Abstract

Acording to the data of World Health Organization (WHO), the number of maternal deaths in the world in 2017 was 216 per 100,000 live births or maternal deaths was about 303,000 death by the highest total occurred at developing country, that was 302,000 deaths. The number of maternal deaths in the developing country was 20 times higher than the maternal deaths at the developed country, that was 239 from 100.000 live births whereas in the developed country 12 per 100.000 live births in 2017. This research used survey method of descriptive quantitative analysis by retrospective approach. The sample of the research is gotten by total technic sampling. The data used in this research was univariate and bivariate analysis with Chi-Square statistical test. Based on the parity, it was found 18 (41.9%) respondents occurred grand multipara. Based on postpartum hemorrhagic, it was found 31 (72.1%) respondents occurred secondary hemorrhagic. From 43 respondents, it was found 16 (37.2%) respondents of grand multipara parity occurred postpartum hemorrhagic. Based on bivariate analysis result by Chi-Square analysis test was found the value of P-value 0,018 < 0,05 (alpha) so Ha is accepted. There is a correlation of parity with postpartum hemorrhagic at Bogor City, Indonesia. Keyword: Parity; Postpartum Hemorrhagic; Mother; Parities

Abstract

The level satisfaction of patients where feeling happy or disappointed in patients with diabetes mellitus after getting wound care at the wocare center clinic, because there are several reasons, for example to reduce the risk of infection and amputation, improve function and quality of life. This study aims to identify the level of satisfaction of DM wound patients on wound care for modern dressing at the bogor city wocare center clinic.The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of Modern Dressing Wound Care Methods to the Level of Patient Satisfaction in the PMI Hospital Bogor 2018. This research type is an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach. The method of sampling in this study uses Slovin techniques with a sample are 80 respondents. Patient satisfaction status data were obtained are giving by questionnaires and observing wound care.The results of univariate analysis based on the frequency distribution of treatment methods mostly did not use Modern Dressing wound care as much as 41 patients (52%) and the frequency distribution of samples based on the level of patient satisfaction in the treatment process of Bogor 2018 mostly as many as 41 patients (52%).The results of bivariate analysis using the Creamers test, the proportion of respondents with more patient satisfaction results than clients who were dissatisfied with the wound care process (51,2% vs 48,8% with ρ = 0.001; ρ <0.05), so Ho was rejected with Ha accepted which means that there is a relationship between modern wound care and the level of patient satisfaction. Based on the conclusions of the research results, there are suggestions for medical staff in the clinic to maintain and improve services so that patients are more satisfied in the service process.

Abstract

Background of Study : Improving the quality of nurses in providing quality nursing care to clients requires a leadership role in influencing and moving the nurse. The purpose of this study is to see the effect of effective leadership of the head of the room on the performance of the implementing nurses in RSPI Prof. Dr. Sulianti Saroso. Methods : This study was descriptive analytic research with cross sectional design. The sample of this study were 131 nurses at RSPI Prof. Dr. Sulianti Saroso. The data were taken by using purposive sampling technique. Collecting data using a questionnaire. Univariate analysis using frequency distribution, bivariate analysis using chi square.Results : There was a relationship between effective leadership and performance (P value = 0.000). The analysis of the independent sub-variables on the performance of all variables stated that there was a relationship because of sig 0.05 including knowledge (0.000), self-awareness (0.002), self-awareness (0.009), communication (0.019), energy use (0.000), goal setting (0.012), taking action (0.000).Conclusion : The variables that have significant relationship with the nurse's performance are effective leadership. It is expected that the hospital will seek to make policy and planning of nursing resources through the provision of continuous education, training / skills related courses, and seminars related to leadership in nursingKeywords : Leadership, Performance, Effective Leadership, Direction Functions

Abstract

Kematian ibu menjadi perhatian dunia internasionel, World health organization (WHO) memperkirakan di seluruhdunia lebih dari 585.000 ribu ibu meninggal tiap tahun saat hamil dan persalinan, salah satunya ialah persalinanketuban pecah dini (KPD). Ketuban pecah dini adalah keadaan pecahnya selaput ketuban sebelum persalinan.Ketuban pecah dini adalah pecahnya ketuban sebelum waktunya melahirkan/ sebelum infartu, pada pembukaan<4 cm. Ketuban pecah dini adalah pecahnya ketuban sebelum terdapat tanda-tanda persalinan mulai dan ditunggusatu jam belum terjadi inpartu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor – faktor yangberhubungan dengan kejadian ketuban pecah dini di Puskesmas Bogor Tengah. Desain penelitian inimenggunakan penelitian Deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional pengambilan sampelmenggunakan total sampling sebanyak 70 responden. Berdasarkan hasil dari variabel independen diketahuisebagian kecil responden memiliki pengetahuan baik sebanyak 29 orang (41,4%), usia kehamilan ibu sebagianbesar < 9 bulan sebanyak 37 orang (52,9%), usia ibu sebagian besar memiliki usia < 20 tahun dan > 35 tahunsebanyak 39 orang (55,7%), sebagian besar ibu adalah Multipara sebanyak 36 orang (51,4%), sedangkan hasilvariabel dependen sebagian besar ibu pernah mengalami KPD sebanyak 38 orang (54,3%), hasil uji chi squaredidapatkan nilai p value 0,009 < 0,05 paling signifikan yaitu usia kehamilan. Hasil analisa juga diperoleh nilaiOR sebesar 4,136. Adapun saran bagi tempat penelitian dapat dijadikan informasi maupun masukan tentang faktor– faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian KPD.
