Abstract

Agricultural land in urban areas was needed for community food security. Narrow agricultural land posed obstacles in the implementation of urban agriculture. Hydroponi is a solution for agricultureal development on narrow land. Precesion farming was needed to maintain plant growth. Hydroponic system required regulation of air and water temperature, humidity, water level, pH, water nutrient. This study used SDLC methodology. The result of this research is an automatic hydroponic implementation that can monitor and control an Internet of Things based hydroponic system using Arduino.

Abstract

Di era pandemic Covid-19 masyarakat memerlukan ketahanan pangan dimana bisa bercocok tanam di rumah dengan menggunakan lahan sempit. Urban farming merupakan salah satu solusi guna menghadapi dampak Covid-19 di Kelurahan Tirtajaya, Kota Depok. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pelatihan praktek penanaman menggunakan metode hidroponik. Pelatihan dimulai dengan pemahaman singkat tentang metode hidroponik, Teknik budidaya menggunakan system hidroponik rakit apung, kemudia dilanjutkan tentang pelatihan pengarahan dan peragaan penanaman. Berikutnya, masyarakat mencoba melakukan penyiapan bahan, pelarutan nutrisi, control nutrisi, pengendalian hama sampai dengan panen. Capaian kegiatan adalah peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat tentang budidaya hidroponik. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah peningkatan pengetahuan hidroponik sistem rakit apung guna peningkatan ketahanan pangan masyarakat

Abstract

Studies related to the relationship between psychological capital and work engagement have been carried out in previous studies in various contexts. The aim of this study is to conduct a meta-analytic of the empirical study of psychological capital models in the field of management. Meta-analysis was carried out through article searches from the ScienceDirect, Emerald Insight, Proquest, Sage, Google Scholar databases of 17 research articles that were selected and thoroughly analyzed. The results reveal that psychological capital has a positive and significant relationship with work engagement. This research provides promotion for managerial and practice and recommends further research that can be explored.

Abstract

This research aims to exploit the role and contribution of big data in normal-age learning paradigms that require online learning that was initially conducted face-to-face. Educational technology research includes research areas that require changes in learning strategies. This includes the use of technology currently occurring during the COVID-19 virus pandemic to transform face-to-face learning online. Use big data to develop learning strategies (procedures) to solve problems/facilitate learning. The use of big data can contribute to the study of education in general and educational technology in particular. Methodologies used include the analysis and potential implementation of big data in the field of educational technology research by conducting literature survey analyses. The data obtained and used are in the form of local and international journals related to the implementation of big data in the world of educational technology research. The development of technology research applications based on big data makes it easier for researchers to see the possibilities and problems of individual students. Based on this data, researchers can monitor and evaluate students, teachers, materials, and learners. The data can be used to prepare future research efforts.

Abstract

Startups embracing artificial intelligence (AI) as a component of their business models are quickly emerging right now. The application of AI technology in business has been going on for a while, even though recent research reveals that new or alternative business models are being implemented.It might be claimed that AI technology has been used to business models for a very long time, which puts into question the uniqueness of these business models. In order to better understand how AI companies' business models may differ from traditional IT business models, this study compares them to each other. The first step is to create a taxonomy of business models for AI businesses using a sample of 162 Worldwide Stratup, from which four archetypal business models are derived: Deep technology researcher, data analytics supplier, AI product and service provider, and facilitator of AI development The following are three main elements of startup business models for AI firms that are discussed based on this descriptive analysis: (1) new value propositions made possible by AI, (2) Various uses of data to create value and (3) How AI technology affects general business reasoning. By defining their key purposes, common instantiations, and distinguishing features, this research adds to our fundamental understanding of the AI start-up business model. This study suggests intriguing directions for further investigation in the field of entrepreneurship. À It is structured to foster entrepreneurial activity. Abstract

Maraknya penggunaan model dalam pembelajaran sejarah di negara modern telah mempengaruhi pendidikan di Indonesia. seperti mengikuti Gaya pembelajaran modern di kelas tanpa memperhatikan latar belakang sosial budaya mahasiswa. Namun, penggunaan sebenarnya dari ini tidak membuat proses pembelajaran berjalan lancar seperti yang dibayangkan dan diharapkan. Meskipun telah ada Banyak penelitian yang dilakukan oleh para ilmuwan dan pemerhati pendidikan menyatakan bahwa penggunaan model dalam sejarah sangat efektif dalam membangun suasana belajar yang lebih bermakna. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis keefektifan Model Pembelajaran Berpikir Sejarah (MPBH) dalam rangka pembentukan pemahaman tentang bahan dasar nasi sum-sum ebagai makanan penyelamat masyarakat Tangerang selatan. Mata pelajaran yang akan dipelajari mahasiswa, yaitu mata kuliah sejarah sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa belajar melalui MPBH mendorong siswa untuk memahami masa lampau, mengurai bagian-bagian cerita sejarah, dan menemukan maknanya berlatih mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir. Sehingga pembelajaran sejarah mampu mengembangkan pemikiran yang mengedepankan prinsip. Oleh karena itu, MPBH sangat efektif dalam pembelajaran perilaku akademik mahasiswa budaya dalam mempelajari sejarah sosial tentang hal ini. Abstract

In the current era of the fourth industrial revolution (Revolution 4.0), money plays a central role in various aspects of life, where all forms of goods and services require transactions involving currency. Money serves as a crucial element influencing economic dynamics and acts as a primary parameter in determining monetary policies across different nations. With time, the evolution of the economy, and the increasingly complex human behavior, the concept of money undergoes a significant transformation. It initially originated from barter systems, subsequently evolving into metal coins and paper currency as the official means of exchange to meet the necessities of life. This research focuses on the latest currency model introduced by Bank Indonesia, namely the digital rupiah based on blockchain technology. The study aims to explore the foundation for the government's establishment of digital currency and to elucidate whether conventional currency is presently adequate to fulfill human transaction needs. The research methodology employed is qualitative descriptive with a literature review approach, where the author endeavors to elaborate in detail on the digital rupiah. The research findings conclude that the government's introduction of the digital rupiah aims to provide a modern solution to the inefficiencies of the payment system and financial infrastructure. This digital currency also functions as a tool to directly monitor inflation rates and enables the implementation of monetary policies that can be directly experienced by the public.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how direct and indirect influence of work motivation, job satisfaction and employee continuity on employee performance atPT. Gajah Tunggal Tbk. This study was motivated by employee performance that was not mentioned so that a study was conducted to determine work motivation, job satisfaction and employee continuity which would later become the most influential variables on employee performance at PT. Gajah Tunggal Tbk. The population in this study were permanent employees at PT. Gajah Tunggal Tbk. and had worked for more than 1 year. While the research sample was taken using purposive sampling technique with a total of 200 respondents. This study is a quantitative study using the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. The results of the study showed that work motivation was proven to have a positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction had a positive effect on employee performance, work motivation had a positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction did not have a positive effect on employee performance, the closest employee had a positive effect on employee performance and an indirect effect that was proven that employee turnover was able to mediate work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance. After conducting the study, the researcher suggested expanding the population to the branches of PT. Gajah Tunggal Tbk located in other regions in Indonesia, in order to represent more answers from PT. Gajah Tunggal Tbk employees throughout Indonesia. In addition, it can also add other supporting variables, such as training, work environment, compensation, reward and punishment and other variables that are relevant to the novelty of the study
