Abstract

Quality in a Hospital Service is closely related to Inpatient Patient Satisfaction in Hospitals in Indonesia. Patient satisfaction is one of the important indicators to control the quality of health services in hospitals. The results of the study indicate that the level of patient satisfaction in several hospitals in Indonesia is still below the standard set by the government (>90%). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the dimensions of the quality of health services with the satisfaction of inpatients at the hospital. Data analysis used univariate, bivariate (Chi-Square test) and multivariate (Logistic Regression test) analysis. The results showed that the level of patient satisfaction was 96.6%, this means that the satisfaction level of inpatients in hospitals in Indonesia is good because it meets the customer satisfaction standards set by the Indonesian Ministry of Health (>90%). Multivariate analysis showed a significant relationship between, service, environment and hospital facilities. The results of this study can be concluded that the quality of health services received by atients is very influential on patient satisfaction itself

Abstract

Employee retention is the time interval from starting work until the end of the work period in a place. Many factors have an impact on the high level of nurse retention, including competitive salaries, a healthy work environment, productive leadership and clear career management. This study aims to determine how the retention of nurses at Sumber Hidup Hospital – Ambon. The research was conducted at Sumber Hidup Hospital, Ambon. This type of research is a quantitative research with an observational approach using a cross sectional design. Sampling on nurses was carried out randomly. Data collection uses primary data and secondary data. Data were analyzed using statistical analysis through cross tabulation followed by chi-square test, namely univariate and bivariate analysis. The results showed that there was a relationship between career paths (ρ=0.000 < 0.05), nurse salaries (ρ=0.007 < 0, 05), motivation (ρ = 0.007 < 0.05), reward (ρ = 0.000 < 0.05) with nurse retention at Sumber Hidup Hospital in Ambon. Suggestions for the Sumber Hidup Ambon Hospital to be able to carry out evaluations related to the management system that is applied in order to support and provide good motivation for nurses and this supports the retention of nurses in the hospital.

Abstract

Motivasi merupakan hal yang penting dalam bekerja karena dengan motivasi diharapkan setiap tenaga kesehatan dapat bekerja dengan keras dan antusias untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor instrinsik dan ekstrisnsik yang memengaruhi motivasi kerja perawat di puskesmas Pamboang kabupaten Majene dengan menggunakan metode cross sectional study, total sampling sebanyak 41 perawat alat penelitian yakni lembar kuisioner. Kemudian data di analisa dengan uji univariat dan uji multivariat menggunakan uji regresi logistik biner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan variabel  independen yang memengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap variabel dependen yakni variabel status kepegawaian (0,002 < α 0,05) dan variabel kondisi kerja (0,009 < α 0,05) sedangkan variabel independen yang mempunyai nilai tidak signifikan memengaruhi motivasi kerja yakni variabel prestasi (0,638 > α 0,05), variabel Pengakuan Skill (0,101 > α 0,05), variabel rekan kerja (0,090 > α 0,05)  serta variabel insentif (0,885 > α 0,05). Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulan  bahwa faktor status kepegawaian dan faktor kondisi kerja signifikan memengaruhi motivasi kerja perawat, sedangkan faktor prestasi, faktor pengakuan skill, faktor innsentif dan faktor rekan kerja tidak signifikan memengaruhi motivasi kerja perawat di Puskesmas Pamboang  kabupaten Majene.

Abstract

Healthy latrines are an important sanitation facility that aims to maintain environmental health and improve public health in general. However, in Aster Hamlet ownership of healthy latrines is still low. Of the 345 families in Aster Hamlet, only 73 have healthy toilets, leaving 272 other families who do not. The habit of defecating into the river is a common practice there, considering that most of the houses are located near the river The aim was to identify factors related to the behavior of using healthy toilets in Aster Hamlet. This research used a cross-sectional design. The research population was 345 heads of families. The research sample was taken from 73 heads of families who had healthy latrines using total sampling technique. The analysis carried out included univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis to gain a comprehensive understanding of the factors that influence healthy latrine use behavior. The results showed that all the variables studied, namely knowledge (p = 0.003), attitudes (p = 0.000), facilities and infrastructure (p = 0.002), and water availability (p = 0.000), had a significant relationship with latrine use behavior. Healthy. In particular, the most related variable is water availability, with the highest Exp(B) value of 2.505.
