Abstract

PT Nestle is a multinational food and beverage manufacturer headquartered in Vevey, Vaud, Switzerland. There are many products from the famous Nestle, including Nespresso, Kit Kat, Smarties, Nesquik, Stouffer's, Vittel and Maggi. Nestle has 447 factories, operates in 189 countries, and employs approximately 339,000 people. As a large company, of course Nestle of course has internal and external financial statements. In this case the company can use ratio analysis to the financial statements.This can be reflected in a report that describes the development of the company's financial performance in a certain period. These reports are commonly called financial statements. In order for financial statements to be meaningful to interested parties, it is necessary to conduct a relationship analysis of the items in the financial statements, which is often called Financial Statement Analysis. The purpose of this study, to determine how the financial performance of PT. Based on the analysis of profitability ratios, liquidity ratios, solvency ratios and the company has sufficient ability to take action in guaranteeing and paying off debts to creditors, and for the results of other business financial ratio analysis can be done. used as a benchmark for investors in investing funds into the company.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology today requires a business strategy in sales as the spearhead of a business that is increasingly leading to the mastery and use of technology. In order to survive the Covid-19 pandemic, SMEs making kitchen knives Hadipolo Kudus Regency as partners must be able to take advantage of technological developments by doing online business (e-business). Today, many business practitioners and academics believe that a new economic paradigm has been born. some call it e-economy, while others prefer to use terms such as internet economy, digital economy, new economy, and so on. The development of e-business and the use of internet technology significantly improve the way companies interact with customers and suppliers. Well-developed and used e-business strategies and tools have a positive impact on business success.

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in the Indonesian economy because they are labor-intensive and use simple technology. The government supports MSME business owners, but they also need administrative and financial management skills to succeed. These capacities are essential to addressing obstacles and increasing MSME success as well as combating poverty and unemployment.

Abstract

 Organizational culture is increasingly becoming the focus of attention in the business world because there are many benefits that can be derived from organizational culture. Organizational culture forms an environment within a company that can stimulate creativity and motivation, which can improve work performance. A strong and good organizational culture can form high organizational performance and increase company productivity and effectiveness. Apart from that, job satisfaction is an important factor that can influence employee performance. Employers should pay attention to job satisfaction and work motivation to improve employee performance and the performance of the company or organization as a whole. Good employee performance can improve the quality and optimal performance of a company or organization. The research method used in this research is qualitative research using probability sampling techniques with a purposive sampling approach to take samples. Questionnaires will be distributed to Cafe Doiku customers. The sample size is 20 respondents. The result of this research is the influence of the organizational culture variable (X1) on the Employee Performance variable Y. From the analysis it was found that the significant value was (0.000 < 0.05), which means that the organizational culture variable has a significant influence on employee performance. The influence of the Job Satisfaction variable (X2) on the Employee Performance variable Y from the analysis shows that the significant value is (0.004 < 0.05), which means that the job satisfaction variable has a significant influence on employee performance.
