Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Inflation Variables, CAR, NPF, Murabahah Financing, Mudharabah Financing, and Musyarakah Financing on the Profitability of Sharia BPRs in Indonesia. This study uses time series data from 2016-2020. The data is processed using the Error Correction Model (ECM). This study concludes that Murabahah Financing Variables have a significant influence and other variables, namely Inflation, CAR, NPF, Mudharabah Financing and Musyarakah Financing have no effect on the Profitability of Sharia BPRs in Indonesia. Thus, the type of financing affects the profitability of Sharia BPR in Indonesia

Abstract

Abstract

Bintang Mitra Semestaraya Tbk is a business entity domiciled in the investment and commercial sector. The company started as an investment company investing in real estate companies in developing basic housing projects, mid-range residential projects and companies developing commercial buildings. The importance of analysis of profitability reports to see the company's ability taken from financial statements with the aim of knowing the efficiency and effectiveness of the use of allocation or use of capital in making operational decisions and maximizing profits. The purpose of this study is to see the level of profitability of the Bintang Mitra Semestaraya company from 2017-2021. To examine the data, the researcher uses a financial scale comparison analysis technique in 2021 by comparing previous years (time series technique) or by comparing the achievements of the current period with the previous period so that the differences in each period are obtained using the profitability ratio. With a profitability ratio, the average value shows 6.37%, and the average profit achieved in the last five years is only 1.18% so that the company is declared unable to generate a large enough profit for the company.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of NPF (Non-Performing Financing), Inflation, and Company Size (Size) on MSME financing at Islamic BPRs in Indonesia, using time series data during January 2010 to December 2020 at Islamic People's Financing Banks (BPRS). issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The method of analysis chosen for the purposes of data analysis uses the OLS (ordinary least square) estimation method using an error correction model (ECM). The results of this study indicate that the variable Inflation and Firm Size have a significant long-term effect, while the NPF variable has no significant effect. While the three variables do not have a significant short-term effect on MSME financing at Sharia BPRs in Indonesia.
