Abstract

PKK merupakan sebuah gerakan yang tumbuh dari bawah dengan perempuan sebagai penggerak dan dinamisatornya dalam membangun, membina, dan membentuk keluarga guna mewujudkan kesejahteraan. keluarga sebagai unit kelompok terkecil dalam masyarakat,. Kesejahteraan keluarga menjadi tujuan utama PKK. Hal ini dikarenakan keluarga merupakan unit terkecil masyarakat yang akan berpengaruh besar terhadap kinerja pembangunan. Dari keluarga yang sejahtera ini, maka tata kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara akan dapat melahirkan ketentraman, keamanan, keharmonisan, dan kedamaian serta kemajuan dalam bidang ekonomi. Tetapi, pada kenyataannya yang di alami sekarang ini berbalik arah dengan realita yang terjadi di masyarakat, baik masyarakat desa maupun perkotaan

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui perubahan lingkungan dalam mensuport factor- faktor dalam pemasaran. Perubahan pola bisnis dari pasar penjual ke pasar pembeli dilakukan oleh perusahaan dan harus mengadopsi keinginan dari konsumen. Berdasarkan kebutuhan perusahaan dalam melakukan sekmentasi, target dan pembagian konsumen dilakukan dengan cara program penyiaran yang diberikan kepada konsumen dengan berbedaan karakteristik yang berbeda. Penelitian ini bertuan untuk mengetahui segmentasi, taget dan posisi (STP). Dan untuk mengetahui implementasi yang dilakukan oleh Radio Mitra 97,0 FM Batu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode diskriptif dengan merefleksikan STP. Dari hasil analisis diketahui bahwa Radio Mitra FM melayani pasar yang luas dan membagi pelanggan diberbagai segmen yang berbeda

Abstract

Nowadays the rivalry of motorcycle industry in Indonesia increases rapidly. In facing this condition, the motorcycle producers are demanded to form a strong competitive superior component by making a good brand image for consumers. Brand image is a trade mark association; it is formed and stuck on consumers’ mind. It has three components i.e. producer, consumer, and product image. This research aimed to find out and analyze the affect of brand image consisted of producer, consumer, and product image to the consumers’ decision in buying Honda motorcycle, both in partially and simultaneously to find out which variables had domain effect. The type of this research is explanatory research explaining the causal relationship among variables by using hypothesis test. The sample of this research was 69 S-1 students of Economic Faculty of Tribhuwana Tunggadewi University of Malang; they had ever bought Honda motorcycle. The data analysis method used in this research was multiple linier regressions.  The result gained by using multiple linier regressions showed that both in partially and simultaneously producer image variable (X1), consumer image (X2), and product image (X3) had a significant effect to the consumers decision in buying Honda motorcycle. Whereas, the variable which was dominant to the consumers was product image variable (X3).            The conclusion which could be taken from this research was the three independent variables i.e. producer image, consumer image, and product image both in partially and simultaneously had a significant effect to the consumers’ decision in buying Honda motorcycle. Product image variable (X3) was the variable having a dominant effect to the consumers’ decision in buying Honda motorcycle. By having know that brand image had a significant effect to the consumers’ decision, it was suggested that Honda Company could maintain its brand image formed nowadays so that it could increase the sale of Honda motorcycle

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of communication and organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods. The study population was 32 employees at the Malang City Population and Civil Registration Office which was conducted by census. Data collection using questionnaires. The data analysis method used is Smart PLS. The results of the study proved that communication directly has a significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction, communication has a significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. The results are indirectly known that communication has a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction and organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. This result can be understood that good communication and organizational culture will create job satisfaction so as to support the improvement of employee performance

Abstract

The aim is to evaluate the influence of digital marketing, product innovation and brand image on purchasing decisions for Mie Gacoan in Indonesia, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative descriptive approach. Sampling was carried out using the unknown population formula with a purposive sampling technique, with a focus on undergraduate students who had ever eaten gacoan noodles at any branch in Indonesia. The total sample was 100 respondents who filled out the questionnaire via Google Form. The data collected was analyzed descriptively using SPSS software. The results show that digital marketing, product innovation and brand image significantly contribute positively to purchasing decisions for Mie Gacoan in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of employee perception on the job creation law regarding the certainty of employee rights, job opening, employee comfort and security, and to help employees affected by layoffs to work motivation both partially and simultaneously. The method used was the quantitative method, the data used was secondary data and primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to be filled out by 92 respondents, data analysis was using multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using t-test and f-test. The results of the study showed that the certainty of employee rights, job opening, employee comfort, and helping employees affected by layoffs had a significant effect on work motivation in the network in Taman Rekerasi Sengkaling, both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

This research was caused by the changing environment and other supporting factors. The changing of business pattern of Seller Market to Buyer Market made a company has to adapt their need and changing behaviour. By having this base a company need to do market segmenting, targeting, and positioning with broadcast program in order to serve customers having different characteristics. This research proposed to find out Segmenting, Targeting and Positioning (STP) Application in Mitra 97.0 Fm Radio Station of Batu City in considering the marketing strategy by determining STP. This research used descriptive method reflecting the execution of STP and the shortage of the company in implementing STP. Form the analysis result done, Mitra 97.0 Fm Radio of Batu City tried to serve the large market and divide its customers (listeners) in several segmenting variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the right strategies to describe, analyze, and interpret the factors related to the empowerment of women's business groups so that they can improve the level of the family economy and become an independent and economically prosperous family. Strategy determination is implemented through three steps, namely the input stage (using the Internal Factor Evaluation Matrix (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation Matrix (EFE)) method, the matching stage, and the decision stage. Researchers used qualitative research methods with a participatory approach that did not do hypothesis testing only describing the state of social protection in accordance with the facts found at the study site. Data collection techniques namely using questionnaires, interviews, observation took several elements and then each element was investigated in depth. To obtain information about the profile of Ornamental Plant Business Women in Sidomulyo Village, Batu City by using accidental sampling technique. A score of 284 was obtained from the IFE matrix, while a score of 334 was obtained from the matrix. Scores on the IFE matrix and the EFE Matrix show that the Group of Ornamental Plant Business Women are in cell II, with strategies that can be used namely developing and developing, so that they are in a strong position.
