Abstract: Computer network systems greatly simplify the exchange of information or data within an institution. In SMP Negeri 2 Jepara in the collection of new learners are still manually write the file, then the common errors in writing the name, place and date of birth as well as the value of the test results on a collection of new learners. Officers also still sorting attachments registration form by the registration number and copied to the new file based on the number, names and results UAS to look UAS average value per student. The presence of a computerized system able to be one of the solutions. Computerized data processing registration of new students students RSBI (Pioneering International School) is an intranet-based data processing system that is designed and created to help deal with data collection registration of new students at the Junior High School 2 Jepara quickly and easily. This system is also capable of providing the average value and the rank With the computerized processing, the officer new students in SMP Negeri 2 Jepara bias can reduce errors and facilitate the collection of new learners. Key words : Intranet, New Students, Data Processing Abstrak: Sistem jaringan computer sangat mempermudah pertukaran informasi atau data dalam suatu instansi. Di SMP Negeri 2 Jepara dalam pendataan peserta didik baru masih manual dengan menulis berkas, maka sering terjadi kesalahan dalam penulisan nama, tempat dan tanggal lahir serta nilai hasil ujian pada pendataan peserta didik baru. Petugas juga masih mengurutkan lampiran formulir pendaftaran berdasarkan nomor urut pendaftaran lalu disalin ke berkas baru berdasarkan nomor, nama dan hasil UAS untuk dicari rata-rata nilai UAS per siswa. Hadirnya sistem komputerisasi mampu untuk menjadi salah satu solusi. Komputerisasi pengolahan data pendaftaran peserta didik baru siswa RSBI (Rintisan Sekolah Bertaraf Internasional) berbasis intranet adalah sistem pengolahan data yang dirancang dan dibuat untuk membantu menangani pendataan pendaftaran peserta didik baru di SMP Negeri 2 Jepara dengan cepat dan mudah. System ini juga mampu memberikan nilai rata-rata serta merangking. Dengan adanya komputerisasi pengolahan ini, petugas peserta didik baru di SMP Negeri 2 Jepara bias memperkecil kesalahan dan bisa mempermudah dalam pendataan peserta didik baru. Abstraksi Sangat penting dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Sejalan dengan itu, hal yang sangat penting untuk diperhatikan adalah masalah media penyampaian. Masalah umum yang sering dihadapi oleh peserta didik adalah masih kurangnya media pembelajaran dalam penyampaian mater dan masih kurangnya pengetahuan tentang materi yang disampaikan. Proses pembelajaran di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 3 Jepara tidak hanya melalui pertemuan di kelas, tetapi juga menggunakan media pembelajaran yang berbasis multimedia. Namun pembelajaran yang diberikan melalui multimedia bersifat satu arah, sehingga siswa dapat memahami media pembelajaran tersebut. Berdasarkan penelitian diatas, maka penulis membuat bahan ajar berbasis multimedia interaktif tentang pengenalan dan mengatasi troubleshooting periferal printer. Media pembelajaran ini menyajikan materi secara interaktif disertai animasi, audio, video dan dilengkapi dengan evaluasi berupa latihan-latihan soal. Hasil yang dicapai dari pembuatan media pembelajaran ini adalah bahwa siswa dapat memahami materi pembelajaran tentang periferal printer khususnya materi pengenalan dan troubleshooting pada printer. Dengan media pembelajaran ini dapat memudahkan proses belajar mengajar serta dapat diterapkan sebagai media interaktif yang tepat dalam mengatasi kejenuhan siswa dan meningkatkan semangat belajar siswa.Kata KunciÂ : Media Pembelajaran, Multimedia Interaktif, Setting PeripheralÂ Abstract : Very important in improving the quality of human resources. Correspondingly, a very important thing to note is the problem of communication media. However, multimedia learning are provided through one way, so that students can understand the learning media. Based on the above research, the authors make an interactive multimedia-based teaching materials on the introduction and resolve troubleshooting printer peripherals. Learning Media is presenting the material interactively with animation, audio, video and comes with an evaluation form about the exercises. The results achieved from the making of a medium of learning is that students can understand the learning material, especially material tentan introduction printer peripherals and troubleshooting the printer. Tujuan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aktifitas belajar siswa serta untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa dengan menggunakan metode Numbered Heads Together (NHT) dalam mata pelajaran pemeliharaan sistem rem XI TMO di SMK YPT Purworejo Tahun pelajaran 2012/2013. Penelitian ini termasuk Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas Kelas XI TMO SMK YPT Purworejo Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013, yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Data yang diperoleh berupa data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Dalam pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan tes dan non tes. Dalam teknik analisis data, peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, siswa mengalami peningkatan aktifitas terhadap proses pembelajaran mata diklat pemeliharaan sistem rem. Hal ini dilihat dari hasil nontes siklus I dan siklus II. Pada siklus I dalam aspek keaktifan terdapat 14 siswa atau 43,75 % dalam kategori baik, 14 siswa atau 43,75 % dalam kategori cukup, dan 4 siswa atau 12,50 % siswa dalam kategori kurang. Sedangkan pada siklus II terdapat 22 siswa atau 68,75 % dalam kategori baik, 10 siswa atau 31,25 % dalam kategori cukup, dan tidak ada siswa yang masuk dalam kategori kurang. Hasil kemampuan siswa mengerjakan test uji coba memperoleh nilai rata-rata pada prasiklus sebesar 61.41 termasuk kategori cukup baik, sedangkan nilai rata- rata pada siklus I mencapai 73.91, dan termasuk dalam kategori cukup baik. Pada siklus II, nilai rata- rata yang dicapai adalah 78,91. Peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 50,00. Dengan demikian dapat dibuktikan ada peningkatan dalam pembelajaran mata diklat pemeliharaan sistem rem pada siswa kelas XI TMO SMK YPT Purworejo Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013 . This survey aimed to find out how to cultivate and what types of horticultural plants can be grown using the green house method. The research method is carried out by means of surveys and interviews with green house owners by paying attention to the components in making green houses starting from seeds, cultivation and harvest yields. Green houses can protect plants from plant pests that come from outside without blocking the entry of light. The arrangement of horticultural plants based on their types can add an element of beauty so that they can be used as new tourist attractions. The use of greenhouses for horticultural crops is a solution to the limited land area for growing various types of plants, both vegetables and others, as well as developing contextual media. The use of green houses in plant cultivation is one way to provide a more accessible environment for optimum position conditions for plant growth. So with the application of horticultural cultivation with the green house method, it is able to facilitate farmers in the cultivation process, especially in land use, overcoming pests and maintaining air humidity. The use of green houses in plant cultivation is one way to provide a more accessible environment to obtain optimum conditions for plant growth.

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the factors that influence earnings management. The research population is Mining Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2019-2021. The type of data used is secondary data, namely data derived from financial reports and annual reports. The purposive sampling method used in this study obtained 43 samples and a total sample of 132 companies from 2019-2021. This study uses the Multiple Linear Regression model. The results of this study indicate that company size has a positive effect on earnings management, managerial ownership has a negative effect on earnings management and institutional ownership, profitability, liquidity and leverage have no effect on earnings management.

The younger generation, including millennials, is an important component in national development. Generation Z can occupy important positions in the future. Therefore, the level of knowledge and awareness of taxes is strategic and important to understand. The lack of public tax awareness is caused by ignorance about taxation. Building tax awareness needs to be built from school. As one of these efforts, community service was carried out at SMK Islam Manba'ul Ulum Mayong Jepara. The obstacles faced were the lack of introduction and knowledge of calculating personal income tax and the difficulty in explaining material related to calculating Personal Income Tax to students. The form of the solution, based on a joint agreement with SMK Islam Manba'ul Ulum, was to provide training aimed at realizing Generation Z's tax awareness starting from students' knowledge and understanding of taxation, especially Personal Income Tax Article 21 in Indonesia, both in theory and practice, especially its benefits and applications in the world of education. The training was given to 75 students of class XI Office Management Automation using lecture and practice methods, through the stages of providing general tax introduction material, Income Tax material and practice questions based on real cases. The results obtained from this training are an increase in students' knowledge and understanding in working on PPh tax transaction case study questions, the percentage of participants with exam scores above KKM reaching 97%.

Women who identify as divorcees are frequently marginalized and treated as second-class citizens within society. Preliminary findings from this study reveal that divorcees encounter significant hardships resulting from stigmatization post-divorce. This stigmatization not only leads to social contempt but also exposes divorcees to verbal and even sexual violence from individuals around them. This research employs a qualitative phenomenological approach to explore (1) the manifestations of stigma against divorcees and (2) the social consequences of divorcee stigma within the Sasak community in Kec. Kopang, Kab. Lombok Tengah. The findings indicate that (1) divorcees face stigma from their communities, experiencing social contempt and ridicule due to their status. Additionally, some participants reported instances of sexual harassment, including receiving inappropriate images via chat from several male acquaintances, one of whom was a relative. Catcalling was also identified as a form of harassment. (2) The presence of this stigma has notable social implications by developing mechanisms of social distancing. The divorcees tend to distance themselves from others through two main strategies: reducing social interactions and by developing a resilient mentality towards the stigma, especially for those who must engage with others for professional reasons.

The research aims to answer the problem of how to cover physical evidence by PT. BPRS Jabal Nur according to Islamic legal analysis. The research data is collected through interviews and the documentation is then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques, namely the most basic analysis to describe the data in general. The results of the study concluded that the policies agreed upon by the BPRS Jabal Nur Surabaya were expressly prohibited by Islamic law, because they did not comply with the regulations made by the government. As explained in the Koran Surat al-Nisa’ verse 59. The policy is the covering (manipulation) of physical evidence in the form of notes for customers who do not deposit notes for certain reasons. It was done by the bank due to a lack of staff in handling the above problems and a lack of customer knowledge about the importance of these notes for the bank in their annual reports. In line with these conclusions, BPRS Jabal Nur must be firm with customers to submit physical evidence in the form of notes and tighten the recruitment process for the company so that it is better than what is expected by BPRS Jabal Nur Surabaya.
