendaur ulang sampah menjadi produk kerajinan tangan sehingga hal ini dapat menumbuhkan jiwa kreativitas masyarakat desa Kapong dan juga meningkatkan pendapatan desa dari hasil pembuatan kerajinan tangan.

Abstract

Leadership is a very vital factor in the world of education. In addition, until now leadership is still seen as a very important factor for organizational effectiveness, also affecting almost all human life. Higher education has distinctive characteristics that require certain leadership. Higher education in Indonesia is currently actively making changes, so its leaders must be able to make successful changes. Facing change requires leaders who are able to bring the college to speed up, even bolt to adapt to existing changes. Therefore, an ideal leadership model is needed. Servant leadership can be used as one of the references to achieve this. The characteristics of servant leadership is leadership that is able to listen to others, able to empathize, able to do healing, have awareness, able to make persuasion, able to make concepts, have a vision, able to perform service stylists, have a commitment to human growth, and able to build community. This research aims to present a theoretical framework and review of servant leadership with systematic literary review (SLR) methods. The results of the analysis showed that servant leadership could be used as an alternative model of leadership in college. Keywords: , .

Abstract

salah satu kompetensi utama yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang guru adalah mampu melakukan evaluasi dengan baik. Ini penting dilakukan karena tujuan evaluasi selain untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan siswa dan KBM, juga sangat penting digunakan untuk memilih strategi dan metode pembelajaran yang tepat dalam pembelajaran. Penerapan sistem evaluasi yang benar sangat dibutuhkan mengingat tidak semua guru bisa melakukannya. Secara teoritis mungkin mereka memahami evaluasi,tetapimasih banyak yang belum menerapkan langkah-langkah evaluasi yang benar. Oleh karena itu sangat diperlukan pengetahuan tentang langkah pelaksanaan evaluasi yang benar agar hasil evaluasi benar-benar menggambarkan kemampuandan keadaan siswa sehingga hasil evaluasi bisa digunakan sesuai dengan fungsi dan tujuan evalausi dalam pendidikan. Kata kunci: evaluasi, tujuan pendidikan. One of the main competencies that a teacher must have is able to evaluate well. This is important to do because the purpose of evaluation beside to know the success degree of students and teaching and learning activity, is also very important to choose the appropriate strategies and methods in learning. The Implementation of a correct evaluation system is needed because not all teachers can do it. Scientifically and theorically they understood very well, but applying the correct evaluation steps is still very rare to conduct. Therefore it is necessary to have a knowledge of correct evaluation steps so that evaluation result will really describe the ability and state of student, hopefully the evaluation result can be used as a function and purpose of evalution in education. Abstract

MSMEs are trading businesses managed by individuals who have economic businesses with criteria that have been applied by law. Even in terms of management, it still has a close relationship with the community's economy. However, around the beginning of March 2020, Indonesia was hit by an outbreak of a disease called Covid-19 (Corona Virus). Corona virus is a contagious disease. The global Covid-19 pandemic certainly has an impact on various sectors, especially in the economic sector. This study aims to examine the strategy of K-Street ByungDong in dealing with the market in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic and find out the efforts made by K-Street ByungDong in overcoming marketing constraints during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method. In this study, the object of research is the strategy of K-Street ByungDong in dealing with the market in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. Data analysis methods used are interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it shows that digital marketing is effectively carried out as a marketing strategy in dealing with the market in the era of the covid-19 pandemic
