Abstract

As a company engaged in the food sector, providing satisfaction to customers is an obligation, and one of them is through improving employee performance. That is, the company encourages all employees to work professionally and with integrity, in this case, be able to serve food with good taste, provide friendly, responsive, and fast service. This study aims, to reveal the factors that significantly affect the performance of Holland Bakery employees in Depok City. Furthermore, to prove these objectives, a scientific approach was carried out, namely using quantitative methods and regression analysis. In the operationalization of the research, data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 84 respondents, using a simple random technique. Based on regression analysis, it is known that the work pattern at Holland Bakery is more influenced by the work environment. This means that the work environment has a dominant role in productivity and morale. This suggests the importance of building harmonious interaction and communication between employees, so that a solid work team is built. However, companies need to take into account the workload aspect. As the results of statistical analysis, workload shows a role that allows employee performance to decline.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how "The Effect of Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Baitus Sa'adah Amanah Foundation in Depok, West Java". The method used is a quantitative method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and obtained a sample in this study totaling 67 respondents. This research uses the help of SPSS version 26. Data analysis and test techniques include simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, dertemination coefficient analysis, validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, t test and F test. Based on the results of research work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 28.110 + 0.338X1. Hypothesis testing obtained (tcount 2.943> ttable 1.997) and significance value (0.000 <0.05). The results of work motivation research have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 13.779 + 0.682X2. Hypothesis testing obtained (tcount 7.838> ttable 1.997) and significance value (0.000 <0.05). Work Discipline and Work Motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 12.686 + 0.47 X1 + 0.662 X2. Hypothesis testing obtained (Fcount 30.469> Ftable 3.14) and significance value (0.000 <0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and job training on employee productivity either partially or simultaneously. This research was conducted using quantitative research methods involving employees as samples in this study. Also, this study uses various research tests, namely validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, correlation coefficient test, regression coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, t test and f test. The result of this research is that on the work motivation variable, the regression equation Y = 19,948 + 0,532 is obtained. The value of the work motivation regression coefficient (X1) is 0,532, this number is positive, it means that if the constant is fixed and there is no change in the work motivation variable data (X1), then every 1 unit change in the work motivation variable (X1) will result in an increase in productivity (Y) of 0.532. Then, on the job training, the regression equation can be obtained Y = 8,626 + 0,799 X2, where X2 = Job training. The coefficient value is 0.799 (positive), which shows a unidirectional effect, meaning that if job training is increased by one, it will increase employee productivity by 8.626. Then, on employee productivity, the multiple regression equation Y = 8,381 + 0,057 X1 + 0,751 X2 + e. The value of the regression coefficient on the productivity variable is 8.381, concluding that if the Work Motivation (X1) and Job Training (X2) remain (no change) then the consistency value of Productivity (Y) is 8.381. The statistical results of the t test have a positive and significant effect on work facilities on employee productivity. Based on the table that t count t hitung 12,228 > t tabel 1,989 or significant 0.000 <0.05, thus Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, so that partially there is a positive and significant effect of work motivation on employee productivity. Then, the statistical results of the t test have a positive and significant effect on job training on employee productivity. Based on the table that t count t hitung 12,228 > t tabel 1,989 and significant 0.000 < 0.05, thus Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, so that partially there is a positive and significant effect of job training on employee productivity. And, the results of statistical calculations show the calculated F hitung 74,560 > F tabel 3,095. by using a significance limit of 0.05, the significance value obtained is 0.000 < 0.05. This means that the hypothesis which states that the simultaneous variable work motivation, job training, has an influence on employee productivity.

Abstract

Lulusan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) seringkali tidak memiliki informasi yang cukup ketika sudah lulus dan memasuki dunia kerja..Sehingga para siswa / siswi perlu mendapatkan bimbingan dalam pengelolann keuangan mereka setelah mendapatkan pekerjaan di perusahaan.. Program ini bertujuan untuk membantu lulusan SMK dalam pengelolaan petty cash keuangan perusahaan. Dengan memberikan bimbingan praktis dan informasi yang relevan, program ini diharapkan dapat mendukung lulusan dalam membuat laporan petty cash atau kas kecil yang tepat di perusahaan.. Metode Pelaksanaan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini akan dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahapan, antara lain melakukan studi pendahuluan, mengadakan pelatihan dan workshop bagi para siswa yang akan lulus dari SMK Arrahmaniyah. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan perspektif langsung dari para ahli dan praktisi mengenai pengelolaan petty cash keuangan perusahaan. Hasil pengabdian yang diharapkan lulusan SMK mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih jelas tentang bagaimana meraka bisa megelola keuangan dan membuat laporan petty cash perusahaan., Sehingga Lulusan dapat memperoleh pemahaman pengetahuan dan keterampilan praktis dalam mengelola keuangan perusahaan.
