Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan keterampilan problem solving siswa melalui soal – soal pada materi tekanan zat cair. Metodologi deskriptif kuantitatif adalah pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan.  metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas VIII-A SMP Labschool Unesa 2. Sebanyak sepuluh soal pilihan ganda pada lembar tes yang mengukur kemampuan problem solving pada materi tekanan zat cair digunakan sebagai instrumen. Siswa diberikan lembar tes sebagai salah satu pendekatan pengumpulan data. Proses analisis data dilakukan dengan menghitung proporsi indikator keterampilan problem solving yang kemudian dikategorikan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah keterampilan problem solving siswa pada empat indikator menurut Polya (1973) tergolong pada kategori kurang dengan persentase indikator memahami masalah 33%, develop a plan 53%, carry out the solution 28%, dan memeriksa kembali hasil 53%. Upaya untuk meningkatkan keterampilan problem solving siswa dapat dilakukan dengan meperhatikan faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal terkait dengan keterampilan kognisi siswa, sedangkan faktor eksternal terkait strategi pembelajaran. Salah satu solusi yang dapat dilakukan seorang guru yakni dengan pemilihan model pembelajaran yang tepat.

Abstract

This paper is intended to explain how to practice finding a spouse through the online matchmaking sites. The background of online matchmaking sites is based on full-time public behavior that requires both dynamic and time-consuming matchmaking sites. In addition, users are used to communicate, to find pleasure by following trends and even being used out of curiosity. This paper results from qualitative research on primary data sources: interviews of 3 pairs and secondary data of both articles and research that discuss the role of social exchange in the detailed and detailed use of online matchmaking sites. To see this role or function of writing used a sociological approach to the theory of social connection between berger and luckmann, where it forms at the external level, that is, a concentrated activity in which humans try to connect to their social environment to be stable. The research suggests that online dating users do not make both online and social media dating sites the primary choice in finding mates, but as introduction gates. In this study both online matchmaking and social media users of websites starting with introductions continue to the meeting and continue to agree on a serious marriage relationship. This comes after pressure from the surrounding circumstances and conditions. Questions raised from the environment that have left the users feeling bored and depressed. Thus, the practice of finding spouses through the use of both online matchmaking and social media sites in the study is demanding.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of gamification in enhancing customer engagement on TikTok among users in the Jakarta area, focusing on the effects of interactive experiences and customer motivation. Gamification, through game-like elements such as challenges, points, and rewards, has emerged as a powerful tool for fostering deeper brand engagement and loyalty. Utilizing a quantitative research method, data were collected through online surveys of 100 TikTok users, with the analysis conducted via Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results demonstrate that gamification significantly impacts both interactive experiences and customer motivation, which, in turn, positively influence customer engagement. Additionally, the study reveals that interactive experiences and customer motivation act as mediators between gamification and engagement, amplifying the effectiveness of gamified marketing strategies. These findings highlight the potential for brands to leverage gamification to create sustained emotional connections and long-term loyalty in fast-paced, short-form video platforms like TikTok. The study also emphasizes the importance of understanding local cultural and demographic factors in tailoring gamified marketing approaches for maximum impact.
