Abstract

Microenterprises are vital to local economies, especially in developing countries, contributing greatly to job creation and economic growth. However, many of these enterprises face challenges such as limited resources and market access. Effective leadership plays a key role in determining the success of microenterprises by managing resources, motivating teams, and supporting innovation. Various leadership styles, such as transformational, transactional, and laissez-faire, influence the effectiveness of microenterprise development in different ways; transformational and transactional leadership generally favor growth, while laissez-faire style can decrease motivation and performance. In this study, the method used is a quantitative descriptive method with data analysis using Simple linear regression with testing on samples in Katapang Village based on primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed by researchers. This simple linear regression test analysis is supported by Validity Test, Reliability Test, Determination and Correlation Coefficient Test, as well as partial significance and joint significance. In addition, the targeted output in this study is to be used as publication material in accredited national journals, so that it can have an impact and be used as a reference for more stakeholders throughout Indonesia, especially in Bandung Regency which is the object of this research.

Abstract

The advancement of financial technology in Indonesia has driven the popularity of digital wallets (e-wallets) as transaction methods. ShopeePay, as one of the leading e-wallets, faces challenges in maintaining user loyalty amidst industry competition. This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived service ease and cashback promotions on ShopeePay user loyalty among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Langlangbuana. A quantitative approach was applied with descriptive and verificative methods. A sample of 100 respondents was selected via snowball sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression (path analysis) with SPSS 26. The results indicate that the perceived ease of ShopeePay service is in the moderately easy category, cashback promotions are moderately attractive, and user loyalty (intention to reuse) falls in the moderately high category. Partial t-tests confirm that both perceived ease and cashback promotion have a positive and significant individual effect on ShopeePay reuse intention. The simultaneous F-test shows that these two variables together have a significant effect on reuse intention (F_calculated = 104.634; p < 0.001). These findings suggest that service ease and cashback promotions are determinant factors of ShopeePay user loyalty. Cashback promotions exhibit a more dominant influence than service ease in encouraging repeated use, implying that loyalty enhancement efforts should emphasize financial incentives without neglecting service simplicity.

Abstract

One of the common issues faced by large cities is waste management, which can lead to a decline in environmental quality. This waste problem can escalate to health concerns and even socioeconomic issues. In response, the Waste-Free Area (Kawasan Bebas Sampah, KBS) policy was established. This policy defines an area where waste management is carried out independently by the community, based on five main principles: citizen involvement, independence, efficiency, environmental sustainability, and integration. At its core, policy implementation is a critical factor influencing the successful realization of the Waste-Free Area program. This study employs a quantitative descriptive method, using simple linear regression analysis to evaluate data collected from a sample in Sukamiskin Subdistrict. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires distributed by the researchers. The regression analysis is supported by validity and reliability tests, determination coefficient analysis, correlational analysis, and both partial and joint significance tests. The Waste-Free Area (KBS) program in Sukamiskin Subdistrict, Bandung City, aims to reduce household waste through 3R-based waste management (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle). While the program has potential, it has yet to achieve optimal outcomes due to low community participation, inadequate facility management, and limited coordination among stakeholders. The analysis reveals that policy implementation has a significant impact on the program’s effectiveness, contributing 47.2% to its success.
