Abstract

This mini research is the result of normative research that aims to answer the formulation of the problem regarding the review of criminal law against corruption in society. The research method used is a method with a normative approach, namely an approach based on the main legal material by examining theories, concepts, legal principles and legislation related to this research. Corruption is like something that has been ingrained in our society. Corruption is not only detrimental to state money, but also robs the state of rights and the state's economy. In this case the relevant agencies must play an active and creative role in handling this case and also involve the community in it.

Abstract

his journal is based on the background that Indonesia is a country that has a large area in the waters, so that foreign fishermen always escape in illegal fishing activities. The occurrence of this theft is due to the absence of attention from water inspectors. Until now, theft of this fish is still frequent. Because of this, Indonesia has to experience huge losses every year. These problems result in many parties being harmed due to the act of Illegal Fishing, so it is very necessary to enforce the law that regulates these actions.the method used to collect data is a literature study, by collecting relevant data from books, dictionaries, journals, and so on without having to conduct a field review. Based on research that has been carried out based on a review of existing literature, from the results of research data said that the Indonesian state as a coastal state that has sovereign rights to manage and utilize fish in the EEZ, for the criminal act of illegal fishing, Indonesia is considered to have criminal jurisdiction.

Abstract

Technological advancements are becoming increasingly pervasive in daily life. Children develop at a rapid pace as technology advances, from televisions to computers, smartphones, and digital tablet devices equipped with a variety of applications. Today's children, called by “Generation Alpha," are markedly different from prior generations. They spend the most of their time interacting with digital technologies. Because technology pervades both parents' and children's lives, there is concern over its negative impact on very young children's cognitive, motor, and social development. According to research, parents play the most critical role in establishing a child-friendly atmosphere. The schedule that parents follow with their children is designed to meet the child's physical and psychological needs. Additionally, this pattern can be implemented through socialization of societal norms, allowing youngsters to live in harmony with their environment. As a matter of fact, parents must be capable of educating and guiding children in the ethical and positive use of digital media.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) tentang regulasi hukum yang harus dipenuhi dalam memasarkan produk makanan secara digital. Dilaksanakan di Desa Banjar, Kabupaten Asahan, kegiatan ini melibatkan sosialisasi hukum mengenai pentingnya izin edar, keamanan pangan, dan perlindungan konsumen dalam pemasaran produk makanan melalui platform digital. Tim memberikan penyuluhan mengenai berbagai sertifikasi dan izin yang diperlukan, seperti Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB), Sertifikat Produksi Industri Rumah Tangga (P-IRT), dan sertifikasi halal. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaku UMKM di Desa Banjar memiliki minat yang besar untuk memanfaatkan teknologi digital namun masih membutuhkan pendampingan dalam mematuhi regulasi hukum yang berlaku. Diharapkan melalui kegiatan ini, UMKM dapat memasarkan produk mereka dengan lebih legal, aman, dan kompetitif di pasar digital.
