Abstract

The research aims to answer the problem of how to cover physical evidence by PT. BPRS Jabal Nur according to Islamic legal analysis. The research data is collected through interviews and the documentation is then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques, namely the most basic analysis to describe the data in general. The results of the study concluded that the policies agreed upon by the BPRS Jabal Nur Surabaya were expressly prohibited by Islamic law, because they did not comply with the regulations made by the government. As explained in the Koran Surat al-Nisa’ verse 59. The policy is the covering (manipulation) of physical evidence in the form of notes for customers who do not deposit notes for certain reasons. It was done by the bank due to a lack of staff in handling the above problems and a lack of customer knowledge about the importance of these notes for the bank in their annual reports. In line with these conclusions, BPRS Jabal Nur must be firm with customers to submit physical evidence in the form of notes and tighten the recruitment process for the company so that it is better than what is expected by BPRS Jabal Nur Surabaya.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become an urgent need for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in facing increasingly competitive economic competition. In Sembung Village, the majority of MSMEs still market their products conventionally, without utilizing digital media and without adequate product legality. This community service activity aims to: (1) introduce the concept and practice of social media-based digital marketing; (2) assist in the process of creating attractive and informative product label designs; and (3) encourage the processing of food legality through PIRT permits for local MSMEs. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR), which actively involves MSMEs in all stages of the activity. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation, with triangulation techniques to validate the findings. The results of the activity showed that digital marketing training was able to improve MSMEs' understanding of social media-based promotional strategies. As many as 75% of participants began to actively use platforms such as Instagram and WhatsApp Business to reach a wider market. In addition, several MSMEs succeeded in having new product label designs and had completed the PIRT permit application process. These findings indicate that digital intervention and product legality contribute positively to strengthening the competitiveness of village MSMEs. This activity recommends further assistance to ensure the sustainability of optimal digital marketing implementation.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the strategies of millennials in managing the risks of small businesses in Madura Shops using a qualitative approach based on Islamic values and business digitalization in the North Gresik region. In the context of increasingly dynamic market competition, millennials play an important role as agents of economic transformation who are adaptive to technology and oriented towards business sustainability. A qualitative approach was used through in-depth interviews and observations of small businesses managed by millennials. SWOT analysis was applied to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced in business risk management. The results of the study show that Islamic values, such as honesty (shiddiq), trustworthiness, and social responsibility (falah), form the basis for ethical and fair business decision-making. Meanwhile, business digitalization through the use of social media, e-commerce, and digital payment systems can increase efficiency and expand market reach. With an IFAS value of 2.44 and an EFAS value of 2.85, the business is positioned in the aggressive (growth-oriented) strategy quadrant, which means that business actors need to maximize external opportunities through internal strengths based on innovation and sharia principles. This study emphasizes the importance of integrating Islamic spirituality and digital technology in building the resilience of small businesses in the modern economy.
