Abstract

Child Friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA) is one of the communities established by the DKI Jakarta government in order to build a communication platform. RPTRA is managed by a group of individuals who have good intentions in managing it. Not only that, managers are sometimes faced with other tasks, which also require the role of all management members. As in other groups, group dynamics occur within them. For example, in the form of things throwing work responsibilities, reporting to each other, resulting in the process of working together being hampered and making the work process not smooth. The implementation of the webinar activity is carried out with the asynchronous method, in the sense that the participants and the team do not conduct the seminar on a live broadcast. But by communicating in WhatsApp groups, questions and evaluations using the g-form, delivering material through YouTube media. Through outreach activities which lasted for approximately five hours and carried out asynchronously, the counseling provided benefits for the participants.

Abstract

It is commonly happened in dynamic love relationship to breakup each other, in which so that they do actions that can hurt themselves, this is done by someone to deal with emotional pain, self-emptiness, loneliness, loss. , and satisfy the desire to punish oneself by causing injuries to the body, this is called self-injury. Self-injury is a form of behavior carried out by individuals to deal with emotional pain, this behavior is carried out very intentionally but the individual does not intend to commit suicide. One that affects self-injury is self-esteem. Self-esteem is the result of an individual's evaluation of himself which is expressed in his own attitude. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between self-esteem and self-injury in Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya students who experience a breakup. The subjects used in this study were students of Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta with a total of 100 subjects. The results of the non-parametric correlation test of Spearman's Rho showed a relationship of -0.403** with a significance of 0.000 (p < 0.001). The results show that there is a relationship with a significant negative correlation between self-esteem and self-injury in Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya students who experience a breakup. That is, the higher self-esteem in students, the lower students do self-injury, and vice versa

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat pengangguran terbuka pada 6 kabupaten dan 1 kota provinsi di DKI Jakarta. Data yang digunakan adalah data panel atau gabungan dari data time series dan cross section pada tahun 2014-2021 dengan 6 kabupaten dan 1 kota DKI Jakarta yang meliputi wilayah Kepulauan Seribu, Jakarta Utara, Jakarta Timur, Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Pusat, dan Jakarta Barat. Adapun analisis yang digunakan adalah metode regresi data panel Fixed Effect Model (FEM) melalui pendekatan dummy variabel. Hasil penelitian menggunakan tingkat signifikansi 10% dengan menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji Fixed Effect Model pada variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi dan upah minimum provinsi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat pengangguran terbuka di 6 kabupaten dan 1 kota provinsi DKI Jakarta, sedangkan indeks pembangunan manusia dan tingkat partisipasi angkatan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap tingkat pengangguran terbuka di 6 kabupaten dan 1 kota provinsi DKI Jakarta. Abstract: The aim of this research is to determine the factors that influence the open unemployment rate in 6 districts and 1 provincial city in DKI Jakarta. The data used is panel data or a combination of time series and cross section data for 2014-2021 with 6 districts and 1 city of DKI Jakarta covering the Thousand Islands, North Jakarta, East Jakarta, South Jakarta, Central Jakarta and Jakarta areas. West. The analysis used is the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) panel data regression method using a dummy variable approach. The research results use a significance level of 10%, showing that the results of the Fixed Effect Model test on the variables of economic growth and provincial minimum wages have a negative and significant effect on the open unemployment rate in 6 districts and 1 city of DKI Jakarta province, while the human development index and labor force participation rate negative and insignificant effect on the open unemployment rate in 6 districts and 1 city of DKI Jakarta province.
