Abstract

This research aim to obtain a description applyingRealistic Mathematic Education (RME) approach able to improving student comprehension class VII MTs Alkhairaat Tondo on word problem fraction matter. This research is a classroom action research, with refers to the design of the research Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart, that is planning, action, observation, and reflection.The results of research indicating applying Realistic Mathematic Education approachwich can understanding improvementstudent to pass trought the steps is to (a) Comprehend the contextualproblematword problemfraction matter, to serve up the techer contectual problem and then student to ask Comprehend the contextual problem, (b) clarifying the contextual problematword problemfraction matter, ait help techer to giving with important signpost to give which can student to direct for Comprehend the problem, (c) compared and cover a lot of ground to  the rejoinder, techer to ask student compared and cover a lot of ground to  the rejoinder with friends group and then to ask student compared and cover a lot of ground to  the rejoinder possession in discussion class(d) conclude, techer to direct student for to drauw aconclusion about problem solve or concept from to learn matter.

Abstract

This study aims to test and seek empirical evidence of the factors that influence company value. The factors tested in this study include Sales Growth and Total Asset Turn Over. Researcher adds Profitability and Debt Policy as mediating variables in this study. The population of this research is transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2018 period. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling criteria so that 25 transportation companies were selected that were listed consecutively on the Indonesia Stock Exchange starting from the 2015-2018 period. To examine the factors that contribute to company value, this study uses path analysis and uses SPSS Statistics version 23 as an analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that Sales Growth and Total Asset Turn Over have a significant effect on Profitability, Sales Growth and Total Asset Turn Over have a significant effect on Debt Policy, Total Asset Turn Over and Debt Policies have a significant effect on Company Value. Meanwhile, Sales Growth and Profitability have no significant effect on Company Value. Debt policy as a mediating variable is able to mediate the effect of the dependent variable on the independent variable in this study. Meanwhile, Profitability as a mediating variable is not able to mediate the effect of the dependent variable on the independent variable in this study.

Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh deskripsi penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran matematika realistik (PMR) yang dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa kelas VII MTs Alkhairaat Tondo pada materi soal cerita pecahan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas,dengan mengacu pada desain penelitian Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart, yakni perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan PMRyang dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa melalui langkah-langkah sebagai berikut: (a) memahami masalah kontekstual padamateri soal cerita pecahan, guru menyajikan masalah kontekstual kemudian meminta siswa untuk memahami masalah tersebut, (b) menyelesaikan masalah kontekstualpadamateri soal cerita pecahan, guru memberikan bantuan dengan memberi petunjuk seperlunya yangdapat mengarahkan siswa untuk memahami masalah,(c) membandingkan dan mendiskusikan jawaban tentang materi soal cerita pecahan, guru meminta siswa untuk membandingkan dan mendiskusikan jawaban dengan teman kelompoknya kemudian gurumeminta setiap kelompok untuk membandingkan dan mendiskusikan jawaban yang dimiliki dalam diskusi kelas, (d) menyimpulkan, guru mengarahkan siswa untuk membuat kesimpulan mengenai pemecahan masalah atau konsep dari materi yang dipelajari. Kata kunci: Pendekatan Matematika Realistik, Pemahaman, Soal Cerita Pecahan.
