Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas aparat desa dalam menerapkan digitalisasi administrasi publik guna mendorong tata kelola pemerintahan desa yang lebih efisien dan transparan. Bertempat di Desa Boddia, Kecamatan Galesong, Kabupaten Takalar, kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan edukatif yang melibatkan aparat desa dan masyarakat. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyampaian materi, diskusi interaktif, serta simulasi penggunaan perangkat digital untuk mendukung administrasi desa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep dan manfaat digitalisasi, serta munculnya komitmen untuk mulai mengadopsi sistem administrasi berbasis teknologi. Meskipun masih dihadapkan pada keterbatasan infrastruktur dan literasi digital, kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif dalam membangun kesadaran kolektif terhadap pentingnya transformasi digital di tingkat desa. PKM ini juga menjadi sarana strategis untuk menjembatani pengetahuan akademik dengan kebutuhan praktis masyarakat desa. Ke depan, pendampingan berkelanjutan dan dukungan kebijakan desa sangat diperlukan guna memastikan keberlanjutan proses digitalisasi.Kata kunci: Digitalisasi, Administrasi Publik, Pemerintahan Desa, Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat, Transparansi.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan praktik higiene serta sanitasi pada sarana pengolahan pangan, khususnya di lingkungan pelaku usaha mikro dan rumah tangga di Kabupaten Maros. Melalui pendekatan edukatif-partisipatif, tim pelaksana menyampaikan materi terkait pentingnya kebersihan pribadi, sanitasi lingkungan, peralatan, dan proses produksi pangan yang higienis. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta tentang standar keamanan pangan serta perubahan perilaku dalam pengelolaan kebersihan sarana produksi. Selain itu, peserta menunjukkan komitmen untuk menerapkan prinsip-prinsip sanitasi guna menjamin kualitas dan keamanan produk pangan yang dihasilkan. Kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal untuk menciptakan lingkungan produksi pangan yang sehat, aman, dan berkelanjutan, sekaligus mendukung program ketahanan pangan daerah.Kata Kunci: higiene pangan, sanitasi, pengolahan pangan, keamanan makanan, pemberdayaan masyarakat

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the completion of the work of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Gowa Regency. The approach used was descriptive quantitative with data collection through questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. The research was carried out from January to March 2025 in several Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPDs) that have adopted digital systems. The results of the study show that most civil servants have utilized AI, especially in simplifying administrative tasks, data processing, and automated reporting systems. The use of AI has been proven to increase the efficiency and productivity of civil servants. However, AI implementation still faces obstacles, such as low digital literacy, limited infrastructure, resistance to work culture, and the absence of comprehensive supportive regulations. This study recommends increasing technical training, strengthening digital infrastructure, and formulating internal policies as strategies to strengthen the use of AI in the government environment. With optimal utilization, AI can become an instrument of bureaucratic transformation that is more adaptive, responsive, and oriented towards high-performance public services.Keywords: Artificial Intelligence, ASN, work efficiency, digital transformation, Gowa Regency

Abstract

This study aims to measure the implementation of regional library development service policies in Luwu Regency based on 4 indicators, namely: development and arrangement of library service systems, promotion of library services and promotions, development of future library services, and development of integrated service systems with libraries and information centers. This study uses a quantitative method with non-probability sampling technique that is exploratory, the determination of the sample is carried out by purposive sampling involving 194 respondents consisting of: Regional Librarians. Campus/School/Mosque Librarians, Community Reading Park Librarians (TBM), Village Library Librarians, Literacy Activists, and Library Visitors. The results showed that the development and arrangement of the library service system was in good category, namely 55%, service promotion and library promotion was in good category, 57%, future library service development was in good category, which was 52%, and the development of integrated service system with libraries and information centers was in the good category. good that is 56%.
