Abstract

Learning the book of fathul qorib is a learning process that is usually carried out in Islamic boarding schools and Islamic education institutions, especially at Langitan Islamic Boarding School. This book is one of the most popular books of fiqh, the work of Sheikh Muhammad bin Qosim al-Ghazi which is the sharah of the book of taqrib which is usually called matan abi syuja'. This research aims to reveal: 1) Improved understanding of Fiqh at MTs Al-Falahiyah. 2) Learning the Book of Fathul Qorib to Improve Understanding of Fiqh at MTs Al-Falahiyah. 3) Supporting and Inhibiting Factors for Learning the Book of Fathul Qorib in Increasing Understanding of Fiqh at MTs Al-Falahiyah. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using structured interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The results of the study on the implementation of learning the Fathul Qorib book in improving understanding of Islamic jurisprudence at MTs Al-Falahiyah, Langitan Widang Islamic Boarding School, Tuban showed that: 1) learning the Fathul Qorib book in improving understanding of Islamic jurisprudence went well and effectively, students' understanding of Islamic jurisprudence can be improved by studying the book. Fathul Qorib uses several methods, including muroja'ah and deliberation. 2) Learning the Fathul Qorib book at MTs Al-Falahiyah is realized well by implementing several varied methods, including classical, sorogan, wetonan, and lectures, teaching and learning activities of the book fathul qorib runs smoothly and effectively. 3) Supporting factors, such as teacher competence and appropriate learning methods can provide positive contributions to student understanding. However, there are also inhibiting factors that need to be addressed through evaluation and adjustment of strategies by teachers to continue to improve the process learning the book Fathul Qorib and overcoming existing obstacles.

Abstract

Abstract Purpose: Low learning outcomes are one of the frequently occurring problems. The school environment is one of the factors that affect learning outcomes. A comfortable, orderly, and attractive school environment, along with adequate facilities and infrastructure, can boost students' enthusiasm and lead to better learning outcomes. Design/methodology/approach: The research method used was a literature study that analyzed previous research on the relationship between the school environment and student academic performance. Research limitations/implications: The study is limited to secondary data analysis through literature review, which may restrict the scope of findings to previously published research. The implications suggest that educational institutions should prioritize environmental quality as a strategic approach to improve student academic performance. Findings: The research revealed that multiple environmental factors significantly impact student learning outcomes. A conducive physical environment, characterized by comfort, orderliness, and visual appeal, combined with adequate facilities and infrastructure, enhances student motivation and academic performance. Harmonious social interactions among school community members create a supportive learning atmosphere that positively influences educational achievement. Originality/value: This study contributes to the educational literature by providing a comprehensive synthesis of research on school environment-academic performance relationships

Abstract

This article aims to transform the learning process of Qur’anic Reading and Writing (BTQ) to accelerate students’ ability to read and write the Qur'an at MA Unggulan Nur Al-Jadid Waru Sidoarjo. The method used in this study is the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, which focuses on developing the assets and potentials found within the school environment. The program's implementation involved student-teachers from Universitas Sunan Giri Surabaya as facilitators in BTQ learning activities for grades X, XI, and XII. The activities included teaching tajwid (rules of Qur'anic recitation), memorization, and transcription of Qur’anic verses based on proper principles. The results of the study indicate that the systematic and effective application of BTQ significantly improves students' Qur’anic literacy skills. The program's success was supported by the active involvement of educators, parents, and a conducive school environment. These findings affirm the importance of BTQ as a locally integrated subject in the curriculum to strengthen students’ spiritual foundation and support their academic achievement.

Abstract

Perkembangan motorik dan kognitif terhadap anak merupakan fase-fase yang sangat vital dalam pertumbuhan manusia dari sejak lahir sampai dewasa dalam agama islam memberikan perhatian yang besar terhadap pertumbuhan maupun perkembangan anak sedari usia dini. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji beberapa peran perkembangan motorik dan kognitif anak dalam perspektif psikologi islam yang berdasarkan kajian literaturnya melalui peran keluarga dan lingkungan dalam mendukung perkembangan anak dari seusia dini sampai dewasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kepustakaan untuk menganalisis perkembangan motorik dan kognitif anak dalam prespektif psikologi agama islam. Hasil analisis menunjukkan ada tiga poin yang dibahas yaitu (1) Peran Perkembangan Motorik Anak (2) Peran Perkembangan Kognitif Anak (3) Peran perkembanagn Motorik dan Kognitif Anak dalam Prespektif Psikologi Agama Islam. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan dedikasi bagi para pendidik orang tua, dan masyarakat secara umum dalam memahami akan pentingnya dalam memperhatikan aspek-aspek motorik dan kognitif yang berada dalam proses pengasuhan dan pendidikan yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai islam.

Abstract

Moral serta akhlak jaman sekarang dipandang ilmu belaka tiada memerlukan adanya relasi nyata, pada intinya moral dan akhlak sangat penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari bagi anak. Supaya pendidikan moral serta akhlak anak disekolah lebih baik, maka dari itu banyak sekolah yang mengedepankan aspek kognitif akan menjadi tumpuan, lebih diamati. Aspek moral sebenarnya merupakan bagian dari pengembangan keterampilan emosional semakin terpinggirkan dengan adanya moderisasi, dengan penekanan pada keterampilan kognitif dan penguasaan teknologi (keterampilan psikomotorik). Semua itu bukan karena tuntutan gaya hidup yang matrialistis, melainkan segala sesuatu diukur dengan materi, dan juga menjadi tujuan utamanya, maka tidak heran jika penurunan dan dekadensi moral tidak bisa dihindari hentikan kerusakan moral. Supaya moral serta akhlak bisa baik maka penelitian ini yakni pendekatan kualitatif teknik pengumpulan data dilaksanakan melalui studi literatur yang mengambil teori dari buku-buku dan refrensi lainnya. Hasil pembahasan tersubut dijelaskan beberapa masalah tentang konsep moral dan akhlak anak dalam islam mempengaruhi anak, dan juga membahas metode atau pendekatan yang digunakan dalam pendidikan agama Islam untuk mengembangkan moral dan akhlak anak. Moral dalam bahasa latin yaitu mores, yang bermakna adat, kebiasaan ataupun gayaa hidup seseorang. Moral ialah prinsip baik serta buruk yang melekat pada diri seseorang. Menurut Kohlburg (Monks et al., 2002), ada tiga tahapan perkembangan moral yakni pra-konvensional, konvensional, dan pasca-konvensional. Banyak sekali metode serta pendekatan yang bisa digunakan dalam pembelajaran khususnya dalam meningkatkan moral anak usia dini, dan ada beberapa strategi guna mengembangkan moral serta akhlak didalam nilai islam yakni termasuk memberikan rasa aman kepada anak-anak, mencium dan membelai mereka, menanamkan rasa cinta kepada tanah air mereka, mengajarkan mereka untuk meneliti dan melihat apa yang diciptakan Tuhan. Berdasarkan pembahasan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwaperkembangan moral dan akhlak dalam prespektif pendidikan agama islam. Melalui konsep moral serta akhlak dalam mempengaruhi anak serta metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam pendidikan agama islam untuk mengembangkan moral dan akhlak anak yang dapat mengubah anak menjadi lebih baikdan positif. Salah satu aspek terebut ialah metode pendekatan untuk mengembangkan moral dan akhlak anak, pembelajaran PAI dengan memberikan pengalaman belajar bagaimana cara menanamkan moral dan akhlak lebih baik, sehingga dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan hasil moral dan akhlak anakdapat meningkat.

Abstract

This study discusses the strategy of using digital-based learning media in increasing learning motivation in Fiqh subjects. The background of this study is rooted in the need to make learning more interesting and relevant to students. Fiqh subjects often contain abstract and complex concepts, which can be challenging for students to understand and apply in their daily lives. In addition, digital media allows flexibility in learning, gives access to materials anytime and anywhere, and provides real-time feedback which is invaluable to the learning process. All of these contribute to increasing students' learning motivation, making Fiqh learning more interesting and effective. The purpose of the strategy of using digital-based learning media in improving learning motivation in Fiqh subject is to create a more interactive, and relevant learning experience for students. By using digital technology, it is expected that students can more easily understand and apply Fiqh concepts that are often abstract and complex. Digital media allows teachers to present material visually and dynamically through videos, animations and simulations, so that the concepts taught become more concrete and interesting. Abstract

Pendidikan memegang peranan penting dalam mengembangkan potensi siswa, khususnya dalam mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis mereka. Keterampilan ini memungkinkan siswa untuk menganalisis, mengevaluasi, dan membuat keputusan yang tepat. Akan tetapi, metode pengajaran tradisional sering kali menghasilkan kemampuan berpikir kritis yang kurang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran penemuan yang mengintegrasikan unsur-unsur dari permainan monopoli, khususnya dalam bidang pendidikan Fikih di MA Unggulan Nur Al-Jadid Waru, Sidoarjo. Dengan menggunakan metodologi kualitatif yang terstruktur sebagai studi kasus, penelitian ini melibatkan sampel 20 siswa kelas dua belas. Penyelidikan dilakukan selama dua siklus tindakan, yang meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan permainan monopoli secara signifikan meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, mendorong pembelajaran interaktif, dan memelihara pemikiran kritis yang mandiri. Metode ini secara efektif meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap subjek, keterampilan analitis, dan kemampuan kerja sama tim, sehingga berdampak positif pada pengalaman pendidikan secara keseluruhan.
