Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh dumbell terhadap ketepatan pukulan forehand dalam permaian tenis meja pada siswa SMA Negeri 3 Kota Tidore Kepulauan. Manfaat dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk guru penjas dalam mengembangkan program ketepatan pukulan forehand melalui latihan dumbell dalam permainan tenis meja dan diharapkan akan dapat membantu siswa untuk dapat meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam melakukan ketepatan pukulan forehand pada permainan tenis meja agar mencapai prestasi yang lebih baik. Populasi adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII SMA Negeri 3 Kota Tidore Kepuluan dengan sampel sebanyak 20 siswa. Teknik analisis yang d gunakan adalah teknik uji t. dari hasil analisis data di peroleh bahwa harga thitung sebesar -6,6. Sedangkan dari hasil daftar distribusi diperoleh tdaftar sebesar 2,02. Ternyata harga thitung lebih kecil tdaftar atau harga thitung telah berada di luar daerah penerimaan Ho sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan dapat menerima H1. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh latihan dumbbell terhadap ketepatan pukulan forehand pada permainan tenis meja di SMA Negeri 3 Kota Tidore Kepulauan. Dalam hal ini upaya peningkatan hasil ketepatan pukulan forehand pada permainan tenis meja dapat dilakukan dengan latihan yang insentif berupa latihan dumbell.

Abstract

This study aims to compare underhand passing skills in volleyball using a real ball and a modified plastic ball. The benefits of this study are for physical education teachers in developing learning innovations using modified plastic balls to improve underhand passing skills in volleyball. It is hoped that this will help students improve their ability to perform underhand passing skills better. This study is a comparative study using a survey method. Data collection used an underhand passing test using a real volleyball and a modified plastic ball. This study was conducted on 10th-grade students of SMK Negeri 5 West Halmahera. The population was all 73 students of SMK Negeri 5 West Halmahera, with a sample size of 12 students. The variable in this study was a single variable, namely underhand passing skills of SMK Negeri 5 West Halmahera students. In this study, differences between male and female students were not considered. The analysis technique used was the t-test.The results of this study can be concluded that the skill of passing under volleyball using a modified plastic ball is more effective or makes it easier for class X students of SMK Negeri 5 West Halmahera to master the basic technical skills of passing under. This can be shown from the results of the hypothesis test that between the total score (%) of passing under using a real volleyball and the total score (%) of passing onions using a modified plastic ball. From the test results, the t-count price was obtained at -5.28, while from the t-table it was obtained at 2.10 (attached data). It turns out that the t-count price is smaller than the t-table, or the t-count price is outside the Ho acceptance area so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.

Abstract

The development of digital technology requires Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) teachers to have qualified digital literacy in order to be able to integrate technology-based media, methods, and evaluations in learning. However, the readiness and ability of PJOK teachers in this aspect is still a challenge that needs to be further researched. This study aims to analyze the influence of PJOK teachers' digital literacy on learning outcomes, learning achievements, student empowerment, evaluation quality, and student motivation and involvement. The method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with 24 articles from reputable national and international journals (2020–2025) selected as the basis for the analysis. Data was analyzed through thematic synthesis to identify the pattern of influence of teachers' digital literacy on various aspects of learning. The results of the study show that PJOK teachers' digital literacy contributes positively to improving learning outcomes, competency achievement, and the quality of learning evaluation, and digital literacy also empowers students to be more independent, increase active participation, and foster intrinsic motivation in learning activities, the implications of this study are the need for sustainable teacher digital literacy training programs, support for educational infrastructure, and policies that are encouraging the integration of technology in PJOK learning in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan power position terhadap hasil kemampuan tolak peluru pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 8 Tidore Kepulauan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan desain one group pre-test dan post-test desing. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa putra kelas X SMA Negeri 8 Tidore Kepulauan dengan jumlah 52 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampling dalam penelitian mengguanakan teknik simple random sampling pada siswa putra kelas X SMA Negeri 8 Tidore Kepulauan dengan jumlah 20 orang. Instrument penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, adanya pengaruh latihan power position terhadap hasil kemampuan tolak peluru pada siswa putra kelas X SMA Negeri 8 Tidore Kepulauan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji-t pada taraf signifikan 0,05, dimana nilai t-hitung = 21,464 > t-tabel = 1,729.
