Abstract

The aim of this research is to investigate the relationship between the shooting accuracy of athletes from UIR Petanque UKM and their static balance and eye-hand coordination. This study falls under the category of multiple correlation research, and it involved 18 male participants from the UKM Petanque UIR. The instruments used for exploration included a dexterity test, static balance test, and petanque shooting test. The data analysis method employed was the multiple correlation value test. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the following conclusions can be drawn (1) There is a relationship between hand-eye coordination and the shooting accuracy of UIR petanque athletes with rcount = 0.581 > rtable = 0.468. (2) There is a relationship between static balance and the shooting accuracy of UIR petanque athletes with a value of rcount = 0.605 > rtable = 0.468. (3) There is a relationship between eye-hand coordination and static balance on the shooting accuracy of UIR petanque athletes with rcount = 0.697 > rtable = 0.468

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh interval training terhadap peningkatan kecepatan tendangan dollyo chagi pada atlet Dojang Taekwondo Sisinga Fighter. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah eksperimen dengan desain one-group pretest-posttest. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 10 atlet yang diambil secara purposive sampling. Data diperoleh melalui tes kemampuan tendangan dollyo chagi sebelum dan sesudah latihan interval Training. Analisisis data menggunakan uji prasyarat terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji hipotesis. Hasil analisis memperlihatkan hasil posttest setelah di berikan pelakuan latihan interval training lebih baik dari hasil pretest sebelum di beri perlakuan interval training. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada kecepatan tendangan dollyo chagi, di mana rata-rata tendangan meningkat dari 20,6 menjadi 31,3 setelah latihan. Uji statistik dengan uji-t menunjukkan thitung (9,692) > ttabel (1,83) pada taraf signifikansi 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa interval training efektif meningkatkan kecepatan tendangan dollyo chagi. Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the internship program within the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy at the English Education Study Program of Universitas Pasir Pengaraian, specifically for eighth-semester students. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires and interviews with participating students. The findings indicate that the majority of students responded positively towards the planning and execution of the internship program, as well as the support received from academic supervisors and partner institutions. Students felt that the internship tasks were relevant to their academic background and contributed to the development of communication, time management, and teamwork skills. However, some students faced challenges in adapting to workplace culture and balancing academic workload with internship responsibilities. This research recommends enhancements in pre-internship preparation, more consistent supervision, and clearer communication regarding MBKM objectives to improve future internship experiences. Thus, the internship program is expected to be more effective in preparing students to meet the increasingly complex demands of the workforce.
