Abstract

Residents are all people who are domiciled in the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia for 1 year or more or those who are domiciled for less than 1 year (2020 Population Census concept). Based on the mandate of the 1945 Constitution, especially articles 33 and 34, the state is responsible for protecting the entire Indonesian nation and promoting general welfare in the context of realizing social justice for all Indonesian people. To facilitate interpretation, changes in welfare levels were assessed according to ten (10) criteria for poverty, with the variables set by the Social Service and the Central Statistics Agency.Poverty is a condition of limited ability to meet the needs of a decent life such as limitations in income, skills, health conditions, mastery of economic assets, or access to information. Measurement with a monetary approach can be done using expenditure data as an approach to household income. Then this expenditure data is compared with a limit of the rupiah exchange rate needed to meet the minimum living needs. This limit is often referred to as the poverty line. There are various indicators in determining the poor population, namely based on the status of the house, occupation, number of dependents, fuel for cooking, water sources, and electricity. Determining the poor has problems because they have to sort the data values of each data sheet in the form of paper,The decision support system using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Analytical Heirarchy Process (AHP) method takes a case study in Sembawa sub-district. The decision support system can assist decision makers in Sembawa District in determining the poor, and can be used as a basis for providing assistance. Keywords : DSS, SAW, AHP, Poor, Criteria, weight.

Abstract

SMA LTI Indo Global Mandiri Palembang is one of the private high school in the city of Palembang and not optimally in memenuihi information needs and service selection application file prospective teachers, as an example of selection procedures for application files prospective teachers in SMA LTI IGM Palembang still use process manual, namely in terms of the proposed selection file such applications are not integrated so if there are teachers out of SMA LTI IGM Palembang HRD will find the data the teacher that will take a long time because the data has not been well integrated teacher. and in terms of valuation results of the interview prospective teachers so that in making decisions based on an assessment of the interview test requires considerable time. So I will make the selection of an information system application file online teacher candidates at SMA LTI Indo Global Mandiri Palembang. Researcher using a methodology WDLC (Web Development Life Cycle) and tools UML (Unified Modeling Language) with the aid of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and classdiagram. This system can provide information on jobs available, the acceptance criteria, the status of the application is submitted, and a few other things. With this system is expected to facilitate both applicants / prospective teachers as well as the human resources department to manage the process of selection of information system application file online prospective teachers in SMA LTI Indo Global Mandiri Palembang

Abstract

Untuk memilih karyawan baru  yang baik dan sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah di tetapkan oleh perusahaan tentunya dibutuhkan waktu dan biaya yang tidak sedikit hal ini dibutuhkan untuk membuat system, sedangkan perusahaan membutuhkan karyawan baru dengan segera. Oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan system untuk mendukung kegiatan tersebut, system yang dilengkapi kemapuan  mengelolah kriteria dan dapat memecahkan masalah  ataupun kemampuan untuk mengkomunikasikan masalah dengan kondisi semi terstruktur dan tak terstruktur dimana belum di ketahui oleh siapapun secara pasti bagaimana keputusan tersebut di tetapkan. Pemecahan masalah  yang di buat tentunya sesuai dengan kebutuhan usernya, oleh sebab itu dalam system yang peneliti buat dilengkapi dengan  Decession Support System (DSS),yang dapat di gunakan oleh para Decession maker untuk mengatasi permasalahan perangkingan calon karyawan agar tidak salah memilih karyawan dan perusahaan dapat melakukan perangkingan calon karyawan terbaik dari sekian banyak calon karyawan yang baik yang tentunya memenuhi kriteria-kriteria yang telah di tentukan oleh perusahaan. Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dapat di terapkan untuk memenuhi keinginan perusahaan tersebut  agar tidak salah memilih karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mengembangkan system pengambilan keputusan dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) sedangkan permodelan system yang digunakan adalah Unified Modeling Language (UML.) System yang di bangun menggunakan software PHP, database yang digunakan adalah Mysql. Keywords : DSS, SAW, UML, PHP, Mysql
