Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of facilities and quality Services to the satisfaction of the consumers at the gas station No.14.205.156 Village Workshop Kec. Perbaungan. The population in this research is customer satisfaction at the gas station No.14.205.156 Village Workshop Kec. Perbaungan, a total of 600 people. The sample in this study amounted to 60 people were taken randomly by using random sampling technique. This type of research is quantitative research. Instrumentpenelitian using a questionnaire or a questionnaire and then analyzed using the method of multiple linear regression analysis Y=7,682+0,461 X1+0,337 X2, which means that the facilities and service quality effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the results can be known that the facility (X1) has a value of t count sebesar5,409dan t table by 1.67 if compared with t then the result 5,409>1,67, so it can be concluded that the facility has positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y). Quality of Service (X2) has a t value of 4,988 if compared with t table then the result 4,988>1,67, so it can be concluded that Service quality has positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y). Simultaneously, the facilities and Service Quality have positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction. Meaning hypothesis in this study is accepted, it is evident from the value of F count > F table (51,225>3,15). The results of the coefficient of determination shows that the facilities and Service Quality influence on customer satisfaction 64.3%, while the rest of 35.7% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan teknologi digital terhadap kinerja guru di SD 19 Bangkala Barat Kabupaten Jeneponto. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh pentingnya pemanfaatan teknologi dalam mendukung aktivitas pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket dan lembar observasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 8 orang guru. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah penggunaan teknologi digital (X), sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah kinerja guru (Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen penelitian telah memenuhi uji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar 0,760. Uji normalitas juga menunjukkan bahwa data terdistribusi normal. Uji korelasi Pearson menghasilkan nilai r sebesar 0,917 dengan signifikansi 0,001 yang menunjukkan hubungan sangat kuat dan signifikan antara penggunaan teknologi dengan kinerja guru. Selain itu, hasil uji regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif antara kedua variabel dengan persamaan regresi Y = 48,945 + 0,352X. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,841 mengindikasikan bahwa 84,1% variasi kinerja guru dapat dijelaskan oleh penggunaan teknologi digital. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi digital berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru. Penerapan teknologi di lingkungan sekolah dasar perlu terus ditingkatkan guna mendukung kualitas pendidikan yang lebih baik

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of the Family Hope Program (Program Keluarga Harapan/PKH) in Malenge Village, Tojo Una-Una Regency, Indonesia, using a qualitative case study approach and a Logic Model evaluation framework. Malenge, characterized by remote geography and a high poverty rate, poses significant operational challenges for cash transfer programs. Despite strong coordination among local stakeholders and adequate beneficiary understanding, PKH implementation faces structural constraints, notably unstable digital infrastructure and extreme weather, which delay fund disbursement and increase compliance costs. Results demonstrate that, while PKH effectively enhances school attendance and education expenditure in the short term, much of the aid is diverted to subsistence needs due to acute poverty, creating a substitution effect. This finding redefines success in terms of process quality rather than outcome fidelity. The study emphasizes the need for adaptive policy interventions that integrate subsistence support and address logistical and digital exclusion challenges to optimize PKH impact in isolated regions.
