Abstract

Background: The rise in cases of violations in children's rights has disturbed various parties. Violence against children is any  forms of treatment, both physical and psychological, that results in suffering for the children. Data from the Center for Integrated Services for the Empowerment of Women and Children  (P2TP2A) Kota Banda Aceh in 2019 showed that there were 19 cases of sexual violence in which the perpetrators included people from their village, boyfriends, drivers, older brothers, and other close relatives . The age range for children who experience sexual violence is 5-15 years. Conditions of sexual violence have a huge psychological impact, such as fear, shame, sadness, and then easily get angry. This research aims  to determine the factors that influence sexual violence against children in Baiturrahman District, Kota Banda Aceh Method: This type of research is descriptive- analytical with a cross- sectional design. The population in this study was all children aged 10-15 years in Baiturrahman District totaling 10,834 children. Sampling used proportional sampling technique. The number of samples after using the Slovin formula was 82 respondents. Data collection was carried out from 3-13 July 2020 using a questionnaire. Analysis of data used  chi-square using the SPSS 22 program. Results: The results showed that there was no relationship between gender (p value=0.679), parenting status (p value=0.534), and reproductive health knowledge (p value=0.647), with violence sexual relations with children. There is a relationship between broken homes (p value=0.01) and parenting style (p value=0.001) with violence against children in Baiturrahman District, Kota Banda Aceh. Recommendation: It is hoped that parents, to take better care of  their children to avoid sexual violence and provide the children correct knowledge and understanding  of their  body parts.

Abstract

Gadget pada remaja tidak hanya kebutuhan untuk akademis, namun juga sebagai sarana untuk berekreasi.  Masyarakat Indonesia masih belum menganggap adiksi gadget sebagai patologikal dan belum menyadari dampak negatif dari adiksi gadget pada karang taruna. Pencegahan dini dan menurunkan resiko remaja dengan adiksi gadget diperlukan instrumen yang dapat memperlihatkan kelainan pada brain dengan melihat hasil citra MRI Brain dan tingkat konsentrasi metabolit tubuh untuk menegakkan diagnosa yang tepat dan akurat dengan menggunakan MRS.  Pemeriksaan MRS merupakan salah satu pemeriksaan yang mampu memperlihatkan tingkat metabolit tubuh pada remaja dengan adiksi gadget dan bersifat non invasif karena tidak menggunakan radiasi sehingga sangat aman bagi tubuh manusia. Penyuluhan resiko Adiksi Gadget ini diharapkan dapat menurunkan angka remaja dengan adiksi gadget. Remaja dengan adiksi gadget kemungkinan mengalami perubahan pada hasil citra MRI dan perubahan pada nilai konsentrasi metabolit. Metabolit tubuh ini bisa dilihat atau dideteksi menggunakan software penunjang MRS pada modalitas MRI.

Abstract

In the use of radiation, attention must be paid to radiation safety. Radiation safety is carried out to protect workers, community members, and the environment from radiation hazards (BAPETEN, 2013). Knowledge about radiation protection when conducting radiological examinations is still very low known by the people of Kangkung village, Kendal regency. For this reason, it is necessary to educate the community so that the occurrence of biological effects can be minimized. The PkM team will provide counseling related to the application of radiation protection that needs to be known and carried out while in the X-ray radiation source area. The method that will be carried out by the PkM team is to provide pre-test, counseling and post test. The results of the implementation of community service activities show that residents have understood the counseling material provided. This is shown by the increase in knowledge after counseling on radiation hazards, radiation protection and the application of personal protective equipment for radiological examinations. According to Manurung (2018), the better the knowledge that individuals have, the better the perception of the dangers of x-ray radiation.

Abstract

Menurut KEPMENKES No. 1250 Tahun 2009 tentang pedoman kendali mutu (quality control) metode untuk uji kolimator menggunakan metode Collimator Beam Alligment Test Tool, dan frekuensi pengujian kolimator menurut (KMK_No_1250_Tahun_2009_ttg_Kendali_Mutu, 2009) adalah satu bulan sekali atau setelah perbaikan. Kolimator pesawat sinar-X pada bulan juni tahun 2024 belum dilakukan uji kolimasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil uji kolimator pada pesawat sinar-X. Tahapan-tahapan penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu observasi, pengambilan data, pengolahan data dan analisis data. Peubah yang diamati atau diukur dalam penelitian ini adalah berkas cahaya kolimator pada pesawat sinar-X. Pengolahan data dengan menghitung nilai pergeseran yang terjadi dari luas lapangan cahaya kolimator dengan luas lapangan berkas sinar-X. Berdasarkan KEPMENKES Nomor 1250 tahun 2009 ditetapkan batas pergeseran kolimator dalam batas toleransi adalah  2% FFD yang digunakan. Di Instalasi Radiologi RSU QIM Batang dilakukan pengujian kolimator pada pesawat sinar-X merk Toshiba menggunakan collimator test tool. Pengujian yang dilakukan menggunakan FFD 100 cm  dan faktor eksposi 48 kV dan 8 mAs, pengujian daerah I dengan luas bidang uji 10 cm x 14 cm terdapat penyimpangan pada sumbu horisontal (sumbu X) sebesar 0,26% dan pada sumbu vertikal (sumbu Y) terdapat penyimpangan sebesar 0,67%. Pengujian daerah II dengan luas bidang uji 18 cm x 24 cm terdapat penyimpangan pada sumbu X sebesar 0,17% dan pada sumbu Y terdapat penyimpangan sebesar 0,5%. Pengujian daerah III dengan luas bidang uji 26 cm x 26 cm terdapat penyimpangan pada sumbu X sebesar 0,2% dan pada sumbu Y terdapat penyimpangan sebesar 0,1%. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian kolimator dapat diketahui bahwa kolimator pesawat sinar-X Toshiba masih dalam standar kelayakan.

Abstract

Brain tumor is a disease characterized by the growth of abnormal cells or tissue in the brain. Brain tumors are a condition that needs to be watched out for, but tumors in this part of the central nervous system do not always lead to cancer. One examination that can be used to diagnose is an MRI brain examination.The aim of this research is to analyze the results of MRI brain examination images in cases of brain tumors from axial, sagittal and coronal sections. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative research which is used to determine the results of MRI Brain and MRS examinations in brain tumor cases.The MRI Brain contrast examination procedure in brain tumor cases at the Radiology Installation of Indriati Solo Baru Hospital has been able to establish a diagnosis using the Axial T2 sequence, DWI b-value 1000, Axial T2 FLAIR, Sagittal T1, Axial T1, Axial T2 *GRE, Cor T2, Axial T1 Fat Sat + Contrast, Sagittal T1 Fat Sat + Contrast, and Coronal Fat Sat + Contrast.

Abstract

CT-Scan is one of the imaging modalities in the field of radiodiagnostics that can produce axial, coronal, and sagittal slices of the object or patient performing the examination. CT-Scan can be applied to diagnose trauma in cancer cases. The use of CT-Scan aircraft certainly provides a fairly large radiation dose compared to other diagnostic imaging modalities (Bushberg, 2012). This study aimed to determine the effect of the thickness (diameter) of the object on the radiation dose. This study's benefit is providing accuracy in receiving the body's absorbed dose on CT-Scan examination. This research is experimental. The study used a sample of 5 phantoms with variations in the diameter of 8 cm, 16 cm, 24 cm, 32 cm, and 40 cm. The data is obtained from the phantom scan results, which are inputted into the IndoseCT program. The data generated by IndoseCT will be analyzed regarding the amount of radiation dose received by each phantom size. The final result expected from this research is the evaluation of measurement or monitoring of doses to patients who can support radiation protection programs in ensuring patient safety.

Abstract

Entrance Surface Dose (ESD) is one of the units of quantity used in diagnostics to express the radiation dose received by the object (phantom or patient) measured at the centre of the main beam on the surface of the phantom or patient (UNSCEAR, 2010). According to Bushong (2008), the high kV technique states that to get the same optical density, with an increase in tube voltage (kV) of 15%, a 50% decrease in the mAs value is required. This study aims to calculate the ESD value if applied in the use of the high kV technique in lumbar irradiation using the Cobia Smart R/F measuring instrument. In this study, the authors applied the high kV technique using 65 kV and 16 mAs, 75 kV and 8 mAs, and 85 kV and 4 mAs. The dose value measured in the Cobia Smart R/F tool is then entered into the formula to calculate the Entrance Surface Dose (ESD) value. The results showed that the Entrance Surface Dose (ESD) produced at 65 kV, 75 kV, and 85 kV, respectively, were: 1.3597 mGy, 0.9728 mGy, and 0.7055 mGy. From the Diagnostic Reference Level (DRL) data released by BAPETEN in 2020, it is known that the DRL value for the Lumbar AP examination is 1.8 mGy. In this case, the high kV technique can minimize the dose to the examined object.

Abstract

Kesehatan Reproduksi yaitu keadaan  sehat  secara  menyeluruh  mencakup  fisik,  mental  dan  kehidupan sosial yang berkaitan dengan alat, fungsi serta proses reproduksi. Salah  satu  penyakit  sistem  reproduksi  wanita  sejenis  tumor  yang  sering ditemukan yaitu mioma uteri. Mioma uteri adalah suatu tumor jinak berbatas tegas tidak berkapsul yang berasal dari otot polos dan jaringan ikat fibrous. Di Indonesia kasus mioma uteri ditemukan sebesar 2,39% -11,7% pada semua pasien kebidanan yang di rawat. Kejadian mioma uteri di Jawa Tengah tahun 2016 adalah 9,29% (Profil Kesehatan Jawa Tengah 2016). Deteksi  dini merupakan  langkah  awal  terdepan  dan paling  penting  dalam pencegahan kanker. Selain itu, untuk meningkatkan kesembuhan  penderita  mioma uteri,  kuncinya  adalah  penemuan  dini, diagnosis dini, dan terapi dini. Untuk itu, dilakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat tentang Penguatan Kemandirian Masyarakat dalam Deteksi  Dan  Pemeriksaan Mioma  Uteri  Pada Ibu PKK RT/RW 03/04 Kel. Salamanmloyo Kec. Semarang Barat dengan tujuan agar dapat meningkakan pengetahuan, melakukan deteksi  serta  apabila menjumpai tanda gejala mioma uteri dapat memeriksakan lebih dini. Metode yang digunakan dalam program kemitraan masyarakat yaitu pre tes, ceramah, demonstras, diskusi dan Tanya jawab serta evaluasi. Hasil yang didapat yaitu peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan serta kesadaran Ibu PKK tentang deteksi dini mioma uteri

Abstract

Quality control is one part the program of quality assuranceor quality quality assurancewhich aims to carry out technical monitoring and maintenance so as not to reduce the quality of the resulting image and is alasi part of a quality assurance program related to instruments or aircraft use and equipment.The radiology Instalation of Kendal Islamic Hospital has several imaging modalities, including CTScan, Conventional radiography and ultrasonography. The conventional radiography aircraft owned by the hospital has the listem brand with a capacity of 150 mA. The last test of the exposure rate on the aircraft was carried out in August 2021 when the aircraft underwent repairs. The community service team wants to provide solutions to the problems experienced by partners, namely by providing conformity test services related to the rate of exposure to X-ray tube leaks. In addition, providing motivation to partners to routinely carry out conformity test so that the aircraft remains safe when used. The method of implementing the service is to carry out a conformity test procesure for X-ray tube leakage based on KMK No. 1250 regarding quality controlThe result of the measurement of the rate of radiation exposure at the patient’s entrance and exit were 34,12 mR/week. According to IAEA Safety Report No. 47, Radiation exposure occupied by radiation workers should not exceed 2,5 mR/hour (for controlled areas), while for theh general public is should not exceed 0,25 mR/hours (for uncontrolled areas).Keyword : exposure rate, examination room leak, RSI Kendal
