Abstract

Since 2011 the Family Quality Improvement Program (PKK) has been socialized by DP3AKB Sidoarjo Regency in each sub-district. In fact, the Family Quality Improvement (PKK) program in Sidoarjo Regency has not run in accordance with the objectives of this program. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the implementation of the Family Quality Improvement (PKK) program in improving the family economy in Sidoarjo Regency as well as to describe and analyze the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of the Family Quality Improvement (PKK) program in improving the family economy in Sidoarjo Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the family quality improvement program (PKK) in improving the family economy in Sidoarjo Regency has 6 indicators. Based on the results of research on financial resource indicators (budget) the Office of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, and Family Planning (DP3AKB) Sidoarjo Regency did not receive a budget from the central government to implement the Family Quality Improvement Program (PKK). Meanwhile, the communication indicators between organizations show that not all women have access to information to participate in the Family Quality Improvement Program (PKK).

Abstract

Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman interactive model analysis which consisted of data collection, data reduction and data presentation. The results of the study show that the implementation of the policy of registering prepaid cell phone cards using NIK and KK Numbers at the Sidoarjo Communication and Information Office can be seen from: a) Communication, indicating that the delivery of prepaid cell phone card registration using NIK and KK to the target group which in this case is community is done through socialization. Initial socialization was carried out in 2017; b) Resources, indicating that the existing employees are considered sufficient when viewed in terms of quality and quantity. In terms of facilities, the existing facilities are in good condition and are still suitable for use in the registration of prepaid cell phone cards using NIK and KK; c) Disposition, indicating that the attitude and commitment of the cellular phone prepaid card registrar using the NIK and KK in carrying out their duties is in accordance with the code of ethics. If there is a discrepancy in the implementation of prepaid cell phone registration using NIK and KK, the executor will give awards in the form of money and certificates as well as punishment or consequences that depend on the superiors; d) Bureaucratic structure, indicating that there has been a match between the implementing structure in the implementation of prepaid cellular phone card registration using NIK and KK.

Abstract

This study investigates the efficacy of the Poedak application in population administration services within Karangandong village, utilizing a descriptive qualitative approach. Employing purposive sampling, primary and secondary data were collected via observation, interviews, document abstracts, and recordings. Results indicate Poedak's effectiveness through four key indicators: precision in program objectives, successful program dissemination, alignment with program goals, and program monitoring. The findings reveal commendable precision in program targeting, robust program dissemination through online media and direct community engagement, goal congruence with Gresik Regency's expectations, and effective program monitoring. However, challenges such as limited village-level Poedak awareness among residents and server connectivity issues in Karangandong Village hindered its seamless operation, impeding the application's effectiveness. This study underscores the need for enhanced community awareness initiatives and robust technological infrastructure to optimize the Poedak application's effectiveness in rural population administration. Highlights: Technological Impact: The study assesses the efficacy of the Poedak application in rural administrative services, shedding light on its technological impact on population documentation and management. Challenges in Implementation: It highlights connectivity issues and limited community awareness as pivotal challenges hampering the seamless operation of the Poedak application in rural settings. Need for Enhanced Awareness: Emphasizes the significance of community-oriented awareness programs to bolster the adoption and effectiveness of technological solutions like Poedak in rural administration. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Ganggang Panjang Village, Indonesia, and identify the factors that hinder or support its execution. Qualitative data was collected through purposive sampling and analyzed using Miles and Huberman's approach. The results reveal that the local PKH management was not involved in the selection of program beneficiaries, posing a significant challenge. Additionally, the lack of adequate transportation and facilities hindered the effectiveness of program facilitators. Abstract

This study aims to assess the effectiveness of the nutrition-aware family program (kadarzi) in addressing stunting in Payan Hamlet, Pabean Village, Sedati District, Sidoarjo Regency, Indonesia. The research utilized a descriptive qualitative approach, incorporating observation, interviews, and both primary and secondary data. The authors employed purposive sampling and the data analysis model of Miles and Huberman, focusing on data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The study's goal was to evaluate the program's impact based on the effectiveness theory proposed by Sutrisno (2017), which includes five indicators: target accuracy, program understanding, timeliness, goal achievement, and real change. The results indicate that while the program demonstrated success in some areas, improvements are needed in terms of program understanding. The implications of this study provide valuable insights for the ongoing global efforts to combat stunting and improve child nutrition.
