Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the sectors that are expected to help develop the national economy. this allows it to contribute to efforts to reduce disparities between groups, alleviate poverty, and absorb labor. This study aims to determine the effect of capital, working hours, and number of workers. Total production, and sales to revenue. The object of this research is MSMEs in the typical chips center of Lampung. There are 38 samples in this study, namely kiosk owners who are willing to provide information regarding their financial data, which are processed using SPSS 22. From the results of multiple linear regression tests, it is stated that partially the Sales variable (X5) has a significance of 0.015 less than 0.05 which means it has a significant and significant effect on income, while the variables of capital (X1), working hours (X2), number of workers (X3), and total production (X4) have values greater than 0.05 which means they have no effect on income. The test results simultaneously state that all X variables (capital, working hours, number of workers, total production, sales) have a significance of 0.006 which is smaller than 0.05 which means that it has a significant and significant effect on income. The test results of the coefficient of determination R2 are 0.389, which means that the independent variable has an influence of 38.9% on the dependent variable, while the rest may be influenced by other variables outside the variables in this study.Keyword : MSME, Capital, working hours, number of workers, total production, sales, income

Abstract

Purpose of this study to explain how much the company and good corporate governancecan affect corporate social responsibility. Data was collected by targeting randomsampling from 12 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchangebetween 2016-2020. Multiple linear analysis was used as the analysis method. Thentested the hypothesis with a partial T test and simultaneous F test with the determinantcoefficient with a significance level of 5%. The size of a company does not have asignificant impact on changes in the social responsibility of a company. The personalresponsibility of an organization does not significantly affect the changing socialresponsibility of a company. Ownership does not have a significant impact on changesin the social responsibility of a company. The board of directors has a decisive impacton the changing social responsibility of a company. However, based on simultaneousboard reviews, the combination of management ownership, organizational ownership,and firm size has a significant impact on corporate social responsibility.Keyword: Corporate Social Responsibility, Company Size, Institutional Ownership,Managerial Ownership, Board of Directors

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know how big the influence of life style, self concept, price,social class toward decision making of purchase by consumer at coffeeshope kedai kopi pacar hitamlampung.Research methods in this study are observation, and questioner by using likert scale and samplingmethods that being used are nonprobability sampling and purpossive sampling as many as 100samples is multiple linear regression method.From four variables in this study shows that variable that influence decision making of purchase byconsumer is price which being proved by significancy < 0,05 meanwhile variables that has no impacttoward decision making of purchase by consumer is life style, self concept, and social class withsignificancy > 0,05, furthermore F test shows all variables silmutaneously have significant impacttoward decision making of purchase by consumer with significancy 0,000.Keywords : Life style, self concept, price, social class and decision making of purchase by consumer

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi dapat menjadi area dimana pemasar dapat memperluas jangkauan mereka melalui Internet. Banyak penjual yang mulai mengubah bisnisnya menjadi toko online dari marketplace yang sudah ada. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan guna memahami pengaruh kualitas produk, layanan pengembalian, serta gratis ongkos kirim atas kepuasan pelanggan e-commerce Lazada. Populasi penelitian ialah semua pengguna Lazada di Kota Bandar Lampung khususnya pengguna Lazada di Jl. Raden Gunawan 2 Sukamaju LK1 berjumlah 100 orang. Model dievaluasi menggunakan model objektif. Metode analisis data yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini ialah analisis multilinear. Perolehan penelitian memperlihatkan kualitas produk, refund, dan gratis ongkos kirim relevan dengan pembelian pelanggan e-commerce Lazada di Kota Bandar Lampung, dan kualitas produk, refund, dan gratis ongkos kirim berlaku untuk pembelian. Kepuasan pelanggan Lazada di Kota Bandar Lampung juga mempengaruhi industri e-commerce di Kota Bandar Lampung. Artinya semakin banyak layanan cashback dan kupon gratis ongkos kirim akan membuat pelanggan semakin banyak tertarik untuk membeli dari e-commerce Lazada di Kota Bandar Lampung.Kata Kunci : Kualitas Produk, Program Cashback, Gratis Ongkos Kirim, Minat Beli.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh literasi keuangan, dan literasi digital terhadap preferensi bank pada masyarakat Pekon Tugu Rejo, Kecamatan Semaka, Kabupaten Tanggamus, yang berdasarkan data dari BKKBN tahun 2021 merupakan daerah dengan tingkat resiko stunting paling tinggi di Kabupaten Tanggamus. Tanggamus sendiri merupakan kabupaten yang tercatat sebagai salah satu kabupaten denganangka stunting pada anak masih tinggi yaitu sebesar 20,4% (SSGI, 2023).Data yang digunakan diambil secara acak berjumlah 55 kepala keluarga yang berada di Pekon Tugu Rejo, Kecamatan Semaka. Analisis data menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares (PLS) dengan menggunakan software Smart PLS. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif signifikan pada level 1% sedangkan literasi digital tidak berpengaruh terhadap preferensi bank. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwasemakin tinggi tingkat literasi keuangan masyarakat Pekon Tugu Rejo, maka semakin tinggi pula preferensi bank mereka, namun begitu, pengetahuan dan kemampuan penggunaan digital tidak membawa dampak terhadap preferensi bank mereka.

Abstract

The era of globalization requires everyone to be able to think forward and move quickly. Science technology and information and communication that continues to develop can have a positive or negative impact on its users. Laptop is one of the results of the development of information technology that is very close to human life. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand and country of origin on laptop purchase decisions and to determine which of the most dominant variables influenced laptop purchase decisions in Malahayati University's green dormitory students. The population in this study were students who had laptops in Green Dormitory (Dormitory) of Malahayati University totaling 1684 people. This research uses proportional strata rendom sampling technique. The sample of this study were 323 Green Dormitory students at Malahayati University in 2012/2017. Primary data in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires to Green Dormitory students at Malahayati University. These data are tested by validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the partial test show that the brand variable and the country of origin variable significantly influence the laptop purchase decision of Malahayati University's green dormitory students. Together brand variables and country of origin variables have a significant influence on laptop purchasing decisions on Malahayati University's green dormitory students (Bibliography, 2006 - 2017).Keywords :      Brand and Country of Origin against laptop purchase decisions.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the customer satisfaction of users of ojek transportation services onlineabout the influence of service quality, price perception, and brand awareness. The population of thisstudy consists of 289 students at SMK Trisakti Bandar Lampung. A qualified questionnaire was 168respondents. Data collection using questionnaire. Analysis of data using SmartPLS analysis tool 3.The results showed a positive influence between service quality, price perceptions and brandawareness of customer satisfaction of users of ojek transportation service Online at SMK TrisaktiBandar Lampung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS), dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) Terhadap Return Saham perusahaan Food and Beverages yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2014-2017. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang dikategorikan ke dalam sektor Food and Beverages di BEI tahun 2014-2017. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 10 perusahaan dan diambil secara purposive dengan menggunakan kriteria pemilihan sampel tertentu. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kuantitatif yang dinyatakan dengan angka-angka dan perhitungannya menggunakan program SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini dengan uji regresi linear berganda didapatkan hasil bahwa secara parsial variabel Net Profit Margin (X1) thitung 2,369 > ttabel 1,686 , Return On Assets (X2) thitung 3,598 > ttabel 1,686, Return On Equity (X3) thitung 2,197 > ttabel 1,686, Earning Per Share (X4) thitung 2,330 > ttabel 1,686, dan Debt to Equity Ratio (X5) thitung 2,101 > ttabel 1,686, ini berarti masing-masing variabel memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Return saham. Sedangkan hasil perhitungan uji regresi secara bersama-sama (Uji F) menunjukan bahwa variabel Net Profit Margin (X1), Return On Assets (X2), Return On Equity (X3), Earning Per Share (X4), dan Debt to Equity Ratio (X5) dengan Fhitung < Ftabel 2,49 yang berarti secara bersama-sama tdak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return Saham.

Abstract

The Financial management education activities at an early age were carried out at the Insan Mulia Islamic Boarding School, Tanggul Angin Village, Punggur District, Central Lampung Regency. This activity is an effort and concern for early age education efforts for students who are future generations. This study uses primary data taken directly when meeting students as participants. This study also uses secondary data as supporting data or references in an effort to fulfill the information in this study. This activity is carried out as a step so that students can manage their finances, and can use their money for more planned expenses. This is done so that the students' monthly pocket money needs can be met, there is no waste or shortage, which allows students to borrow or go into debt. Based on the findings in this study, there are students who are already able to manage their finances, but there are still students who are not able to manage their finances. This education is expected to be an additional knowledge for students in managing their finances so that they can organize and plan their financial use optimally.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh variabel Product, Price, Place, Promotion, Personel, Process, dan Physical Evidence terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Magerjek (Transportasi Ojek Online Liwa) di kota Liwa, Lampung Barat. Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan telekomunikasi telah mengubah lanskap transportasi secara signifikan, mempengaruhi cara perusahaan transportasi menyediakan layanan kepada pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis uji t untuk menguji pengaruh parsial masing-masing variabel terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, serta uji F untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh bersama-sama variabel tersebut. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei kepada pelanggan yang menggunakan aplikasi Magerjek, dengan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel Product, Price, Personel, dan Process secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Magerjek. Sementara itu, variabel Place, Promotion, dan Physical Evidence tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Uji-F menegaskan bahwa secara bersama-sama, ketujuh variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Magerjek. Implikasi dari temuan ini menyarankan perlunya peningkatan pada aspek-aspek yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, serta pentingnya pengelolaan dan penyesuaian strategi dalam memenuhi harapan dan kebutuhan pelanggan dalam layanan transportasi berbasis aplikasi di Indonesia.Kata Kunci : Product, Price, Place, Promotion, Personel, Process,Physical Evidence,Marketing Mix, Kepuasan Pelanggan
