Abstract

Menerapkan strategi pembelajaran merupakan peran penting dalam mewujudkan tujuan Pendidikan Agama Kristen di masa pandemi Covid-19. Tujuannya ialah meningkatkan perserta didik untuk melakukan kegiatan pembelajaran yang beragam secara kreatif, efektif dan efesien. Maka strategi yang cocok digunakan selama pandemi Covid-19 adalah strategi PAIKEM terpadu. Penulis akan melakukan analisis dan mendefinisikan strategi PAIKEM terpadu yang dilakukan oleh guru-guru pendidikan agama Kristen di masa pandemi Covid-19. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi PAIKEM terpadu bagi guru kepada siswa pendidikan agama Kristen di era pandemi Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi PAIKEM efektif digunakan dalam PTK agar seluruh siswa lulus Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) dengan tiga siklus. Karena itu, dalam tataran kebijakan, strategi PAIKEM Terpadu dapat menjadi model pembelajaran wajib dalam meningkatkan ketercapaian KKM siswa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in learning outcomes of Christian Religious Education for students of Class X SMA Negeri 84 West Jakarta through the implementation of cooperative learning type Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD). Using the classroom action research method, this research is directly involved in the classroom action process. Researchers act as teachers to teach and assess student learning outcomes. This study consisted of the initial conditions of 2 meetings, the first cycle of 4 meetings, and the second cycle of 2 meetings. The sample set was 18 students of class X to practice eight times. From the results of tests that researchers have carried out, it can see that the STAD method can successfully influence student learning outcomes such as: (i) In the initial conditions of the first meeting, the average score of students is 76 & the value of completeness of student learning outcomes is 75 while the score is not complete is 60, (ii) Then the first cycle is the fourth meeting the average value of students is 82 and the value is included in the excellent category and has a learning completeness value is 92 & (iii) the last show's cycle II is the ninth meeting the overall average value of students is 90 and is included in the excellent category and has a learning completeness value of 100%.

Abstract

In the era of continuous change, strategic management for developing church members is essential in dealing with the existing dynamics. The research aims to analyze efforts to optimize the quality of congregational formation through strategic management of church community development at HKBP Cikini Jakarta. The research technique applied is a qualitative approach that focuses on natural research objects. The initial information collection method used was interviews. This research provides insight into the church facing growing challenges by paying attention to aspects of effective strategic management. The conclusion is that strategic management for the development of church members plays a role as a catalyst in facilitating congregational development through a holistic approach, including strengthening spiritual, organizational, and personal aspects. Through coordinated strategic management, the congregation can develop into a solid entity, providing mutual support and being active in the church's ministry mission, creating an inclusive environment for sustainable growth. Abstrak Dalam era perubahan yang terus-menerus, manajemen strategis pembinaan warga gereja menjadi kunci penting dalam menghadapi dinamika yang ada. Tujuan penelitian adalah melakukan analisis tentang upaya optimalisasi kualitas pembinaan jemaat melalui manajemen strategis pembinaan warga gereja di HKBP Cikini Jakarta. Teknik riset yang diterapkan adalah pendekatan kualitatif yang menitikberatkan pada objek riset yang bersifat alami. Metode pengumpulan informasi awal yang digunakan adalah wawancara. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan gereja menghadapi tantangan yang berkembang dengan memperhatikan aspek-aspek manajemen strategis yang efektif. Kesimpulan bahwa manajemen strategis pembinaan warga gereja berperan sebagai katalisator dalam memfasilitasi perkembangan jemaat melalui pendekatan holistik, termasuk penguatan aspek spiritual, organisasional dan personal. Melalui manajemen strategis yang terkoordinasi, maka jemaat dapat berkembang menjadi entitas solid, saling memberi dukungan dan aktif dalam misi pelayanan gereja, menciptakan lingkungan inklusif untuk pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Teacher teaching creativity is the teacher's ability to constantly develop material or topics and create an interesting and calm atmosphere and modify teaching. Student performance is significantly influenced by the level of creativity in teaching owned by the teacher. A teacher who teaches creativity encourages students to think critically, think outside the box, and develop creative thinking skills. This study aims to determine how much influence teacher's teaching creativity has on student achievement. This study used a quantitative method, data were collected through questionnaires to students at Bethel Jakarta High School. The results showed that the teacher's teaching creativity had quite an effect on student achievement at Bethel Jakarta Vocational High School, the teacher had a big role in creating creative teaching methods during learning so that the level of effectiveness of students in understanding the material can also be measured by how creatively the teacher conveys the material, so that things This has an effect on student achievement.

Abstract

The digital era demands a transformation in teaching methodologies to align with the needs of modern education. The discussion method, deeply rooted in a rich educational tradition from the times of Socrates to the contemporary era, remains relevant due to its effectiveness in shaping students' critical thinking and communication skills. This study explores the implementation of the discussion method in the context of digital learning, focusing on the use of technologies such as Google Classroom, which facilitates student dialogue and collaboration without spatial and temporal boundaries. Through a qualitative approach and literature review, this study identifies that the discussion method not only enhances student engagement but also supports collaborative learning and a deep understanding of the material. Teachers, in their role as facilitators, are at the forefront of designing and leading discussions that enable students to express their views effectively, listen empathetically, and collaborate in problem-solving. Despite facing challenges such as uneven student participation and the need for high-level facilitation skills from teachers, the discussion method remains a vital tool in the pedagogical toolkit for 21st-century education. This research confirms that with appropriate technological support and effective strategies, discussions can greatly enrich students' learning experiences, preparing them not only academically but also as critical thinkers and responsible citizens.
