Abstract

Background: The Preceptorship model has different rules in clinical practice learning for health students at a midwifery clinic. The purpose of this literature review is to find out the perspective of the implementation of preceptorship from various groups of student education levels on midwifery care as a whole. Method: This article takes databases from PubMed, Wiley, Google Scholar, and ScienceDirect published between 2010-2019 with the keywords "preceptorship", "perspective" and "student" in combination. The inclusion criteria in this article are primary research, articles between the years 2000-2019, in English and Indonesian. This article uses the PRISMA flow diagram framework. Results: Preceptorship can help preceptors to improve the effectiveness of their teaching and learning environment so that they can perform clinical skills to improve the quality of education. Appears tools or instruments used to evaluate Preceptorship. However, this evaluation is known to have not been standardized. Conclusion: The application of preceptorship in midwifery clinical practice varies. This is due to the absence of a standard preceptorship instrument.

Abstract

Human papillomavirus (HPV) is the cause of cervical cancer. However, the HPV prevention program has not been maximized. The impact of HPV infection is not only on women but also on men. The purpose of the literature review is to review HPV prevention programs and the impact of poor implementation of prevention. Literature review is carried out based on the suitability of the theme of the review and the article. Systematic literature search using database from PubMed. Then the prevention and impact of the HPV prevention program was analyzed using the keywords “Human papilovavirus”, “infection”, “impact” and “prevention” in combination with various other keywords. Of the 6 articles that met the inclusion criteria found, it was found that HPV prevention was carried out using vaccination and screening in women and men. However, there are obstacles in its implementation that can cause health impacts on women, men and fetuses.

Abstract

Cases of infection during the puerperium are caused by infections that are localized in the birth canal and the most common cause, more than 50%, are anaerobic Streptococcus bacteria which are actually not pathogenic. Green betel leaves are known to have antiseptic and antibacterial properties. The research method is quasi-experimental, the population taken in this study was postpartum mothers who were in the village of Mojongapit, Jombang district, with a total of 24 respondents. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling. The inclusion criteria for sampling were as follows: postpartum mothers who experienced second and third degree perineal injuries with physiological delivery, mothers who were willing to become respondents. Analysis using the Mann - Whitney Test. The results showed that the healing time for perineal wounds in postpartum mothers who were given boiled green betel leaves was 4 - 6 days. The length of time for perineal wound healing in postpartum women who were not given boiled green betel leaves was 5-9 days. Differences in the duration of perineal wound healing in postpartum women who were given green betel leaf decoction was 0.4 times faster than postpartum women who were not given green betel leaf decoction

Abstract

Abstract: “Cases of cervical cancer in women of childbearing age are caused by infection with the human papilloma virus. Efforts to prevent cervical cancer in women of childbearing age are influenced by the understanding of HPV knowledge. The method of this research is cross sectional, the population taken in this study are women of childbearing age in Jombang district with a total of 71 respondents. The technique used in sampling is incidental sampling. The inclusion criteria for sampling are as follows: Women of childbearing age who have internet access, Women of childbearing age who are willing to be respondents. This research was conducted online using google-form. Researchers collected data using a questionnaire sheet to assess the age, education, occupation, income and knowledge of women of childbearing age. Analysis using Pearson bivariate correlation data analysis. The results showed that women of childbearing age had very good knowledge of HPV vaccination (49.3%). But it is not statistically significant on the factors of age, occupation, education and income. Keywords : Knowledge, HPV(Human Papilloma Virus), Women, Childbearing Age

Abstract

kesehatan kurang gizi di Indonesia menjadi salah satu penyebab dari kematian anak. Pemantauan pertumbuhan sebaiknya dilaksanakan dalam unit terkecil, yaitu keluarga. Akan tetapi, untuk anak-anak yang tinggal di panti asuhan, tanggung jawab ini bisa diambil alih oleh pengurus panti asuhan. pengertian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan tingkat pengetahuan dan kemampuan pengelola panti asuhan Al Hasan terkait pemantauan tumbuh kembang anak dan status gizi pada anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan gizi seimbang anak memakai antropometri. memperlihatkan bahwa dari 22 anak sebanyak 15 anak (68%) memiliki gizi baik, 4 anak (18%) memiliki gizi kurang, 1 anak (9%) memiliki gizi sangat kurus dan dua anak (9%) memiliki gizi. Penyuluhan terkait gizi seimbang dilaksanakan dengan lancar dan kondusif yang dibuktikan dengan peserta yang antusias bertanya pada pemateri. Pengasuh panti asuhan kini dapat mengukur pertumbuhan anak secara mandiri dan menetapkan status gizi pada anak.

Abstract

Reproductive health is health that focuses on mental, physical and social well-being that relates to everything about the reproductive system, activities and functions. The educational process is carried out to direct the child so that he will have provisions in his life later. One of them is children with special needs who are low intellectual generally experience obstacles in carrying out activities. These limitations are often misused so that sexual violence also occurs to them. The purpose of this service is to prevent sexual violence in Jombang Regency. This activity method is composed of preparation, planning, implementation and evaluation. The activities carried out are the provision of material to teachers and guardians of students using teaching aids. It is proven that the suitability of the activity is based on the increased enthusiasm and understanding of teachers and student guardians regarding reproductive health. The hope is that in the future there will be further progress regarding reproductive health education so that there will be less cases of sexual harassment in Jombang Regency, especially children with special needs.
