Abstract

Stock price fluctuations that could be traded on the stock exchange can be seen from JCI Indonesia so that we can know whether the market is bullish (strong) or bearish (weak). All in result by 2 factors, internal factors and eksternal. Many theory of past research revealed that the composite stock price index is influenced by several factors. Three factors including the value of the rupiah, world gold prices, and world oil prices. Because other than gold commodity rupiah exchange rate and the oil will affect the movement of stock indices on the StockExchange. The study population was the entire data rupiah exchange rate, oil prices and gold prices on the world in 2011-2014 and since such data exist today (historical price). This study uses statistical analisisis, Multiple linear regression, and the F test and T and test (coefficient of determination (R2)), Normality Test, Test Heteroskidastity. Based on hypothesis testing shows that world oil prices and world gold prices have a negative effect and no significant effect on the JCI while the rupiah / US $has a positive and significant impact on JCI.

Abstract

Zakat selain merupakan sesuatu yang wajib dikeluarkan oleh umat Islam, memiliki prospek yang baik dan sangat produktif jika dikelola, dan disalurkan dengan cara yang benar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan, data diperoleh dari data sekunder berupa buku, artikel, dan data olahan dari pihak lain atau data publikasi seperti data publikasi BAZNAS dan yang terkait dengan penelitian ini. Di Indonesia terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang menjadi tantangan pengelolaan zakat, yaitu masalah regulator, masalah OPZ, dan masalah mustahik dan muzakki. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan beberapa solusi untuk menyelesaikan beberapa permasalahan yang ada, guna meningkatkan pengelolaan zakat di Indonesia.

Abstract

Setiap perusahaan memiliki cara dan kebijakan masing-masing dalam mengelola aspek pertanggungjawaban kepada lingkungan. Tidak dapat dipungkiri koneksi politik yang dimiliki perusahaan memiliki berbagai manfaat bagi perusahaan itu sendiri. Masuknya politik didalam dunia bisnis didasari oleh saling membutuhkan, pengusaha membutuhkan politik untuk menyelamatkan dan mengembangkan usaha mereka begitu juga politik membutuhkan dukungan materil untuk keberlangsungan politik mereka. Oleh karena itu tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat dan menguji apakah perusahaan yang berkoneksi politik baik dalam kinerja lingkungan yang berdampak baik pada nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan multivariat untuk menguji 320 sampel pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2019. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa perusahaan yang mempunyai koneksi politik mempunyai kesempatan untuk mendapatkan skor yang tinggi dalam kinerja lingkungannya. Karena perusahaan akan memanfaatkan koneksinya untuk merubah atau meningkatkan nilainya.

Abstract

The problem that becomes the background of this research is in determining the selling price of a basic product that is used is the calculation of the cost of production, which is a way to take into account the determination of cost elements into the cost of the product and the selling price that is set must be able to determine all costs that produce long term profit. Based on the determination of the correct product cost of a product, it will be able to reduce uncertainty in determining the selling price. The purpose of this study is to find out how to calculate the cost of production based on the full costing method for determining the selling price of the product. In determining the selling price of the product, the selling price method is used based on cost-plus pricing. Cost plus pricing is the determination of the price by adding a certain amount (percentage) of the selling price or cost as profit. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive analysis method, the results of this study indicate that there are advantages in calculating the cost of goods manufactured based on the Full Costing method and to be able to determine the cost of goods sold, the production costs must be calculated at the beginning of each month based on the previous period's sales report.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui apakah brand image (citra merek) berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh F hitung sebesar 83.335 dan nilai Ftabel 3.077309 sebesar hal ini berarti (Fhitung >Ftabel). Kemudian berdasarkan uji signifikasi di peroleh nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,000. Karena Fhitung > Ftabel dan juga karena signifikansi = 0,00 < 0,05 sehingga brand image (citra merek) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Fashion Muslim: Rabbani. Pendekatan yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Pendekatan ini dilakukan dengan mengadakan pengujian hipotesis, pengukuran data dan pembuatan kesimpulan.. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel, yaitu variabel endogen dan variabel eksogen. Variabel eksogen dalam penelitan ini adalah Citra merek (X1), dan variabel endogen tergantung adalah Keputusan Pembelian (Y1). Berbasis pada teknik pengumpulan data dan informasi, di penelitian ini menggunakan satu jenis data, yaitu datab primer. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei menggunakan kuesioner kepada responden. Populasi data penelitian ini adalah semua pelanggan yang telah membeli produk dengan merek Rabbani. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah sebesar 112 responden. Teknik pengambilan data dengan menyebar angket kepada konsumen dengan jumlah pertanyaan yang terdiri dari 6 pertanyaan dari variabel Brand Image (Citra Merek), dan 7 pertanyaan dari Variabel keputusan pembelian. Brand image (citra merek ) memiliki pengaruh yang positif signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan pembelian fashion muslim: rabbani. Dengan signifikan diperoleh F hitung sebesar 83.335 dan nilai Ftabel 3.077309 sebesar hal ini berarti (Fhitung >Ftabel). Kemudian berdasarkan uji signifikasi di peroleh nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,000. Karena Fhitung > Ftabel dan juga karena signifikansi = 0,00 < 0,05 sehingga brand image (citra merek) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Fashion Muslim: Rabbani. dan taraf koefisien determinasi (r2) atau R square diperoleh sebesar 0,431 atau (43,1%), atau variasi variabel bebas yang digunakan dalam model mampu menjelaskan sebesar 43,1% variasi variabel dependen. Sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model penelitian ini. Abstract

The main aim of this study is to investigate the role of heuristic techniques and cognitive biases in investment decision making and suggest directions for further research. This research uses literature review techniques to understand heuristics and biases that are important in financial behavior and influence investment decisions. This article provides a conceptual overview of the impact of heuristic techniques and cognitive biases in investment decision making. The results of the conceptual analysis show that currently investors use heuristics to minimize losses and maximize profits, but this often leads to systematic decision making errors. This paper advises investors to prioritize financial literacy as a prerequisite for making capital market investment decisions and minimize over-reliance on heuristic techniques, which are often misleading. This research is the first to focus on the impact of cognitive heuristics and biases, informing investment decisions, and suggests directions for future research. This article provides a better understanding of the behavioral finance approach to investment decision making.

Abstract

BRIlink is a digital financial service initiated by Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) to expand the reach of banking services, especially in areas that are not yet reached by conventional banks. As a manifestation of microeconomics, BRIlink shows how technology and innovation can empower communities and small businesses. The purpose of this writing is to see and explain how BRIlink is the embodiment of microeconomics in Indonesia. This research is a type of library research carried out by reading, reviewing, and analyzing various existing literature. The results are that BRIlink provides access to banking services and contributes significantly to strengthening the micro-economy by empowering individuals and small businesses, increasing financial inclusion, and encouraging local economic growth

Abstract

This article aims to transform the learning process of Qur’anic Reading and Writing (BTQ) to accelerate students’ ability to read and write the Qur'an at MA Unggulan Nur Al-Jadid Waru Sidoarjo. The method used in this study is the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, which focuses on developing the assets and potentials found within the school environment. The program's implementation involved student-teachers from Universitas Sunan Giri Surabaya as facilitators in BTQ learning activities for grades X, XI, and XII. The activities included teaching tajwid (rules of Qur'anic recitation), memorization, and transcription of Qur’anic verses based on proper principles. The results of the study indicate that the systematic and effective application of BTQ significantly improves students' Qur’anic literacy skills. The program's success was supported by the active involvement of educators, parents, and a conducive school environment. These findings affirm the importance of BTQ as a locally integrated subject in the curriculum to strengthen students’ spiritual foundation and support their academic achievement.
