Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Kinerja Sistem Informasi Akuntansi pada Rumah Sakit Islam Ternate, dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini berdasarkan hasil uji terhadap 48 responden pengguna sistem informasi akuntansi yang bekerja pada Rumah Sakit Islam Ternate, Maluku Utara.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: secara parsial, keteerlibatan pemakai dan kemampuan teknik personal sistem informasi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pemakai sistem informasi akuntansi, sedangkan program pendidikan dan pelatihan pengguna dan dukungan manajemen puncak berpengaruh ignifikan terhadap kepuasan pemakai sistem informasi akuntansi. Secara simultan keterlibatan pengguna, Program pendidikan dan pelatihan, kemampuan teknik personal dan dukungan manajemen puncak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pemakai istem informasi akuntansi.Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, Rumah Sakit Islam TernateThis study aims to examine the factors that affect the Performance of Accounting Information Systems at Ternate Islamic Hospital, using quantitative methods. This research is based on the test results of 48 respondents using accounting information systems who work at Ternate Islamic Hospital, North Maluku.The results of this study indicate that: partially, user involvement and personal technical skills of information systems have no significant effect on user satisfaction with accounting information systems, while user education and training programs and top management support have a significant effect on user satisfaction with accounting information systems. Simultaneously user involvement, education and training programs, personal technical skills and top management support have a significant effect on user satisfaction with accounting information systems.Key Word:   Accounting Information System, Ternate Islamic Hospital

Abstract

Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Brand Image and Halal Labels both partially and simultaneously on the decision to purchase Luwak White coffee products. The analytical model used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis, and the research method used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach and a sample of 50 respondents. Methodology: The analytical method used and Data processing techniques use SPSS 16 for windows.Finding: All hypothesis accepted at the 5% confidence level.Conclusion: The research proves that: first Brand Image has a positive and significant influence on Purchasing Decisions, which means that the better the perception and consumer confidence in the brand image of a product, will determine the purchasing decision of Luwak White Koffie Products. The second Halal Label has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, which means that with the inclusion of halal labels on product packaging, it will directly affect consumers to make purchasing decisions Luwak White Koffie Products. With the results simultaneously both variables have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Upaya Bumdes untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah produk dan membangun jalur distribusi baru memerlukan mitra. Perlu pengetahuan, pengalaman dan penguasaan teknologi untuk dapat meningkatkan nilai tambah produk. persoalan sumberdaya manusia pada tingkat produktivitas melahirkan produk di masyarakat menjadi persoalan tersendiri untuk mengembangkan desa menjadikan desa mandiri yang di amatkan undang-undang, persoalan pada desa-desa yang terdapat pada kecamatan Weda untuk mengembangkan BUMdes, yaitu; ketidak tahuan potensi desa yang terdapat di desa, serta menejerial untuk mengembangkan BUMDes. Tujuan pengabdian; memberikan pelatihan kepada pemerintah desa dan pengurus bumdes yang baerada di kecamatan Weda kabupaten Halmahera Tengah; terkait pengelolan desa sesuai dengan undang-undang desa, pemetan potensi, pembuatan studi kelayakan usaha dan membuat laporan di bumdes.Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini menggunakan metode berkarya/art methhods merupakan metode yang dapat digunakan untuk kepentingan masyarakat dan menngunakan metode Fokus Group Diskusi (FGD) dan Pelatihan. Hasil Pengabdian dilakukan pada tanggal 23 bulan desember tahun 2022, bertempat desa Nusliko. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada hari sabtu waktu 20.00. sampai selesai dihadiri peserta sebanyak 30 orang. peran pemerintah kabupaten, serta dari swasta dan dari kalangan akademis , LSM, memberikan dorongan dan motivasi untuk mengembangkan sumberdaya manusia di desa-desa kecamatan weda kabupaten Halmahera selatan .

Abstract

The role of the guidance and counseling teacher is as an educator, mentor, and also as a motivator for students. Teachers have a role in guidance and counseling to direct and develop the capacity of students. The problem studied in this study is the role of guidance and counseling teachers in dealing with students with introverted personality types. The researcher was interested in this research and the focus of the research was how introvert personality types are at SMPN I Pragaan, Pragaan District, Sumenep Regency and what is the role of guidance and counseling teachers in dealing with students with introverted personalities at SMPN I Pragaan, Pragaan District, Sumenep Regency. The type of research used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type and three data analysis methods are used, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research and discussion can be concluded that the role of guidance and counseling teachers in overcoming students with introverted personality types at SMPN I Pragaan, Pragaan District, Sumenep Regency includes: the role of the guidance and counseling teacher acts as a guide, educates, and as a motivator for introverted students. As for the role of the guidance and counseling teacher in overcoming introverted student personality factors such as family, friend, self, and task factors. While the services provided by guidance and counseling teachers to introverted students such as individual or group services, building interactions,public speaking, and provide opportunities for students to make their own decisions without any coercion from others.
