Abstract

Sistem SHM (Structural Health Monitoring) berbasis WSN (Wireless SensorNetwork) memiliki banyak kelebihan dibandingkan dengan berbasis kabel. Namun, WSN memiliki kekurangan yaitu kapasitas dan daya baterai WSN kecil. Mendesain topologi yang sesuai dengan lingkungan merupakan salah satu cara untuk menghemat energi. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan simulasi dengan menggunakan simulatort NS-2 berdasarkan karakteristik Xbee Pro v1.xCx dengan dua asumsi. Asumsi yang pertama adalah dimana sepuluh node sensor akan bergantian mengirimkan paket data menuju sink secara bergantian. Sedangkan asumsi yang kedua adalah jika terdapat sebuah kendaraan yang melintasi jembatan dari kiri ke kanan sehingga node sensor akan mengirimkan paket data menuju sink mengikuti gerakan kendaraan. Pada topologi starasumsi pertama didapatkan nilai dari parameter kinerja jaringan seperti packet loss, delay end-to-end rata-rata, throughput, energi end-to-end rata-rata yang dihasilkan masing-masing adalah 89,99%, 6,597 ms, 0,89 kbps dan 5,512 Joule. Sedangkan pada asumsi yang kedua masing-masing adalah 90,02%, 6,75 ms, 1,60 kbps dan 0,318 Joule. Pada topologi mesh asumsi pertama didapatkan nilai dari parameter kinerja jaringan seperti packet loss, delay end-to-end rata-rata, throughput, energi end-to-end rata-rata yang dihasilkan masing-masing adalah 0,0027%, 23,0265 ms, 8,00 kbps dan 222,38 Joule. Sedangkan pada asumsi kedua masing-masing adalah 0,55%, 34,43 ms, 15,98 kbps dan 6,01 Joule. Pada topologi half tree asumsi pertama didapatkan nilai dari parameter kinerja jaringan seperti packet loss, delay end-to-end rata-rata, throughput, energi end-to-end rata-rata yang dihasilkan masing-masing adalah 0,0027%, 23,0273 ms, 8,00 kbps dan 219,71 Joule. Sedangkan asumsi kedua masing-masing adalah 4,43%, 33,48 ms, 15,35 kbps dan 6,23 Joule. Berdasarkan parameter kinerja jaringan, maka topologi mesh dan half tree dapat diimplemen-tasikan pada sistem SHM jembatan.Kata Kunci : efisiensi energi, SHM, topologi, WSN

Abstract

Saat ini perkembangan pola pembelajaran terhadap anak didik perlu di perhatikan. Semakin pesatnya kemajuan teknologi, menuntut para pendidik khususnya dosen untuk memberikan strategi baru untuk  dapat membantu meningkatkan minat belajar anak didik khususnya mahasiswa milenial yang mulai menurun. Mahasiswa milenial cenderung menginginkan model pembelajaran yang praktis dan tidak membosankan. Hal ini yang mendorong penulis melakukan penelitian yang berfokus pada model pembelajaran yang tidak hanya face-to-face di kelas namun dapat di lakukan kapanpun dan dimana saja.. Penulis memilih blended learning sebagai model pembelajaran yang terapkan, karena model ini merupakan kombinasi pembelajaran face-to-face dan pembelajaran berbasis komputer. Pengembangan model ini memanfaatkan media sosial edmodo berbasis pendidikan sebagai sarananya. Objek penelitian dilakukan terhadap 39 mahasiswa milenial. Hasil yang didapat dari pretest dan posttest terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada range rata-rata nilai yang didapat. Dimana pada saat pretest nilai masuk dalam interval 69 ? nilai ? 84 dengan kriteria baik. sedangkan saat posttest nilai masuk dalam interval 85 ? nilai ? 100 dengan kriteria sangat baik.Kata kunci  : Blended Learning, Minat belajar, Mahasiswa Milenial At present, the development of learning patterns for students needs to be considered. The rapid advancement of technology requires educators, especially lecturers to provide new strategies to be able to help increase students' interest in learning, especially millennial students who are starting to decreased. Millennial students more interested to want a learning model that is practical and not boring. This is what drives the writer to conduct research that focuses on learning models that are not only face-to-face in the classroom but can be done anywhere and anytime. The author choose blended learning as an applied learning model because this model is a combination of face-to-face learning and computer-based learning. The development of this model utilizes based on social media edmodo for education. The object of the study was conducted on two classes of word processing courses on office automation students ini AKSI Gresik. The object of research was 39 millenial students. The results obtained from the pretest and posttest there are significant differences in the average range of values obtained. Where at the time of the pretest the value entered in the interval 69 ? value ? 84 with good criteria. while at posttest the value entered in the interval of  85 ? value ? 100 with very good criteria.Keywords : Blended Learning, Learning Interest, Millenial Student

Good English ability is needed by students to support learning process and working after the students graduate from university. Grammar is a point of language. By knowing and understanding correct grammar, so, their English is better. The aim of this research was to give proposal of English learning to improve students' grammar ability. The method used was students? center learning using presentation in the class. The materials were simple present and perfect, future simple tense, modal, comparative, and passive voice. This research was conducted on 33 students in ITATS. The result of this research was 87% of students got to increase score for post-test and 30% of students passed the score. Thus, students? center learning method was effective to increase students' grammar ability.
