Abstract

Purpose of this study to explain how much the company and good corporate governancecan affect corporate social responsibility. Data was collected by targeting randomsampling from 12 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchangebetween 2016-2020. Multiple linear analysis was used as the analysis method. Thentested the hypothesis with a partial T test and simultaneous F test with the determinantcoefficient with a significance level of 5%. The size of a company does not have asignificant impact on changes in the social responsibility of a company. The personalresponsibility of an organization does not significantly affect the changing socialresponsibility of a company. Ownership does not have a significant impact on changesin the social responsibility of a company. The board of directors has a decisive impacton the changing social responsibility of a company. However, based on simultaneousboard reviews, the combination of management ownership, organizational ownership,and firm size has a significant impact on corporate social responsibility.Keyword: Corporate Social Responsibility, Company Size, Institutional Ownership,Managerial Ownership, Board of Directors

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tiga hal penting yang pertama mengenai penerapan konsep waktu tunggu dalam pemesanan, kedua tentang adanya pengaruh ketepatan waktudalam metode reorder point, dan ketiga adalah adanya pengaruh ketepatan waktutunggu pemesanan dalam terciptanya kelancaran manajemen persediaan bahan bakudan kepuasan pelanggan. Artikel ini merupakan jenis kajian kualitatif dengan teknikstudi pustaka atau library research. Kajian tersebut dikuatkan dengan beberapapengamatan dan dianalisis berdasarkan literatur yang sesuai dengan objek yangdikaji. Hasil kajian dalam artikel ini adalah (1) Dengan adanya konsep lead time, parapemangku kebijakan dapat mengendalikan persediaan bahan baku sehingga biayayang dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan bisa lebih ekonomis dan hal-hal yang mengarahkepada kemudharatan dapat dihindar (2) ROP dapat dilakukan dengan cara yaitumenentukan jumlah bahan atau barang selama lead time ditambah dengan satupersentase tertentu dan menentukan jumlah pemakaian bahan atau barang selama leadtime ditambah dengan persediaan pengamanan yang ditetapkan (3). Manajemen darilead time dapat menjadi faktor keunggulan kompetitif yang dapat meningkatkankepuasan pelanggan. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of self-regulation in learning on students' resilience at SMA Tunas Harapan Mandiri Rantau Prapat. A quantitative method was used, with 166 students selected through random sampling from a total population of 200. The results showed a significant positive effect of self-regulation on student resilience, with a coefficient of rx2y = 18.072 and p = 0.000 (p < 0.01). The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.870, indicating that 67.10% of students' resilience is influenced by their self-regulation in learning. Additionally, a significant positive relationship was found between self-regulation and peer social support on resilience (r = 0.894; p = 0.000). These findings suggest that the better students' self-regulation, the higher their resilience in facing academic challenges.
