Abstract

Experiment research about CCTV under web for security system, is made to design a prototype remote security system. This security system can be develope for remote security system that can be accessedfrom intranet and internet networks. Streaming is an effective methode to send big capacity files like audio and video from intranet or internet networks. The benefitfor using streaming is a very big capacity offile(s) can be shown has no need all parts offile(s) be accessed. Ussually streaming proccess (Windows Media, Real Media, Quicktime and Flash) pass through a crucial phases and need very long time process. Else ussually streaming format needs much bandwidth and very large saving media. Unreal Streaming Server is an under windows streaming software, that has more function like online (live) features and offline (on demand) steraming than old different St reaming software. Unreal Streaming Server is the right choice for developed as CCTV under web for security system. This software needs only 1 Giga Byte / 1 GB to record online/live seasson as long as 1 month. Unreal Streaming Server no needs decode an originalfile that will be used; all offile is streamed as an originalfile format. Player can receive stream, if codec is installed on. Security level can be set from server with security choices like : password, authent~fi cation, session and blocking acccess. Other main facility is CCTVstream can be access from cellular phone (celiphone) that has Windows OIS, Symbian 0/S or Java that can be accessed everywhere. Keywords: CCT1  Streaming, Unreal Streaming Server

Abstract

The learning studio for television programs was the space used by educational institutions in television program as studio simulations that demonstrate television stations, in organizing the productionof television programs for students. This room was the main infrastructure that should be owned byeducational institutions that run television programs, considering most television programs were produced in the studio. Currently, many educational institutions opened television and broadcastingprograms, but in reality not all television program administrators had studio that met the standards.This caused the learning process did not take place optimally. The number of work produced bystudents each semester were not maximum, the production ability was also not optimum, and thiscaused the expected output from graduates in mastering in-door studio production became not maximum too. The purpose of this research was to arrange the model of organizing studio production fortelevision program in educational institution so that it could increase the target of learning to beachieved. This research was a qualitative research, with data collection methods in the form of observation and interview with purposive sampling model in some educational institutions. The analysisused was qualitative verification analysis. The conclusion was to design an adaptive television studiothat could be held in an existing room while maintaining the standards of television program production.Keywords: Learning studio model,production studio of television program.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the difficulties in monitoring the implementation of Lecture of Real Work Lecture/Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN). Google Maps digital map application owned by Google is integrated with SMS input data from each KKN service post with various information. This system design method is to conduct initial study problems in the field, observation and literature study as well as interviews about system requirements made. Interviews were conducted to those related to KKN activities, including Coordinator and field supervisor/Dosen Pembimbing Lapangan(DPL) KKN. Research data is used to get the system needs made related to SMS input data, SMS data format, and display, as well as technical data in the field, including signal coverage and cell phone signal strength. From the data collected, it is analyzed to apply Geographic Information System (GIS) based on SMS Gateway to monitor KKN activities in real time. The use of SMS is chosen with consideration of the presence of stronger 2G (phone and SMS) signals than 3G and 4G signals (Internet data signals) in remote locations. The SMS format used is: KKN # LOCATION # INFORMATION. GIS is displayed in the form of markers and  windows information on the Google Maps map containing information that may change according to the content of the SMS sent from each KKN post. Furthermore the system is tested to determine the response to data sent via SMS. Keywords: KKN, GIS, SMS.

Abstract

Indonesian Broadcasting Commission has an important role in the world oftelevision broadcasting. KPI create P3SPS that should be done and implemented bytelevision workers on Indonesian television according with Law No. 32 In 2002,KHAZANAH an Islamic program TRANS | 7 which received a reprimand from the KPI,episode Mengenal Syi’ah. Narrative that read maked a lot of controversy from thepublic and Syi’ah groups. Many residents complained to the KPI for give sanction toKHAZANAH. The purpose of this study to determine a infraction of broadcast standardprogram in KHAZANAH program, as well as knowing the KPI measures to providewarning in accordance with applicable law. The method used in this study is qualitativemethods, which will be presented descriptively; accurately depict the actual situation,the data collect from interviews, observation, and documentation. The result obtainedin this study is to know that the true treasures in infraction of applicable SPS and stepsof KPI to carry out his duties as a regulator. Continually look at episode MengenalSyi’ah which opinion publik and IJABI figure contravene broadcast content. KPI heldmediation between KHAZANAH and IJABI. Abstract

Indonesian Institute of the Arts Surakarta has a unique library when compared to other universities. In addition to print collection, there is also a collection of audio and audiovisual. During this time, user still using the manual technology for use it. The computers technology can be an alternative solution to overcome the existing problems. The trick is to use a computer server that can accommodate all the collections, in addition to also use as a workstation computer library service providers. With this technology, users can use the digital library service that is fast, easy, and efficient. Open source technology in streaming software was chosen to embody the digital library.Keywords : library, collection, server, and streaming

Abstract

Notebook and Netbook contain several peripherals such us interface audio in/out, portLAN, WiFi, Port USB and the integrated camera (WebCam). WebCam can be used forteleconference through GoogleTalk, Skype andYahoo Messenger. But, the facilities of streamingare the scarcest benefit of WebCam as a CCTV application of digital software. In addition, tooptimize the integrated camera, it is needed some choices to find the appropriate things, theyare comparing streaming software,observing the same objects,recording for one minutes,andlive broadcasted. Therefore, the results of observation show that Unreal Live Server hasexcellence capabilities, because it has faster streaming , the password facilities, authentication,and blocking access.Keywords:Interface,webcam,teleconference,and streaming

Abstract

Visinema Pictures produced the film 13 Bombs in Jakarta on a large scale and technically complex, so they have a claim that the film is the biggest action film in Indonesia that year. Visinema saw the scale of the film's production as one of the production value that could be offered, so they used behind-the-scenes footage as one of their main promotional materials. Promotion is one of the important stages in the film distribution stage in order to get maximum economic results from its screening. Good promotional parameters include cognitive, affective and conative responses produced by a person, according to the marketing management study hierarchy of effects model by Lavidge and Steiner (1960). This research focuses on audience acceptance of Visinema's film promotion strategy through behind-the-scenes shows. Qualitative research methods are used to discover new phenomena resulting from the screening of these shows as promotional material for films. One form of data collection in this research uses focused group discussions with ISI Surakarta Film and Television student participants, so that the acceptance of this form of promotion is known. The resulting responses serve as verification of interviews with publicists for the film 13 Bom in Jakarta as well as measuring the effectiveness of film promotional media for the film itself. Based on data analysis and drawing conclusions, the form of promotion carried out by Visinema through behind-the-scenes shows succeeded in achieving the ultimate goal for the majority of informants and was effective in creating awareness, knowledge, interest, and even the decision to watch the film. The results of the questionnaire showed that 75% of respondents stated that it was cognitively and affectively interesting.
