Abstract

Motorik halus anak perlu ditingkatkan oleh karena itu pembelajaran harus menarik dan menyenangkan. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus adalah melalui teknik pemberian simbol. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan motorik halus anak melalui pemberian cimbol. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah anak didik kelompok B TK Patria 45 Kuningan Kecamatan Kuningan Kabupaten Kuningan, semester II Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016. Adapun jumlah anak didik kelompok B TK Patria 45 Kuningan Kecamatan Kuningan KabupatenKuningan adalah 19 anak. Penelitian ini bersifat kolaboratif antara peneliti, kepala sekolah dan guru kelas pendamping. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, catatan lapangan, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data diperiksa dengan triangulasi. Data dianmalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan motorik halus anak melalui pemberian cimbol, yakni motorik halus pra siklus sebesar 50,8%, peningkatan motorik halus siklus I sebesar 62,3% dan peningkatan motorik halus siklus II mencapai 84,1%. Untuk meningkatkan motorik alus anak melalui pemberian symbol juga didukung oleh beberapa indicator yaitu keterampilan mengendalikan jari jemari dalam melipat, ketepatn dan kerapihan. Selain itu keberhasilan dalam peningkatan motorik halus ini juga didukung metode pendukung diantaranya adalah pemberian waktu untuk berkeplorasi dan pemberian motivasi berupa very good.kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah teknik pemberian simbol dapat meningkatkan motorik halus anak.

Abstract

Tofu is a type of food that is familiar to Indonesian people. From the processing process it has waste. In general, tofu solid waste can be used for animal feed. Meanwhile, tofu waste in liquid form is discharged into the waters resulting in a negative impact on water quality resulting in a foul odor in the river from the tofu liquid waste. Liquid tofu waste can actually be used as biogas energy, but it is very rare because it requires a lot of money. The sole independent male tofu factory located in Kp Salakopi RT 02 / RW 12, Des. Haur Wangi, West Java, which already has a biogester tube from a government program so that tofu liquid waste can be used as biogas, but the biogas produced is not optimal. Therefore the researchers conducted research by adding EM4 biogester to tofu liquid waste as much as 0.2% in a holding pond of 6X3X0.1 = 1.8 X 1000 = 1800 Liters of tofu liquid waste from 10 December 2022 to 21 January 2023. From the results of the reset, the results of the initial test results showed that the average pressure produced was only 0.8 Bar and the average pressure generated after the addition of EM4 bioactives became 1.5 Bar. The characteristics of the premix fire produced by tofu liquid waste biogas is blue, smells bad , and not smoky.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) The characteristics of fishermen's business in Kota Bani Village, Putri Hijau District, North Bengkulu Regency, and 2) The income structure of fisherman households in Kota Bani Village, Putri Hijau District, North Bengkulu Regency. This research method was carried out deliberately with 20 active fishermen in Kota Bani Village as respondents. The results showed that the business profile of fishermen business in Kota Bani Village included the transportation equipment used was a boat with a weight of 15 PK, as much as 80% of fishermen used fishing nets and fishing rods, the average number of fishermen working days was 20 days/month with 7 hours/day, 60% of fishermen choose Senabah Seblat Harbor because it is near (200-500 m from where they live), the distance to the sea is 4.25 miles, involving family members to help, and active fishermen in fishing groups for an average of 5 years. The average income of fisherman households is IDR 15,728,000/month which is contributed by three sources of income, namely from fishing activities at 87.81%, from agricultural activities (rice and oil palm) at 2.65%, and from non-agricultural activities at 9.54%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of marketing mix strategies on business performance in the Sumedang tofu industry. The background of the study departs from the phenomenon of declining performance of Sumedang tofu businesses in the last two years as indicated by a decline in sales, customers, and profits, despite this industry having a significant contribution to the local economy. The marketing mix strategy in this study covers seven dimensions, namely product, price, promotion, place, people, process, and physical evidence. The research method uses a non-experimental quantitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires with 284 Sumedang tofu business actors. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method using SmartPLS software. Model evaluation was carried out through validity and reliability testing, as well as testing the structural model to determine the relationship between variables. The results show that marketing strategies have a positive and significant effect on business performance. This is indicated by a path coefficient value of 0.481, a t-statistic of 10.998, and a p-value of 0.000. These findings indicate that the more effective marketing strategy management, the higher the business performance, as reflected in sales growth, customer growth, and increased profits.
