Abstract

Based on the results of data analysis obtained directly in the field, it shows that the rental house tax applied by the Office of the Regional Tax and Levy Service Agency of Dogiyai Regency has not run as expected, especially in terms of tax collection by officers, Regional Original Revenue has been running quite well. The problem is that employee discipline is still low. From these results it was concluded that the Head of BP2RD Dogiyai Regency, should be able to apply the importance of rental house taxes that are adjusted to the conditions of the subordinates and the work environment of the organization, so that employees can be motivated by the infrastructure provided by the leader so that they can work more productively.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan hubungan antara manajemen sumber daya manusia, pelatihan, dan motivasi dalam meningkatkan penjualan di sektor ritel. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode Studi Kasus di 5 Toko Ritel di Kabupaten Nabire, Provinsi Papua Tengah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Nabire, Provinsi Papua Tengah, dari Februari hingga Maret 2025. Metode pengumpulan informan dilakukan dengan menggunakan sampling snowball, dan informan diperoleh dari sebanyak 72 karyawan toko di 5 toko ritel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode Triangulasi, yang meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengorganisir data, mengelompokkan ke dalam satu set data yang dapat dikelola, mensintesis, mencari dan menemukan pola, menemukan hal-hal penting yang dapat dipelajari, serta menyusun secara sistematis data yang diperoleh dari wawancara, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi penelitian yang dilakukan. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari hubungan antara manajemen sumber daya manusia, pelatihan, dan motivasi dalam meningkatkan penjualan di sektor ritel adalah: (a). Tingkat pendidikan rata-rata karyawan adalah sekolah menengah atas. (b). Motivasi karyawan dalam meningkatkan penjualan di bisnis ritel tidak selalu dipengaruhi oleh faktor pelatihan. (c). Motivasi karyawan dalam meningkatkan penjualan bergantung pada seberapa nyaman karyawan di tempat kerja (lingkungan kerja, bonus, intensitas, dan keadilan dalam menilai kinerja karyawan).

Abstract

The retail industry in Nabire Regency has experienced rapid growth in recent years, driven by the increasing number of trade facilities that support retail activities. This has led to the emergence of opportunities for the absorption of competent human resources in the retail sector. This community service activity utilizes an extension or socialization method with the aim of providing insight (knowledge and understanding) to high school and vocational school students in Nabire Regency about the retail industry and providing an overview of retail industry opportunities that can be utilized in the future. The stages carried out include a pre-test, material delivery, and a post-test. The results of this community service activity show the achievement of implementation with an increase in participants' knowledge about the retail industry.
