Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merencanakan pemanenan air hujan sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai sumber air alternatif di kampus UTA’45 Jakarta sehingga diharapkan dapat mengurangi penggunaan air tanah dan limpasan air hujanyang bisa menyebabkan genangan. Air hujan yang dapat ditampung dipengaruhi oleh curah hujan harian maksimum menggunakan analisis hidrologi. Metode analisis hidrologi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kuantitas air hujan yang dapat tertampung melalui atap Kampus UTA’45 Jakarta. Data curah hujan yang dipakai pada perencanaan ini yaitu data dari BMKG stasiun Maririm Tanjung Priok. Untuk mendapatkan curah hujan dihitung menggunakan metode gumbel dan intensitas hujan menggunakan metode mononobe dengan PUH 1,25 tahun sebesar 355.29 mm/jam. Dari curah hujan tersebut didapatkan dimensi talang, pipa tegak, pipa datar, dan pipa pencucian atap berukuran 6 inci. Sedangkan air hujan yang jatuh ke atap bangunan, disimpan pada masing-masing sebuah unit ground reservoir berkapasitas 43,72 m3; 13,17 m3; 20,32 m3 dan 1.27 m3 untuk Gedung A, Gedung B, Gedung C, dan Masjid. Perencanaan pemanenan air hujan di Kampus UTA’45 Jakarta ini memerlukan biaya sebesar Rp. 243.000.000,00.

Abstract

Tiktok is blocked in various countries because it contains racial, hate speech and suicide content so that it can affect the moral conditions and behavior of users. the research method used in this study is quantitative using a correlation study approach and a survey to collect the data. The respondents involved were 63 people, namely class X students. the results and analysis obtained are that Tiktok social media has an influence on student morale of 14.8% and is in the very low category. there are other factors that influence outside the factors studied. Tiktok social media can have an influence on the morale of students but there are more decisive factors in the formation of student morale, such as environment, family and peers.

Abstract

The selection of structural materials plays a crucial role in determining cost efficiency and construction time in building construction projects. This study aims to analyze and compare the construction costs of reinforced concrete and steel structures in the construction of the Modern Islamic Boarding School An-Nizam in Purwokerto. A quantitative comparative method was used by calculating the volume of work, construction cost estimates (RAB), and project duration for both types of structures. The analysis focused on main structural elements such as columns and beams, based on detailed drawings, unit price standards, and project technical data. Based on the calculations and analysis of this project, it can be concluded that the total construction cost for the reinforced concrete structure is Rp 8,983,363,148.58. Meanwhile, the total construction cost for the steel structure is Rp 8,445,489,989.60. The duration of the steel construction work is 19-20 weeks, and the duration of the concrete structure construction work is 25-30 weeks. Therefore, it can be concluded that from this case study, the total cost required for concrete structure construction is cheaper than steel structure construction by a difference of Rp 537,873,158.98. However, the duration of steel structure construction is faster than concrete construction, with a difference of 6-10 weeks.
