Abstract

The purpose of this study was to compare the purchasing power of brown rice and white rice in Bayongbong market, Garut Regency. Based on the economic and social perspectives of consumers. It can be seen that the consumption of brown rice shows an increasing trend, along with public awareness of the importance of a healthy diet. This study uses a quantitative approach to determine how much consumer purchasing power is based on the economic and social perspectives of consumers towards the two types of rice, with a focus on economic aspects (price and purchasing power) and social (health awareness). The results of the study showed that the price of brown rice can influence consumer purchasing power by 88.0% (R ^ 2) and white rice by 83.0% (R ^ 2). This means that consumer decisions in purchasing brown rice and white rice are influenced by price fluctuations but are based on the economic and social perspectives of consumers.

Abstract

Salah satu komponen utama modal kerja yang selalu berubah adalah persediaan. Tanpa persediaan, bisnis menghadapi bahaya tidak mampu memproduksi barang yang diinginkan pelanggan. Dalam menghitung persediaan barang, membutuhkan ketelitian, tenaga, dan waktu yang cukup banyak. Di toko ini sistemnya masih manual, pekerja hanya memasukkan isian yang tersedia di buku, dan sering terjadi kesalahan dalam proses pencatatan sehingga ada kekhawatiran data barang mungkin hilang saat dibutuhkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengatasi permasalahan serta menggantikan metode pencatatan persediaan barang yang masih dinilai kurang efisien. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Waterfall karna dinilai dapat meminimalisir kesalahan dalam melakukan proses pengembangan perangkat lunak. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini bersumber dari studi literatur, observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini berupa suatu sistem informasi berbasis web yang diharapkan dapat memudahkan karyawan dan pemilik toko dalam mengelola data persediaan barang Toko Mainan Ani Tenggarong.

Abstract

Penelitian Ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peran Employee Engagement dalam memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Sucofindo Padang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Sucofindo Padang yang berjumlah 40 orang. Data diperoleh dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada karyawan PT Sucofindo Padang dan dilakukan analisa dengan menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0 Hasil Penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Employee engagement, Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Employee engagement, Employee engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Employee engagement tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, Employee engagement mampu memediasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Employee engagement memiliki nilai R- square sebesar 0,585 atau dengan kata lain variabel Employee engagement dipengaruhi oleh variabel budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan sebesar 58,5%. Budaya organisasi dan Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh sebesar 54,5% terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Background: Environmental management in Indonesia is currently facing complex challenges arising from dependence on fossil fuels, the impacts of climate change, and persistent social inequalities experienced by vulnerable groups. This study aims to evaluate the extent to which environmental values can be integrated into community empowerment programs in the environmental sector, with a particular focus on the context of a just energy transition. Methods: This study employs a descriptive qualitative design using statutory and conceptual approaches to examine inclusivity in Indonesia’s energy transition, drawing on interviews, policy and legal document analysis, and secondary literature, with data analyzed through manual thematic coding, deductive reasoning, and triangulation to ensure credibility while acknowledging limitations in scope, legal coverage, and data availability. Findings: The findings indicate that although national and local policies have begun to emphasize inclusivity and community-based approaches, their implementation faces persistent structural barriers. These barriers include institutional limitations, insufficient inter-agency coordination, and restricted access to capacity-building resources especially for persons with disabilities who often encounter physical, technical, and informational obstacles in participating fully in environmental programs. Moreover, current policy frameworks still lack strong mechanisms to ensure meaningful involvement from marginalized groups rather than symbolic participation. Conclusion: This research highlights that the integration of gender equality, disability inclusion, and broader social inclusivity is not merely an additional component but a fundamental prerequisite for achieving fair community empowerment and sustainable environmental development. Abstract

This research aims For verify structure factor circular economy practices based on the 5R framework (reduce, reuse, recycle, recover, and redesign) in industry skin scale small Andri 99 Leather Garut. Although circular economy concept has Lots being discussed , still little empirical evidence to test relatedness fifth 5R principles in general simultaneously in context industry small companies that use production processes traditional . This research applies approach quantitative with the Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) method for determine whether the implementation of 5R creates One integrated or multidimensional construct . Data obtained through survey to all over craftsmen who play a direct role in activities operational as the population involved completely . The results of the analysis show that the data is valid For processed further (KMO = 0.866; value Bartlett's Test significance = 0.000) and all 5R indicators have mark high loading factor (0.773–0.900) on one factor main with an eigenvalue of 3.633 which is capable of explained 72.65% of the total variance . This finding confirms that Circular economic practices based on 5R in leather SMEs scale small is unidimensional and integrated .
