Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis proses stevedoring, hambatan, dan upaya minimalisasi hambatan pada cargo clinker di PT. Berlian Manyar Sejahtera, Pelabuhan JIIPE. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil menunjukkan proses stevedoring sesuai prosedur, dengan hambatan utama meliputi: waktu tunggu truk, diatasi dengan koordinasi dengan pemilik armada; kerusakan alat, melalui pelaporan rutin pemeliharaan; perbedaan muatan, melalui pengecekan perhitungan muatan; dan cuaca buruk, dengan pemantauan kondisi cuaca. Temuan ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional stevedoring di pelabuhan.

Abstract

The aim of this thesis research is to understand loading and unloading services and the obstacles faced as well as efforts to minimize these obstacles. The method used is a qualitative research method, where the method is obtained from data based on information or surrounding phenomena in the form of in-depth observations and interviews. The results of this research explain dry bulk loading and unloading services with the procedures and service procedures that apply at JIIPE port. The obstacles faced and efforts to minimize these obstacles are 1) obstacles from waiting for trucks are carried out by coordinating with the truck fleet owner or with the owner of the goods so that there is no waiting time for trucks. 2) obstacles to equipment damage are carried out by means of regular reports regarding equipment maintenance. 3) obstacles from short cargo which is done by checking dry bulk loading and unloading calculations. 4) obstacles from bad weather which is carried out by monitoring weather conditions through ship navigation equipment.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze sea transportation passenger services on passenger satisfaction at the Gapura Surya Nusantara Terminal, Tanjung Perak Port, Surabaya. The time used by researchers to conduct research during 6 months Land Practices (PRADA) at the Gapura Nusantara Terminal which is under the auspices of PT. Pelindo. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The data sources used are secondary data and primary data, for data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that the service at the Gapura Surya Nusantara Terminal is good, seen from the aspects of safety, security, reliability, comfort, such as stretchers, CCTV, security posts, disturbance information, ticket printing machines, waiting rooms, toilets and others. However, there are factors that cause the loss of consumer confidence in the services provided by the Gapura Surya Nusantara Terminal, namely the unavailability of a suggestion box or website to accommodate complaints and suggestions, the condition of the smoking area which is a little dirty due to cigarette butts being thrown away carelessly, apart from that, passengers prefer to smoke. in the front area of ​​the waiting room rather than in a designated smoking room and there is minimal availability of rubbish bins.

Abstract

The first goal of National Education is to make learners have faithful and devoted to God Almighty. Islamic Education in PTU also have a role in making the student as a pious man, while most major faith and the first is believe one God, Allah and do not shirk to Him. Today there are many human actions and beliefs that are not suitable with the national education goals. Based on the background of the problems mentioned above, it can be formulated the statement of the problem; first how is Islamic Education subject in PDP UHT and learning outcomes?; second how is the understanding of Tawheed and Shirk Student PDP UHT?; Third How is the influence of Islamic Education subject on Understanding Tawheed and Shirk Student PDP UHT Surabaya?. This research is quantitative research, the goal is to find a correlation between two variabels, Islamic Education Subject as x variabels and understanding on Islam Tawheed and Shirk of Student PDP UHT as y variabels. Methods of data collection: observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. While the method of statistical analysis using Product Moment. Based on the analysis of the data obtained, it can be concluded as follows: First Islamic Education subjects of PDP UHT is very good. The students achieve an averag of 80, which if consulted with assessment standards SBAK PDP UHT including high kriteria predicated very good; Second the Understanding of Tawheed and Shirk Student PDP UHT is not good, it is proved by the data analysis with an average yield percentage is 48% which if consulted with the standards provided by Suharsimi Arikunto lies in the range (40% - 55% ) is less well categorized; Third It is found that Islamic Education Subject influence on the understanding of Tawheed and Shirk Student PDP UHT, but considered very weak or very low. This is evident from the results of the acquisition of statistical calculation that shows the results of 0.117 that if consulted with interpretation table r classified category of very weak or very low. The rxy results when consulted in the significance level of 5% and 1% yields are lower so that the consequence is the null hypothesis (Ho) or nil stating that there is no significant positive effect between islamic education subject on Understanding Islam Tawheed and Shirk UHT PDP Students accepted or approved, and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) or work which states that there is a positive influence rejected.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the widespread ethical violations in the practice of maritime cargo distribution, which reflect a weak integration of moral and spiritual values in maritime logistics management. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the implementation of the values of trustworthiness (amanah) and responsibility in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) as an ethical foundation that can strengthen professionalism and integrity in the management and distribution of maritime cargo. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using in-depth interview techniques, participatory observation, and document study to explore the implementation of the values of trustworthiness and responsibility in cargo and maritime distribution management. Informants were selected purposively, and the data were analyzed thematically using the Miles, Huberman & Saldana (2014) model, with validation through triangulation, member checking, and expert discussions. The study concludes that the values of trustworthiness and responsibility taught in Islamic Religious Education have been internalized in the practice of cargo and maritime distribution management through accuracy, honesty, and work discipline. Managerial approaches such as routine evaluations, character training, and reward & punishment systems further reinforce the organizational implementation of these values. Therefore, PAI values deserve to be strategically integrated into the maritime logistics work system as a sustainable moral and professional ethical foundation.

Abstract

Strengthening the moral values of students is the main challenge in Islamic education in the modern era which is full of moral crises and value disruptions. This study aims to analyze the strategy of strengthening moral values in Islamic educational institutions through the model of example and habituation as the main approach in the formation of Islamic character. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design in two Islamic educational institutions in Central Java, involving ten key informants consisting of school principals, PAI teachers, and students. Data collection techniques are carried out through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, while data analysis is carried out thematically through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the exemplary model shown by educators in the aspects of attitudes, speech, and daily behavior is able to form a positive culture in the school environment, while the habituation of moral values such as discipline, responsibility, and honesty is carried out through daily routine activities, strengthening religious programs, and integrating values in the curriculum. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that the strategy of exemplary and habituation is an effective and sustainable approach in shaping the moral character of students, and makes an important contribution to the development of a holistic and contextual Islamic education model.

Abstract

Employee productivity is one of the most crucial indicators of organisational performance in the modern era, including in the port sector, which is full of challenges and operational complexity. Islamic values such as ihsan (spiritual professionalism), honesty, and trustworthiness have an important role in shaping a strong work ethic. This study aims to analyse the effect of the application of Islamic values on work ethic and employee productivity, and to examine the mediating role of work ethic. This research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory design and a causal-comparative research type. The sampling technique is total sampling, namely all 34 employees of Pelindo Regional 3 were used as samples. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale. Data were analyzed using a Structural Equation Modeling approach based on Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM). The results showed that Islamic values have a significant effect on employee work ethic (p-value 0.000, t-statistic 6.421), and have a significant effect on work productivity both directly (p-value 0.043, t-statistic 2.028) and indirectly through the mediation of work ethic (p-value 0.000, t-statistic 3.431). Work ethic has a significant effect on productivity (p-value 0.015, t-statistic 2.503). The R-Square value for the work ethic is 0.389, and for work productivity is 0.404 (fairly strong model contribution). These findings suggest that the integration of Islamic values can be an important foundation in improving the quality of human resources. Organisations need to embed spiritual values in the work culture through training, coaching, and the leader's example.
