Abstract

Terpuruknya perekonomian akibat pandemi covid-19 ini mengakibatkan masyarakat sulit dalam memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari. Oleh karena itu, Sebagai lembaga nonstruktural BAZNAS Provinsi Bali selalu dituntut untuk memberikan pelayanan yang optimal kepada mustahik khususnya. Penelitian ini fokus mengkaji tentang: (1) Bagaimanakah Penghimpunan BAZNAS Dalam Melayani Muzakki Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Di BAZNAS Provinsi Bali. (2) Bagaimanakah Pendistribusian BAZNAS Dalam Melayani Mustahik Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Di BAZNAS Provinsi Bali. (3) Bagaimanakah Pemberdayaan BAZNAS Dalam Melayani Mustahik Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Di BAZNAS Provinsi Bali. Adapun Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk Mengetahui Penghimpunan BANAS Dalam Melayani Muzakki Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Di BAZNAS Provinsi Bali. (2) Untuk Mengetahui Pendistribusian BAZNAS Dalam Melayani Mustahik Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Di BAZNAS Provinsi Bali. (3) Untuk Mengetahui Pemberdayaan BAZNAS Dalam Melayani Mustahik Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Di BAZNAS Provinsi Bali. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Informan dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive sampling. Teknik untuk memperoleh data yang valid dan akurat, yaitu; wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data meliputi; kekuatan pengamatan dan triangulasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi; reduksi data, penyajian data dan pengambilan keputusan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Penghimpunan BAZNAS Dalam Melayani Mustahik Pada Masa Pandemi covid-19 meliputi; (a) edukasi (dengan melibatkan donatur saat penyaluran), (b) promosi (melalui media cetak, media sosial, dan media eletronik), pertanggungjawaban (melalui audit oleh akuntan publik, dan audit syar’i), (2) Pendistribusian yang dilakukan oleh BAZNAS Provinsi Bali yaitu (a) distribusi konsumtif tradisional, (b) distribusi konsumtif kreatif, (c) distribusi produktif tradisional, dan (d) distribusi produktif kreatif. (3) Pemberdayaan yang dilakukan oleh BAZNAS Provinsi Bali yaitu (a) mengembangkan, (memandirikan mustahik), (b) menswadayakan, (melindungi, membela, dan berpiha kepada yang lemah melalui Pelayanan yang Universal).

Abstract

REPRESENTATION OF UNDERSTANDING THE CONCEPT OF FRACTION ASSESSED FROM GENDER DIFFERENCES IN PRIVATE VOCATIONAL SCHOOL STUDENTS FOR CLASS IVThis research is a qualitative study that aims to describe the representation of the understanding of the concept of decimal fractions for male and female students as well as differences in the representation of understanding the concept of decimal fractions between male students and female students. This study took 9 (nine) informants, consisting of three male students and three female students. Two teachers and one principal. The data collection method uses in-depth interview techniques. observation and documentation. The interview technique was conducted in a structured manner using interview guidelines. The data analysis technique used three components, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the representation of the conceptual understanding of male students is slow in accepting the material because male students tend to be indifferent and play more. The understanding of the concept of decimal fractions for female students is more improved, because female students pay more attention to the material while studying so that female students understand it more quickly, while the difference is that there is a difference in the level of understanding of male and female students. This difference is due to internal factors, namely self-awareness of understanding how important it is to learn to develop oneself and provision to live life and also external factors, which can be in the form of stimuli from other people, or the surrounding environment that can affect the psychology of the person concerned.

Abstract

Education should be a tool to respect human dignity, prepare individuals to be able to live in this world and interact with others, education cannot be understood in one single interpretation. Therefore, Islamic education has an important role in supporting or even threatening plurality, ethnic, religious and cultural diversity in Indonesia. Pluralistic epistemology is a view that emphasizes the value of tolerance towards differences and diversity. Pluralistic epistemology assumes that there is no one approach that can explain everything, and there is no single source of truth that can be used as a benchmark. Pluralistic epistemology emphasizes the importance of accepting and respecting the differences and diversity of perspectives that exist in society. This research is a study of the epistemology of Islamic education which aims to discuss tolerance from a pluralistic epistemological perspective. This research was carried out with a descriptive approach through a literature review or theoretical study by studying journals or books related to the epistemology of Islamic education, while data analysis was carried out using the content analysis method. The results of this research show that tolerance in a pluralistic epistemological perspective emphasizes the importance of respecting diversity of views and different ways of understanding truth. According to the pluralistic epistemological approach, there are various methods for obtaining truth and knowledge. In this context, tolerance does not only mean respecting differences, but also openness to listening, understanding and respecting various existing views, whether in the realm of religion, culture or belief. In education, the application of pluralistic epistemology has a significant impact on the development of inclusive attitudes, mutual respect and a deep understanding of diversity. With this approach, Islamic religious education, for example, can become more open and less dogmatic, providing space for students to develop a broader understanding of various religious and cultural perspectives. This also contributes to the creation of a more tolerant, harmonious society, and is able to reduce potential social conflicts originating from differences in beliefs and traditions. However, it is important to remember that although pluralistic epistemology values multiple perspectives, the non-negotiable basic principles of religion must still be maintained.

Abstract

The downturn in the economy due to the Covid-19 pandemic has made it difficult for people to meet their daily needs. Therefore, as a non-structural institution, BAZNAS Bali Province is always required to provide optimal services to mustahik in particular. This research focuses on examining: (1) How to collect BAZNAS in serving Muzakki during the Covid-19 pandemic at BAZNAS, Bali Province. (2) How was the distribution of BAZNAS in serving Mustahik during the Covid-19 pandemic at BAZNAS, Bali Province. (3) How to Empower BAZNAS in Serving Mustahics during the Covid-19 Pandemic at BAZNAS, Bali Province. The objectives of this study are (1) to determine the collection of BANAS in serving Muzakki during the Covid-19 pandemic at BAZNAS, Bali Province. (2) To find out the distribution of BAZNAS in serving Mustahik during the Covid-19 pandemic at BAZNAS, Bali Province. (3) Knowing the Empowerment of BAZNAS in Serving Mustahics during the Covid-19 Pandemic at BAZNAS, Bali Province. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Informants were selected using purposive sampling technique. Techniques to obtain valid and accurate data, namely; interviews, observation, and documentation. Data validity includes; power of observation and triangulation. Data analysis techniques include; data reduction, data presentation and decision making.The results showed that (1) the collection of BAZNAS in serving Mustahik during the Covid-19 pandemic includes; (a) education (by involving donors during distribution), (b) promotion (through print media, social media, and electronic media), accountability (through audits by public accountants, and syar'i audits), (2) distribution carried out by BAZNAS Bali Province, namely (a) traditional consumptive distribution, (b) creative consumptive distribution, (c) traditional productive distribution, and (d) creative productive distribution. (3) Empowerment carried out by BAZNAS Bali Province, namely (a) developing, (empowering mustahik), (b) self-empowering, (protecting, defending, and looking after the weak through Universal Service).
