Abstract

This article aims to discuss how the stability of relations between religious communities can be well and harmoniously established. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with the type of library research. The collected data is described and then analyzed. This article concludes that harmonious relationships can be created by helping each other, caring for each other, having high empathy and sensitivity to others, Muslim or non-Muslim. Tolerance between religious communities is interpreted as an attitude to be able to live with people of other religions, by having the freedom to carry out their respective religious principles (worship), without any coercion and pressure. Inter-religious harmony can be interpreted as a condition of relations between religious communities based on tolerance, mutual understanding, mutual respect, respect for equality in the practice of their religious teachings and cooperation in the life of society, nation and state.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to explore legal reasoning in the context of the distribution of property by grant in relation to inheritance from the perspective of maslahah mursalah. Maslahah mursalah is a concept in Islamic law that refers to the permissible public interest, which is the basis for making decisions in situations not directly regulated by Islamic law. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive and normative analysis. Data for this study were obtained from primary legal sources such as the Quran, Hadith, and the Compilation of Islamic Law, as well as secondary legal sources that include books and related research reports. The maslahah mursalah theory approach is used as an analytical framework to understand grant practices in the context of inheritance distribution. The results showed that the practice of grants in the distribution of inheritance can be analyzed using the concept of maslahah mursalah. This approach makes it possible to assess whether the distribution of grants is beneficial in general and in accordance with Islamic values. In this context, a deep understanding of the principles of Islamic law related to grants and inheritance is essential to ensure the distribution of inheritance is done fairly and in accordance with religious teachings. This research makes an important contribution to the understanding of how grant practices can be a legitimate and beneficial alternative to the distribution of inheritance in Muslim societies. Abstract

There have been quite a lot of studies of the Ulum al-Qur'an by commentators. The study pattern revolves around sciences related to the Koran and Tafsir. The aim of writing this article is to describe and examine the essence of the instructions in each verse in the systematics of verses and letters of the Koran. The method used in this research is the library research method. The approach used is a descriptive analysis approach, which is an approach used to collect data and information with various materials found in the library, such as books and articles. The results of his findings show that the Al-Qur'an has provided a very amazing uniqueness in terms of its verses and letters, as well as being a topic that is the focus of all Ulama and Mufasir, both classical and contemporary. The Ulama argue that the composition of the verses and letters of the Al-Qur'an based on the guidance of the Prophet Muhammad SAW which is tauqifi, thus forming a strong and sturdy order and sequence. This certainly indicates that there is a close connection between one verse and another. When observed and researched, a collection of verses from the Qur'an shows the meaning and secrets behind their composition. The scholars have several interesting opinions when explaining the relationship between verses and letters, so that it can be seen from several interpretations that the essence of each verse will emerge.
