Abstract

Penelitian menguji peran lama usaha dalam memoderasi pengaruh kapabilitas komunikasi sosial media terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pelaku usaha yang membangun bisnisnya secara online di daerah Cikarang. 56 kuesioner berhasil dikumpulkan, terdapat 52 kuesioner yang valid. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis moderasi yang diolah menggunakan software Smart PLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lama usaha memoderasi pengaruh kapabilitas komunikasi sosial media terhadap kinerja pemasaran (path. 0,238 Sig. 0,078). This study examines the role of business length in moderating the influence of social media communication capabilities on marketing performance. The data in this study obtained a questionnaire that was distributed to business people who built their business online in the Cikarang area. 56 questionnaires were successfully collected, there are 52 valid questionnaires. This study uses moderation analysis which is processed using Smart PLS version 3.0 software. The results showed that the length of effort moderated the effect of social media communication capabilities on marketing performance (path. 0.238 and Sig. 0.078).

Abstract

Electricity consumption in Indonesia in recent years has increased 10- 15% per year. There was an increase in electricity in the household sector, from about 24,000 SBM (Unit Barrels Oil) in 1999 to 33,000 SBM in 2003. Accident that caused electricity is also very large due to electrical problems. The potential of energy conservation and safety of electrical energy usage in all sectors has a considerable opportunity of raising. Yayasan Al Amin Sidomulyo is one of the foundations that have various activities such as education field of KBIT, TKIT, madrasah, boarding school, agriculture, hajj guidance, cooperative and community empowerment located in Kebumen district. The use of electrical appliances such as  Refrigerator, Dispenser, Rice Cooker in addition to lights become a major contributor to energy consumption. The increase in Basic Electricity Tarif (TDL) will further increase the expenditure of electricity payments. The board and students in the Foundation are also a problem in terms of electrical safety. Often managers or children do not know and do not deliberately hold or contact with electricity that is very dangerous. The result of this community service is contributing to solving problems in the field of energy efficiency and safety of electrical energy usage for the Foundation. The specific target of this Service is (1) electrical energy efficiency; (2) safety of electrical energy usage. Abstract

Due to the needs of improving fuel economy and reducing emissions, it is increasingly important to achieve control over robustness behavior and meet performance objectives over the life of the vehicle. This requires the development of high performance and optimal power train controllers. The performance objectives are often conflicting, or at least interrelated. One way to potentially meet these performance requirements is to introduce a method of controlling engine torque of Spark Ignition (SI) engine using Linear Quadratic Integral Tracking (LQIT) optimal control. The goal is to develop simple algorithms which can control engine torque well, thus providing fuel control more efficient and simultaneously improving engine performance due to the needs of the driver based on throttle opening information. In this case, spark ignition engine with automatic transmission simulation model is used to meet a good performance under this controller design.

Abstract

In this paper, we will discuss the construction design of an outer rotor induction motor that can be applied to an electric car that is installed inside the car's wheels. In designing a motor, it is necessary to pay attention to the motor parameters, both mechanical parameters, and electrical parameters. These parameters will be calculated using software and designed in such a way as to get the parameters that are as effective and efficient as possible for the use of electric cars. After obtaining the best design, a comparison of the simulation results with mathematical modeling will be seen. In this research project, we can get a design with an initial torque of 64 Nm for a speed limit of 25 km/hour. Keywords: construction, induction, in-wheel, motor, outer rotor.

Abstract

Pengeringan sale pisang merupakan masalah yang sering dihadapi pengusaha sale pisang pada umumnya. Hal ini disebabkan karena Indonesia memiliki curah hujan yang cukup tinggi sehingga pengeringan sale pisang menjadi masalah yang perlu diberikan solusinya. Metode pengeringan tradisional yaitu dijemur dipanas matahari membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan sangat tergantung dengan sinar matahari. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan hasil produk sale pisang menjadi tidak baik bahkan bisa menjadi busuk..UMKM Harum Manis dan UMKM Capas di kecamatan Adimulyo kabupaten Kebumen Jawa Tengah merupakan mitra yang berkecimpung di bidang pengolahan pisang menjadi sale pisang. Kedua mitra tersebut sering mengalami permasalahan yaitu sale pisang yang dihasilkan busuk pada saat musim hujan dikarenakan pengeringan yang dilakukan masih mengandalkan sinar matahari. Disamping itu dperlukan area yang luas untuk menjemur sale pisang. Sale pisang juga harus segera dikeringkan agar tidak menjadi busuk.Implementasi pengering sale pisang ini dimaksudkan untuk berkontribusi menyelesaikan permasalahan pada bidang pengeringan sale pisang dan masalah- masalah kualitas sale pisang yang dialami kedua UMKM tersebut. Teknologi pengeringan saat ini yang dikembangkan adalah pengeringan dengan pengontrolan suhu mesin sehingga bisa mengatur temperatur dengan tepat dan tingkat kadar air dengan tepat.
