Abstract

A developed economy provides a large selection of goods and services that can be consumed. To meet their needs for goods and services, consumers do not always have to pay in cash because many companies offer financing services. Financing services are specialized in accordance with the development of product diversity and customer needs. Finance service companies must be able to improve the quality of their services to embrace new customers and retain existing customers. This study was made with the aim of knowing and analyzing how the Quality of Service provided by the Spectra Business Unit at FIFGROUP Tanjung Pos Buntok Branch can influence the Decision of Making Consumer Credit RO (Repeat Order). This type of research is a descriptive quantitative type with the data collection process using questionnaires, observations, interviews, library research, and documentation. The selected sample of 124 people determined by the Random Sampling method and then processed by the Multiple Linear Regression method. The results showed that the calculation of multiple linear regression is Y = 4.718 + 1.270X1 + 0.702X2 +0.645X3 + 1.097X4 + 0.656X5. The results of the hypothesis test show that simultaneously service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer credit decisions at RO FIFGROUP Tanjung Pos Buntok Branch with a calculated F value of 58.402 > F table 2.29. While partially. obtained t count Tangibles (X1) 4.187, Reliability (X2) 2.585, Responsiveness (X3) 2.592, Assurance (X4) 3.739 and Empathy (X5) 2.146, which means that these values ​​are values ​​that greatly affect Credit Decisions by consumers repeat order FIFGROUP Tanjung Pos Buntok Branch because tcount > ttable

Abstract

South Barito Disdagkop-UKM as the leading sector responsible for the development of MSMEs faces big challenges in resolving various problems faced by MSMEs. So you must have the ability to carry out work programs effectively and efficiently. This research aims to find out the strategy of the Department of Trade, Cooperatives, and Small and Medium Enterprises of South Barito Regency in developing Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The analysis uses four matrices, namely the IFAS Matrix (Internal Factors Analysis Summary), EFAS (External Factors Analysis Summary), IE (Internal External Matrix), SWOT, and QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). The results of the South Barito Disdagkop-UKM IE Matrix analysis are in the internal high external strong quadrant I, namely the Growth and Build position with the recommended strategy namely intensive or integrative. Selected strategy based on the QSPM matrix for South Barito Disdagkop-UKM Focus on work programs that prioritize innovations based on local industrial results (S1O1) with a STAS value of 3.99.

Abstract

Implementing the National Action Plan for the Acceleration of Stunting Reduction (RAN PASTI), Universities are included in the structure as Monitoring Coordinators for Evaluation of the Acceleration of Stunting Reduction. STIE Dahani Dahanai as a partner of the Regional Government carries out community service activities for the stunting prevention action program in Pamait Village, Dusun Selatan District, South Barito Regency, Central Kalimantan in 2025. This PKM was carried out on 13 - 14 January 2025 involving participants from young women, pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and mothers with children under five in Pamait Village. 25 participants attended this activity. This activity was carried out by 4 lecturers and students of STIE Dahani Dahanai. The methods in this PKM are observation and counseling with the aim of prevention and evaluation. The targets of the activity are young women and pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and mothers with children under five by providing education about stunting and its characteristics, exposure to the causes and long-term impacts as well as material about parenting, eating patterns, and good sanitation. Simulation of making healthy, balanced nutritious food using easily available ingredients. Based on the results of the pre-test and post-test, it can be seen that the participants' knowledge has increased, which indicates that this activity is useful in increasing the participants' knowledge.
