Abstract

The journal is to show the readers about the process of determining talents of an event, which is the Asian Games Torch Relay that will be held from the 17th of july to 18th of August 2018 with seven routes of places to go to. Type of this research is qualitative and descriptive interpretive. Data were collected by interviewing officials of the company that selectted the talents for the event; and from the writer’s experience on helping in the process of it, as well as from the internal documents of the company. The result shows that in the process of finding the right talents needs to get through some steps which are, reading the manual, brainstorming, discussing, and then making sure if the candidates are willing to fill in for this event. The writer also concludes that how to decrease the candidates is by picking which ones fit to the circumstances best based on the bidder.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan Virtual Experience Museum Penerangan di Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII), untuk mengetahui kepuasan pengunjung  Virtual Experience  Museum Penerangan di TMII, untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan Virtual Experience museum terhadap kepuasan pengunjung Museum Penerangan di TMII. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 orang sudah mengunjungi virtual experience Museum Penerangan TMII dalam bentuk link google form. Metode analisis dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif (untuk tujuan 1 dan 2) menggunakan skala interval dari 1 sampai 5, yang selanjutnya dihitung persentase dan rata-rata dan disajikan dalam tabel. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan Virtual Experience museum terhadap kepuasan pengunjung Museum Penerangan di TMII digunakan model regresi linear sederhana dengan menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai rata-rata kualitas pelayanan yaitu 4,22 (nilai tertinggi  = 5) termasuk kategori  baik, nilai rata-rata kepuasan pengunjung yaitu 4,04 (nilai tertinggi  = 5) termasuk kategori  puas, kualitas pelayanan Virtual Experience berpengaruh signifikan (signifikan = 0,000) terhadap kepuasan pengunjung Museum Penerangan TMII.Â
