Abstract

The development of information technology today requires information that is fast and accurate in its implementation. The installation of prospective legislative advertising brochures that perform well with the support of a decision support system is one of the implementations of the development of information technology. Research that uses the mamdani method in this decision support system produces a decision support system application for installing banners that are commonly used in legislative candidates. The criteria used in the decision support system for installing advertising banners are: location name, strategy element, location location, rival advertisement and population. The results of this study are the location of the selected strategies from several places that have good performance that have followed the selection, and the output of the application helps decision makers (desician makers) in choosing alternatives for the location of advertisements in the form of banner candidates using desktop-based web applications

Abstract

The objective of this research is to identify the influence of burnout and work motivation on employee performance during the flexible work arrangement at an EdTech start-up company, PT Revolusi Cita Edukasi. This quantitative explanatory research highlights the relationship and the effect of a variable with another through hypothesis testing. From the population of 175 employees, 125 were selected as the respondents through the use of probability sampling method. The research data was harvested from Likert-scaled questionnaires and was analyzed using multiple linear regression in SPSS version 26. The testing results of the three proposed hypotheses conclude that burnout has no significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Revolusi Cita Edukasi during the flexible work arrangement, that work motivation positively and significantly influences the said employee performance, and that burnout and work motivation simultaneously affect the said employee performance.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel dari burnout dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada saat flexible work arrangement di perusahaan rintisan edtech PT Revolusi Cita Edukasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menjelaskan hubungan dan pengaruh antara satu variabel dengan variabel lainnya melalui pengajuan hipotesis. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 125 responden yang diambil dari populasi karyawan dari PT Revolusi Cita Edukasi sebanyak 175 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS Versi 26. Hasil pengujian terhadap ketiga hipotesis yang ada dalam penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa burnout tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada saat flexible work arrangement di PT Revolusi Cita Edukasi, kemudian motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada saat flexible work arrangement di PT Revolusi Cita Edukasi dan burnout dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara stimultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada saat flexible work arrangement di PT Revolusi Cita Edukasi.
