Abstract

Farmer groups have a function as a learning class, a vehicle for cooperation, and a production unit. Through leadership figures and commitment, it is hoped that farmer groups can carry out their functions. The aims of this study were (1) to analyze the leadership figure of farmer group leaders in carrying out farmer group functions, and (2) to analyze the leadership commitment of farmer group leaders in implementing farmer group functions. The method used is a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The data used are primary and secondary data obtained from observations, in-depth interviews, documentation, and reports. The data analysis technique used Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis, while the data validity technique used data source triangulation and data collection techniques. The results showed that the head of the Sri Gemilang Farmers Group was a transformational leadership figure. The function of farmer groups is carried out through the use of information and communication technology, good administration, upgrading farmer group classes, development of food crop commodities, growing millennial farmers, utilization of peatlands for horticulture cultivation, and alsintan assembly services. The Head of the Sri Gemilang Farmers Group implements ten commitments in carrying out the functions of farmer groups.

Abstract

Dumai City Hospital activities center on community satisfaction. Improving the quality of health services is accomplished by enhancing the elements whose goal is to promote patient satisfaction. Several issues were discovered throughout its deployment, which became essential notes in carrying out its community activities. As a result, the purpose of this research is to examine service implementation, community satisfaction, and the effect of service on community satisfaction at the Dumai City Hospital. The study used a quantitative technique with 164 respondents and data analysis, especially descriptive statistics. The study's findings revealed that there was an impact of service on community satisfaction at the Dumai City Hospital. The advice given is to enhance the guaranteed waiting time for services that will be provided to patients, particularly in the acts of doctors at the Outpatient Polyclinic, in order to prevent complaints from the public due to the long wait to be serviced by a doctor. Furthermore, continue to enhance the skills of all staff so that they can better serve the community.

Abstract

This study was motivated by public complaints regarding the untimely commencement of services and unclear information about service requirements at the Ratu Sima Urban Village Office. Therefore, this study aims to determine the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) and the key factors influencing public satisfaction with public services at the Ratu Sima Urban Village Office in Dumai City. This research employs a quantitative method with a survey research design. The study sample consists of 100 respondents, selected using an incidental sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and interviews. Data analysis was conducted using the IKM value based on PAN-RB Ministerial Regulation Number 14 of 2017, assessing nine service elements. The measurement utilized a Likert scale with four alternative perception value responses. The results indicate that the IKM score is 3.15, with an IKM conversion value of 78.75. Based on this IKM score, the service performance at the Ratu Sima Urban Village Office is categorized as Good, with a service quality rating of B. The key factors determining public satisfaction are the specification of service types with a score of 1,055, and the competency of service providers, with a score of 998.
