Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Indomarco Adi Prima Lubuklinggau Branch. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the product on purchasing decisions with promotion variables as moderation at PT. Indomarco Adi Prima Lubuklinggau Branch partially and simultaneously. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Respondents were consumers at PT. Indomarco Adi Prima Lubuklinggau Branch. The results of the research The effect of the product on the purchasing decision of Indomie Goreng, obtained tcountvalue of 3,797 and ttable is 0.1638 (ttable value n = 100) so it can be seen that if the criteria match tcount> tta ttable ble then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an influence. There is a significant difference between the product and the purchase decision of Fried Indomie, promotional moderation can strengthen the purchasing decision of Fried Indomie, the tcountis 5,261 and the ttable is 0.1638 (ttable value n = 100), then it can be seen that if the criteria are in accordance with tcount> ttable then Ho rejected and Ha accepted, which means that there is a significant influence between promotion and purchasing decisions Indomie Goreng, product influence, and promotion can strengthen Indomie Goreng purchasing decisions, That the effect of products on purchasing decisions is 12.8%. As well as the test results after the moderation variable, namely promotion can strengthen or increase purchasing decisions to 36.2%.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of competence and work environment on employee performance at the Department of Youth and Sports, North Musi Rawas Regency. This research method uses a questionnaire method with analysis using the SPSS 22 for windows program. The research data was obtained from the employees of the Youth and Sports Office of North Musi Rawas Regency. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Competence has a significant effect on employee performance at the Youth and Sports Office of North Musi Rawas Regency as evidenced by the t test results showing that the value = 3.169 greater than = 2.002 means rejected and accepted, 2) Partially Environmental Work has a significant effect on employee performance at the Youth and Sports Office of North Musi Rawas Regency as evidenced by the results of the t test showing that the value = 2.638 is greater than = 2.002 meaning rejected and accepted, and 3) Simultaneously Competence and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance in The Youth and Sports Office of North Musi Rawas Regency is proven by the results of the F test showing that the value = 5.374 greater than = 3.15 means that it is rejected and accepted.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah belum tercapainya hasil kerja yang baik, sehingga kinerja yang dilakukan karyawan belum sesuai dengan keinginan dan harapan Nasabah. Hasil pengujian hipotesis pertama dengan regresi liniear sederhana menemukan yang di peroleh nilai persamaan regresi liniear sederhana Y = a+bX (Kinerja Karyawan= 42,613+ 0,266 Motivasi Kerja). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara variabel motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan pelayanan sebagai variabel moderasi yang menunjukan nilai R Square sebesar 0,415 atau 41,5% meningkat sebesar 58,5% dari hasil nilai R Square sebelum adanya variabel moderasi (motivasi) sebesar 0,129 atau 12,9%.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah dalam penerapan SMK3 masih kurangnya kesadaran tenaga teknik tentang penggunaan alat pelindung diri dan tergolong Ketercapaian sama-sama cukup baik dan diperlukan peningkatan lagi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif penelitian menganalisis data dari hasil pengamatan langsung di PT Konsuil Perdana Indonesia Area Lubulinggau, hasil wawancara dengan kepala teknik dan para stafnya, dan evaluasi dari studi kepustakaan teori dan pendapat para ahli sebagai data pendukung. Penerapan SMK3 telah direncanakan dan diterapkan dengan cukup baik di PT Konsui Perdana Indonesia Area Lubuklinggau. Dan dari perbandingan hasil penelitian yang sesuai dengan peraturan Menteri Tenaga Kerja No 05/MEN/1996 lebih tinggi yaitu 60% dengan kiteria cukup baik. Sedangkan menurut indikator keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yaitu 52% dengan kiteria cukup baik. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah dalam penerapan SMK3 yang menggunakan penerapan Peraturan Menteri Tenaga Kerja Nomor: PER.05/MEN/1996 dan indikator K3 Penerapan SMK3 memberi pengaruh yang cukup baik bagi PT Konsuil Perdana Indonesia Area Lubuklinggau, dilihat dari jumlah tenaga teknik yang mengalami kecelakaan dan penyakit kerja masih tergolong rendah dan tidak mempengaruhi pelaksanaan pekerjaan.
