Abstract

Kerja Praktek lapangan ini dilaksanakan di Dinas Pekerjaan umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) Provinsi Jambi. Laporan Kerja Praktek dengan judul “Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pengarsipan Bidang Sumber Daya Air Berbasis Website di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) Provinsi Jambi”. Tujuan dari laporan kerja praktek ini adalah untuk mendokumentasikan proses perancangan sistem informasi yang berfungsi untuk menyediakan informasi kepada Dinas PUPR Provinsi Jambi. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara dan observasi dengan Dinas PUPR Provinsi Jambi untuk melengkapi laporan. Selain itu, mahasiswa melakukan studi pustaka untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang proses kerja praktek. Sistem pengarsipan dokumen dinas PUPR Provinsi Jambi dirancang menggunakan metode prototype. Sebagai hasil dari analisis dan observasi yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa salah satu cara yang efektif untuk mempermudah pekerjaan pegawai dalam mencari dokumen adalah dengan membangun sistem informasi pengarsipan berbasis web. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan informasi secara cepat, tepat, dan akurat dengan tidak mengurangi nilai dari informasi itu sendiri.

Abstract

The purpose of community service is to overcome the demand for hand sanitizers during the current covid-19 pandemic. To overcome the limited supply of Handsanitizer, the author took the initiative to make it from natural ingredients from betel leaf extract andlime. Choosing to use natural ingredients that are easily found such as betel leaf and lime, because these materials are very easy to find in the neighborhood so it can make it easier to carry out the training. The location of this community service is at SMP Negeri 2 Na IX-X Sumberjo. The target of PKM this time is class IX-1 students, totaling 27 students. The method used is the method of observation, discussion and training. The main purpose of this PKM is to provide information to students of SMP Negeri 2 NA XI-X Sumberjo how to make natural hand sanitizer. And use the materials around them to make a natural hand sanitizer without alcohol.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to design a website-based service information system for the Selat Village Office, Batang Hari Regency. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach and with hardware and software tools. The results of this research show that the website-based service information system for the Selat Village Office, Batanghari Regency is designed using the Larevel framework with the PHP programming language and MySQL DBMS and has an online mail management feature which makes it easier for residents not to have to come to the office directly, and can disseminate information on administrative services. population quickly and widely by accessing the website, making it easier for residents to get the latest information without having to go to the office directly and the admin can provide a quick response by replying and resolving complaints.
