Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of social media marketing and brand image on purchasing decisions at Vidia Cindya Novita Store Palu. This study uses primary data collected through questionnaires from 78 store customer respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that social media marketing and brand image simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, social media marketing and brand image each have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Social media marketing provides an effective contribution in building brand awareness and influencing consumer attitudes. While a positive brand image can increase consumer trust and preference for a product. In conclusion, social media marketing and brand image are important factors that need to be considered by stores in an effort to improve consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis efektivitas sistem informasi manajemen daerah keuangan pada Dinas Bina Marga dan Penataan Ruang Daerah Propinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Dinas Bina Marga Dan Penataan Ruang Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah menerapkan aplikasi simda dalam mengelola keuangannya. Kebijakan penerapan simda pada Dinas Bina Marga Dan Penataan Ruang Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah dilakukan untuk mengelola proses yang berhubungan dengan pengelolaan keuangan daerah, dimulai dari perencanaan, penganggaran, penatausahaan dan pelaporan. Program sistem informasi daerah keuangan yang diterapkan dalam Dinas Bina Marga Dan Penataan Ruang Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah merupakan program yang kompleks dalam pengelolaan keuangan, sejauh ini sudah cukup efektif untuk mengelola keuangan daerah.

Abstract

Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Financial Literacy, Personal Interest, dan Faktor Lingkungan terhadap kesadaran Mahasiswa dalam Berinvestasi di pasar Modal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar kepada mahasiswa jurusan manajemen fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis universitas Muhammadiyah palu. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 40 responden. Penelitian ini dibantu dengan alat statistik berupa software SPSS 20. Pengujian pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji normalitas, validitas, dan reliabilitas. Metode Analisis Menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa financial literacy, personal interest, dan faktor lingkungan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kesadaran investasi pada mahasiswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh Jumlah Pegawai Lepas dan Insentif Pegawai Harian Lepas terhadap Realisasi anggaran pada satu unit pemerintah daerah. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel pada Badan penelitian, Pengembangan, dan Inovasi Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah sebanyak 60 orang orang Pegawai Negeri Sipil aktiv sampai dengan tahun 2024.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Jumlah Pegawai Harian Lepas dan insentif Pegawai Harian Lepas berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan sebesar 0,01 < 0,05 dan F- hitung > F- tabel ( 88,754 > 3,16 ). Variabel Jumlah Pegawai Harian Lepas (X1) berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap Realisasi Anggaran denagan nilai t-hitung > t-tabel (3,799 > 1,167) dengan tingkat signifikan yaitu 0,001 < 0,05. Sedangkan insentif Pegawai Harian Lepas (X2) t-hitung > t_tabel yaitu (9,498 > 1,167) dengan tingkat signifikan 0.001< 0,05.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse human resource development (HRD) in optimising the use of the Goods In and Out Information System (SIKMB) at the Office of the Regional Research and Innovation Agency of Central Sulawesi Province. This study employed a qualitative approach, utilizing interview methods with five informants who are employees at the institution. The results indicate that human resource development at the Regional Research and Innovation Agency of Central Sulawesi continues to face several key challenges, including a lack of in-depth understanding of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and limited technical training on the use of the information system. Although the SIKMB system has been implemented, many employees have not been able to maximise the use of the system's features. Additionally, issues related to outdated technological infrastructure and a lack of coordination between units pose obstacles to efficient goods management. Therefore, this study recommends the need for ongoing training, updating technological infrastructure, improved inter-departmental coordination, and the implementation of motivation and incentive policies to enhance staff performance in using the system. The results of this study are expected to contribute to human resource development and increased operational efficiency at the Office of the Regional Research and Innovation Agency of Central Sulawesi
