Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of forestry officials in monitoring the Protected forests in Konawe District and the factors that influence the role of forestry officials in monitoring the Protected forests in Konawe District. The informants in this study were employees at the UPTD KPH Unit Xiii Laiwoi Barat, Konawe Regency, 7 of whom were employees, heads of UPTD KPH Unit Xiii Laiwoi Barat Konawe Regency, community leaders, forest monitoring field officers, heads of forest protection and security and communities who have committed violations in protected forest areas. This research is descriptive qualitative. The type of data used is primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques by observing, studying documentation, and interviews. The results of this study are, 1) The role of the UPTD FLaiwoi Barat Konawe Regency in monitoring protected forests includes the roles of facilitators, regulators, dynamic actors, and coordinators that have been going well, 2) Factors influencing the Government in Controlling Protected Forests in Konawe Regency is the human resource factor as well as the regulatory factor

Abstract

The role of the Amesiu Village government is urgently needed in encouraging the entrepreneurial competency of Boiled Corn Seller (BCS) business actors. The purpose of counseling on the role of the village government in encouraging entrepreneurial competence for BCS in Amesiu Village is to provide information and understanding to BCS business actors so that the business they develop can increase with the role of the Amesiu Village government. Counseling was carried out in Amesiu Village. The method used in the implementation of counseling is the lecture and question and answer method. The target in the counseling activity was the BCS in Amesiu Village as many as 25 people. The results of the counseling show that the responses of the participants after attending the counseling materials from the informants were very useful in supporting technical, marketing, financial, and human relations competencies. Basically counseling on the role of the village government in encouraging entrepreneurial competency at BCS in Amesiu Village specifically has a positive impact on business actors in Amesiu Village. Suggestions for further community service activities can be carried out through training so that participants are actively involved in solving the problems of the business being developed.

Abstract

Laporan arus kas memberikan informasi tentang arus kas masuk dan keluar perusahaan. Dengan laporan arus kas, setiap perusahaan dapat memprediksi kemajuan perusahaan dari tahun ke tahun dan perusahaan tidak akan merugi sehingga perusahaan diharapkan dapat bertahan, bahkan ketika kondisi ekonomi terkadang bergejolak. Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan penulis adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja keuangan PT. ACE Hardware Indonesia, Tbk. pada tahun 2018-2020 jika diukur dengan menggunakan analisis laporan arus kas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis rasio arus kas operasi pada PT. ACE Hardware Indonesia, Tbk selama tahun 2018 sampai dengan tahun 2020 yaitu cukup baik karena dari keelima rasio ada dua rasio yang masih di bawah standar 1.
