Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelatihan kesegaran jasmani memberikan pengaruh yang positif terhadap prestasi olahraga siswa di SD Negeri I Cimenga Kecamatan Darma Kabupaten Kuningan. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan eksperimen dengan desain penelitian pretest-posttest control group design. Populasi sebanyak 120 siswa dan sampel 30 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t. Hasil penghitungan menunjukkan bahwa t hitung kelompok eksperimen sebesar 10.89 berada diluar daerah t tabel pada tingkat kepercayaan 0.95% dan derajat kebebasan 14 yaitu 2.14 (2.14 dan -2.14). maka dengan demikian yaitu pelatihan kesegaran jasmani memberikan hasil yang signifikan. Setelah diberikan perlakuan pelatihan kesegaran jasmani memberikan peningkatan yang positif terhadap prestasi siswa di SD Negeri 1 Cimenga Kecamatan Darma Kabupaten Kuningan

Abstract

This research aims to improve students' bottom passing skills using school wall media using the Drill method. This research is Classroom Action Research which was carried out in 2 cycles. The research was carried out in April of the 2023/2024 academic year. Researchers collaborate with teachers and colleagues. This research procedure refers to the Kemmis & Mc model. Taggart which includes planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The research subjects were fourth grade students at SD Negeri Salem 02, totaling 20 students, 9 male students and 11 female students. The instruments used are teacher activity observation assessment sheets, student activity observation sheets, and performance assessment sheets. The results of the research showed that there was an increase in cooperation in the first cycle, namely students' bottom passing skills using school wall media. Of the 20 students at meeting 1, there were 10 students (50%) who had entered the criteria for completion, while at meeting 2 there were 12 students (60%) who had entered. in the complete criteria. In cycle II, students' underpassing skills used school wall media. Of the 20 students at meeting 1, 15 students (75%) had entered the completion criteria, while at meeting 2 there were 18 students (90%) had entered the completion criteria. Based on these data, it can be concluded that the use of the Drill method with school walls can improve students' bottom passing skills in class IV of SD Negeri Salem 02, Salem District, Brebes Regency.

Based on these data, it can be concluded that the use of the Drill method wits school walls can improve students’ bottom passing skills in cless IV of SD Negeri Mayana 01, , Bantarkawung District, Brebes Regency.

Abstract

Passing is a fundamental skill that is crucial in soccer because it plays a role in maintaining ball possession, controlling tempo, and creating scoring opportunities. However, in practice, many young players still struggle to pass correctly, both in terms of foot technique, strength, and accuracy of the ball's direction. Technological advancements in the world of sports offer various learning alternatives, one of which is through video feedback. This technology allows players to review their movements, making it easier to identify technical errors and make systematic improvements. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the effect of video feedback on improving passing skills in young players. This study used an experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The subjects were 20 SSB Merpati Cerih U-14 players selected using a total sampling technique. The research instrument was a passing skills test administered before and after treatment. The test data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics to measure the difference in average passing skill scores before and after the video feedback application. The results showed a significant improvement in passing ability after players received video feedback training. Players were able to correct technical errors, such as body position, leg swing, and pass direction. Visualizing movements directly through video recordings helps players more quickly identify weaknesses and correct them in subsequent training sessions. In conclusion, the application of video feedback technology has proven effective in improving basic passing skills in SSB Merpati Cerih U-14 players. This approach makes the learning process more interactive, motivates players, and optimizes training results. The application of similar technology is highly relevant to support achievement development in youth soccer.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas sarana dan prasarana terhadap motivasi siswa dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler bola voli di SMA Negeri 1 Subang. Fasilitas yang baik tidak hanya memengaruhi kenyamanan berlatih, tetapi juga berperan dalam meningkatkan semangat, minat, serta motivasi siswa untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan olahraga sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan desain korelasional. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari sepuluh siswa yang aktif mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler bola voli. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan perangkat lunak statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kualitas sarana dan prasarana dengan tingkat motivasi siswa. Semakin baik kualitas fasilitas olahraga yang tersedia, semakin tinggi pula motivasi siswa untuk berlatih dan berprestasi. Temuan ini mendukung teori motivasi Herzberg yang menegaskan bahwa faktor lingkungan dapat meningkatkan dorongan intrinsik seseorang dalam beraktivitas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan agar sekolah terus melakukan perbaikan dan pemeliharaan fasilitas olahraga secara berkelanjutan guna menciptakan suasana latihan yang kondusif dan menyenangkan. Selain itu, penelitian lanjutan diharapkan dapat mempertimbangkan variabel lain seperti peran pelatih, dukungan sosial, dan lingkungan belajar agar diperoleh pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif tentang faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi motivasi siswa.
